walk during work on chair for a while..do test for uric acid ,s.calcium, vit.D.,vit.B12., kft.urin r/m, you can take liquid alksol 15 ml thrice a day with in 1 glass of water.

1. Heavy meals must be avoided as they take a long time to digest. This may exert undue pressure on the lower back region. 2. While sleeping, lie straight on your back or with bent knees supported by a pillow. 3. Do some light sciatica exercise such as light walking and jogging. Do not exercise if your condition is extremely painful. 4. Taking hot and cold compresses on an alternate basis can be quite helpful in relieving pain. 5. Warm mustard oil or sesame oil (1 teaspoon) with 3-4 cloves of crushed garlic and 1 tsp of ajwain (carom) seeds until it roasts to a reddish brown colour. Ensure that it does not get burned. Massage this oil on your affected areas. After that do hot fomentation with salt potli (bag).

Firstly avoid playing that's is due to strain so rest must tk muscle relaxant medicine if it work then ok other wise tk physiotherapy treatment tens therapy ultrasonic therapy and after relief start strength exercise of hand s and stretching of neck.

Mam you should do shoulder mobility exercises. And must take physiotherapy sessions otherwise the pain and movement of shoulder will worsen.

I am 66 year old and having pain in knees and legs, not getting strength much. But I do all the work, driving walking. I have no other problems. I take pain killers. Hello. We can't reverse the established pathology back, but we can control the process in the stage it is so that it wouldn't grow further. Apply Bakson’s Rheum Aid oil gently (2-3 times a day) and take orally Bakson’s Rheum-Aid syrup/ 1 tablespoon thrice daily. Also, increase your dietary intake of calcium which is present in green leafy vegetables, milk, milk products, sea food, white legumes, dried fig, black-eyed peas, almonds, oranges, seasame seeds. And vitamin D which is essential for absorption of calcium in our body and is synthesized naturally after getting exposed to sunlight, so early morning sunlight for 10-15 min. 2-3 times a day is mandatory. Apart from this, do walk daily along with physiotherapy will also help you.

Kindly show me digital x rays of ls. Spine sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days bio d3 max 1tab od do neck, back & shoulder exercises it may have to be further investigated you will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

As there is 2 nerve injury it will almost take 4-8 months more. Be regular with ex's.do it every 4 hours. It will help your recovery.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Please get your blood test done. For uric acid, r. A.&crp. Then only I can advise sum medicine.& gripping exes in hot water bucket. Also do ankle toe movement s in hot water bucket.

Left leg - knee to toe - some weird, creepy, crawling sensation is there through out the day for about a year. When I am about to sleep it is more so I tend to move my leg due to uneasiness. It affects the way I walk. I was asked to take a dopler test on both legs and a nerve conduction study. On seeing the result doctor say that the results are within the allowable limits and have given me multi-vitamin tablet. My problem still persists. Need some insight into this. I am not a diabetic, and my sugar levels are normal.

Hi. I believe you might have a restless leg syndrome. Restless legs syndrome (rls) is a neurological disorder characterized by throbbing, pulling, creeping, or other unpleasant sensations in the legs and an uncontrollable, and sometimes overwhelming, urge to move them. Symptoms occur primarily at night when a person is relaxing or at rest and can increase in severity during the night. Moving the legs relieves the discomfort. Often called paresthesias (abnormal sensations) or dysesthesias (unpleasant abnormal sensations), the sensations range in severity from uncomfortable to irritating to painful. Certain lifestyle changes and activities that may reduce mild to moderate symptoms include decreased use of caffeine, alcohol, and tobacco; supplements to correct deficiencies ; changing or maintaining a regular sleep pattern; a program of moderate exercise like walking for 30 mins; and massaging the legs, taking a hot bath, or using a heating pad or ice pack try all dis but strongly suggest you to check with neurologist to get proper diagnosis and he may prescribe some medicine.

Hello madam the role of ESR in Rheumatoid arthritis is of prognostic importance. It is advisable to consult a Doctor to get your doubts cleared I do not want you to get a wrong information about your problems. Rheumatic arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis are two entirely different problems. So when anyone is answering we are assuming that you have rheumatoid arthritis.

Hello, thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. It has been seen in a lot of females that they start having pain after deliveries. Actually there is no physiological reason for it, but it is mainly contributed by weak back muscles, lack of physical activity, lack of exposure to sunlight which can lead to vitamin d deficiency besides other reasons. My advise for you initially would be: - to maintain proper posture while working and sleeping - if pain is more then you can take a short course of an anti-inflammatory medication which suits you but if your lactating then it will be wise to ask your pediatrician before taking any medication - physical therapy initially under supervision of a trained physiotherapist and then to continue at home - adequate calcium & vitamin d intake if levels are low in body - ice packs can applied if your pain is acute, then hot fomentation can be done at home - analgesic spray for local application can be used and is easily available. - avoid lifting heavyweight/ acute forward bending in mornings, traveling on uneven surfaces for long time. Please let me know how you are feeling after 2-3 weeks of initial conservative management, then we will see what further investigations we require for you. Hello lybrate user, though symptoms shows of general weakness, you need confirm as you don't have any issues related with spinal bones, so better go through x-ray or mri to rule out the specific cause. - i'm general to get that strength and energy to work. You need to take food in time - adopt home made food - have fruits like pomegranates, apple every day before lunch or dinner - consume more water, hydrate your body with tender coconut - do some physical activities early in the morning - make sure you don't hav constipation issue, if it there correct it asap.
