Dip a clean cotton swab in fresh lemon juice and apply it to the pimples before going to bed. You can also mix one tablespoon of lemon juice with one teaspoon of cinnamon powder and put it on the pimples overnight. In the morning, wash the skin well with lukewarm water.

Dear lybrate-user! the pimples or acne are common in adult age due to over secretion of glands. 1. Acne can be treated in homeopathy without side effects 2. Avoid eating much of oily food 3. Do not take too much fatty food 4. Avoid eating any type of deep fried foods 5. Do not pinch or injure the pimples - it leaves the scars marks or dots - which may spoil our face beauty 6. Frequently wash your face for more than 5 times for a day 7. Use homeopathy soap carmino for very better result 8. Use berberis cream from homeopathy, which will heal your pimples very quickly. 9. Take more of vegetables and fresh fruits.

Hi, I'm a male and I have this white patch of dry skin in my groin area, where the top of my thighs meet my scrotum. It's almost silver in colour when the skin is stretched there. It doesn't itch but is flaky if I do scratch it, a lot of the skin peels off. I have it on both sides of my groin but it's more prominent on one side than the other. What could this be? I've recently (as of yesterday) been applying E45 to the area but it seems to only provide short term masturbation.

It looks like fungal infection, which is very common in sweaty regions like that. To prevent this, you got to keep this area dry. While taking bath, gently scrub to remove the dead tissue in the region regularly. It is advisable to taken bath regularly. By chance, you cannot have bath, then you can, at least, change you undergarments. Now, you can use anti-fungal creams like candid-b for a week. Use the ointment lightly, both morning and evening. Important thing if that, you should keep your nails trimmed all the times, to prevent spread of the infection. Regards

Hi, I want to become fair at the earliest. Some one suggested me panderm plus. Please advise.
Panderm plus is not a fairness cream. You need to institute a couple of changes to see a lot of results. Use a broad spectrum sunscreen both indoors as well as before going out. It shud b both uva and uvb protective. Always use your umbrella whether its raining or not. Use a cap or scarf or your dupatta to cover your head. Protect your eyes with a sunshade. Avoid scrubbing your face. Do not steam or sauna. If you swim, use a sunscreen prior to it and after. Don't directly spray perfumes on your body. Spray them on your clothes and wear them. Don't use deodorants or roll ons. Avoid face cosmetics for the time being. You can press powder onto your sunscreen if at all you want to use a cosmetic. Drink two litres of water everyday. Pick up carrots, papaya, pumpkin, black grapes to have everyday. These contain important antioxidants and phytonutrients which vil soften your skin. Do not stress over anything. Pray-itll distract you off your stress. You can use this do it yourself mask at home which vil give you an instant glow. Mix 1 tbsp puree each of papaya and carrot with 1 tbsp of curd and 1 tbsp of aloe vera. Apply it across your face or dull body part for ten to fifteen minutes and wash it off without soap. Use melacare plus cream twice daily.

Hello, Are those dark circles? Common reasons for dark circle are aging, genetics, nutritional deficiency (of vitamin A, C, K, E) , sleep deprivation, worm-infestation, anemia, smoking & drinking, dehydration, sun exposure, allergies, stress/ tension and hormonal changes. Research also suggests that dark circles are linked to anemia, and liver diseases. So, in case of dark circles which are there due to some underlying cause can be get rid rid of once the causative factor is rectified. But the dark circles which are inherited from our genes can't be removed completely, to some extent can make slightly better. Diet and Management: Thus, always take a balanced diet rich in green leafy vegetable, dairy products and all types of fruits to keep your body healthy. It is advisable to have at least 10-12 glasses of water and include fresh fruit daily. It is also advisable to restrict the intake of caffeinated drinks such as tea, coffee, alcohol and other caffeinated drinks as it aggravates dehydration. Take enough of 6-8hrs. Of sleep. Avoid taking stress/ tension. Do daily exercising regularly as it increases oxygen carrying capacity of the cells and tissues. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines – Schwabe's Cina 1M/ one dose at night for 10 days; Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. - both twice daily for 20 days. Revert me back there after.

Ayurvedic treatment for hairloss- boil a handful of fresh curry leaves in 6-8 tablespoons of coconut oil until the leaves become black. Strain the oil. Apply this oil to your hair daily at night and massage your scalp only with fingers gently. Massage for about 15-20 minutes. Leave it overnight and wash off your hair the next morning. Use this oil for at least 3 months to get results. Apply onion juice onto your scalp, massage, and leave it on for about 30 minutes to an hour. Repeat the process daily for a few weeks. Simply eat a teaspoon of black sesame seeds daily for at least three months. Do not comb hairs at all when they are wet. For dandruff- black cumin (kallonji) hair oil (1part) + olive oil (3 parts) + mehandi powder (3parts. Heat this mixture and let it cool. Then apply on hairs and hair wash after 45min to one hour. Crush two aspirins to a fine powder and mix it with a blob of shampoo. Wash your hair with the mixture, massaging it onto your scalp. Leave it in for a few minutes and then rinse your hair well. If you wish, wash your hair again with normal shampoo to remove the powder completely. Apply black cumin (kallonji) hair oil with finger tips on hair base after every hair wash when the hairs are completely dry.
