Your walk routine is good. You should continue it. To reduce weight, eat more salads, with each meal. Take 2+3 fruits daily. Avoid sugars, oils in diet. Reduce 20% of your diet.

Male-pattern hair loss, also known as androgenic alopecia.Men typically present with hairline recession at the temples and vertex balding. So they can try Homoeopathic medication that is based on constitution and work wonders. 1. Take Acid phos. 200, 5 drops , morning empty stomach, once in week. 2.wiesbaden 200, 5 drops , daily morning empty stomach. 3.Natrum mur 6x, 4-4 tabs once a day. 4.Kali phos 6x, 4-4 tabs once a day. 5.Apply Arnica hair growth oil (B &T) on your hair and scalp, thrice in a week. 6.Wash hair with Arnica montana herbal shampoo (SBL) 7.Drink minimum 10 glasses of water per day. 8.Take 10 ml amla juice mixed with half cup of water, at daily night . *Take Phytolacca berrry tabs, 3 tabs twice daily with hot water before meals to reduce belly fat.

Hi, Please follow these tips to stop snoring: - Reduce your weight if you are obese. - Perform pranayama (breathing exercises) everyday. - Quit smoking which irritates the mucosal layer of the nose and throat and causes blockage and results in snoring. - Quit alcohol and sedatives which relax the throat muscles and results in snoring. - Sleep on sides instead on back. - Elevate the head by using a thick pillow which eases the breathing. - Clear the nose before going to bed. - Establish regular sleep pattern. - Keep the bedroom air moist by using humidifier; as dry air irritates the mucosal membrane in the nose and throat. - Perform throat exercises like repeating the vowels a, e, i, o, you loudly for 2-3 mins few times a day or keeping the tongue behind the teeth and moving it backwards - 3-4 times a day. - Anti snoring appliances can also be used.

Hello Tushar, Itching in private part would be because of sweat, tight clothing, unhygienic conditions etc..It is more likely a fungal infection 1-first of all take care of proper hygiene, 2- use detol liquid in ur bath water., 3- UAE loose and clothes , 4- Sprinkle Neosporine powder at that area. 5- Use the following medicine which will be available with me at my clinic (Seawoods Navi Mumbai) 6- Aloevera Gel and Shritulsi drops 1-2 mix it up and apply at that area. Hi, 21 years old and a mother of 2 years old child. From last two years i am facing issue with stool pass. My stool is as similar as to goat's, small round shape and from last 9 months I can not eat properly. Quantity has been very less. I feel very hungry but when I sit to eat I eat like a child. Weight loss is another challenge. Half headache, leg pain, backache. Please advice.
