Hello, Betnovate contains steroid and not good in long run as has many side effects. There are various treatment for pigmentation marks. Like creams, chemical pees, lasers etc depending on depth. You can start initially on milder depigmentation creams which contain kojic acid, arbutin, niacinamide like Melaglow at night and use sunscreen three times a day. A photograph will help guide you better. Consult a dermatologist.

Hello sir Mere shoulder par ringworm hua hai or Main tinaderm lotion use karta hoo But ab ye lotion mil nahi raha hai Toh ab is ka substitute lotion bataye please.

BHMS

Ringworm or Tinea infections, are a fungal skin disease. A family of fungi called dermatophytes causes these infections which might occur anywhere on the body, typically the arms, legs, neck, groin, scalp, hair, nails or beard. The fungi survive on the dead skin cells or keratin and rarely invade the deeper membranes and tissues. However, many ringworm (or Tinea) infections often recur and the usual medicines simply do not help the patient. Homoeopathic constitutional treatment will give you a permanent cure You can easily take an online consultation for further treatment guidance and permanent cure without any side effects

Psoriasis is genetic disorder triggered due to stressful conditions and irregular life style. Scalp psoriasis is a disease which should be treated in initial stages to prevent the disease to spread to other parts of body including joints and nails. On using various lotions and shampoos available in the market there is healing but disease reoccurs after some time. The internal ayurvedic medicines help in providing blood purification and oil we provide helps to prevent reoccurrence. Curcumine (Haldi) is also helpful to prevent reoccurrence. For detailed queries like: 1. Causes of psoriasis 2. Is it genetic or can it spread to next generation 3. Causes of spread of disease after it remains stable for some years 4. Should we use Homeopathy, Allopathy or Ayurveda. You can send pictures of the affected area. After reviewing the case individually, will guide you about the best possible treatment and time frame.

I have oily skin, mild acne and dandruff since years which was manageable. But recently I felt my skin was too greasy so I used a scrub. And a day later my skin broke out in many tiny whiteheads all over my face, specially forehead and chin. They are multiplying and getting bigger. Please suggest a remedy on how to remove and treat them.

I am losing my hair how to recover it please GH I've any suggestions to heal my hair and give some tips.
Follow these best methods for treatment of hair fall • Add protein containing items in your foods for healthy hair growth such as take a bowl of cereal daily and a glass of milk or 100 gm cheese or 1-2 eggs.. • Stress is one of the main cause of hair fall. To reduce hairfall, Practice Yogasana like SHIRSHASANA and SARWANGASANA only under the guidance of Expert. • you can use MAHABHRINGRAJ TEL of BAIDYANATH COMPANY and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. It increases blood circulation in your scalp and enhances hair growth. • Avoid the excess use of products such as hair colours or shampoo as they cause destruction of hair follicles. * Take Vitamin-E rich foods like dry fruits (Almonds, Pista etc) daily. * Apply the egg yolk to the scalp atleast once a week. It gives nourishment to hair root and enhances hair growth.

I am civil engineer. And my age is 36, I have dark circles below eyes. How can I reduce ths? Please help.
Dark circle may be due to. Frequent rubbing under eye waking late night / inadequate sleep lack of nutrition in diet / anaemia dehydration watching mobile, laptop / tv of long times or hereditary. Treatment would be accordingly. Change your lifestyle drink plenty of water, add more of fresh fruits and veggies in your diet. Sleep adequately 6-8 hrs, apply sunscreen around eyes, put moisturiser daily at night before sleep. To lighten your skin you can use depigmenting (advan) cream at bed time and sunscreen (photostable) in morning (8 am) and afternoon (12 noon). You can also take oral vitamin c tab daily. Take care.
