Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Ur next period is supposed on 4 August , it may vary according to ur regularity of cycle. Wait for now. Don't do anything now. If cycle doesn't comes on regular time, then do UPT available in medical shop after 4 to 5 days elapsed. Take necessary precaution each time. I pill is not the solution for each time. Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. Hi lybrate-user here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. I could not reduce my weight , even though attended fitness class for more than a year. Hence, my doctor suggested me zero fat a sachet for 1 month. I consumed it for 2 days during night time . Lybrate-user, looking at your weight and height, there is grade 1 obesity with 32.05 kg /m2 bmi, (normal <23 kgs). This definitely needs reduction. If hypothyroidism is under very good control with tsh levels between 3 to 4 milli units/l, then efforts to reduce weight can be successful. First thing is to bring tsh levels in that range if they are not. Secondly zerofat a (orlistat) is not much beneficial. Along with dietary restriction orlistat can at most help loos about 6 kgs of weight over 1 year. Instead it is better if you stick to a diet plan that gives calories based on your ideal body weight (53 kgs x 20 cals = 1060 per day), plus doing a work out to burn a good deal of calories. Daily 1 hour of brisk walking can help in burning about 270 to 300 calories. If you can jog or run, more calories can be spent. Use more of green leafy vegetables, salad and fruits. Totally avoid junk foods, pastries, bakery items, deep fried foods, sweetened aerated drinks (colas), products containing fructose corn syrup, avoid highly processed packed products. No alcohol and smoking. Drink plenty of water and clear soups, thin butter milk. Avoid high fat milk products. Set a target of loosing half kg per week, and try and cut about 5 to 8% of current weight. If you have any doubts please do come back. Thanks.

Hi, Symptoms of influenza can start quite suddenly one to two days after infection. Usually the first symptoms are chills or a chilly sensation, but fever is also common early in the infection, with body temperatures ranging from 38 to 39 °C (approximately 100 to 103 °F). Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. If the mouth ulcer is causing a lot of pain, gently rub a small ice cube over the spot or rinse your mouth with ice-cold water. You could also chew on a clove bud (lavang) and direct the juice generated to the area where the ulcer is located. Clove buds are a great ingredient to cure sore throat too. To prevent the ulcerated area from getting infected, make it a point to rinse your mouth with a little salt water. Remember, this won’t make the ulcer disappear, but it can help reduce the pain. Honey is a natural humectant. It helps reduce scarring and hastens the process of new tissue growth. This, along with its anti-microbial effect ensures faster healing of the mouth ulcer. Chew a few leaves of tulsi along with some water about three to four times every day. This will help in getting rid of ulcers faster and also have a preventive action against their recurrence. Applying a little coconut oil directly onto the mouth ulcer or chewing some coconut (fresh or dry) helps reduce pain and inflammation and hence, ulcers heal faster. Mix some sugar to crushed khus-khus seeds and consume this mixture for instant relief from ulcers. You could apply a little ghee directly to the ulcerated area, or drink a glass of buttermilk two or three times every day. Mouth ulcers left untreated generally go away in a week or so; with these home remedies, you can expect faster relief. However, if you notice an ulcer in the mouth that is persistently present although it does not cause you any pain, do not neglect it or try to treat it with home remedies beyond a few days. Make it a point to see a doctor soon because often, a painless mouth ulcer is one of the earliest signs of oral cancer.

If the yellowish discoloration caused by some food items like tea coffee, you can reduce the consumption. Bleaching of teeth is an option you should consult your dentist. Also get an oral prophylaxis (scaling) done if there are deposits (calculus)

If you follow a nutrition program and exercise well the there will be some reduction in your abds but not complete as it takes a lot of time and dedication to lose stomach fat.
