You should avoid outside non veg. The problem may b due to spices and cheap oils used. You just have coconut oil massage for few days. You may add few drops of Peppermint (60%) oil along with it.

Dear user avoid fried foods sweets, pkgd foods, colas, juices, ice creams use skim milk n its products if non vegetarian den stick to chicken n fish, avoid red meats use of whole grains n pulses will help you in keeping sugar levels in control root veggies like aloo should be taken in moderation minimize use of fat, use refined oil go for exercise or walk daily try various types of veggies in salad form. Fasting n feasting should be avoided.

1. Take bland diet, avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit like orange grape, lemon, tomato, cucumber, raddish, vinegar, pickle etc 2. Have proper breakfast, dont skip or postpone your meal, take home made food, avoid food and water from outside, 3. Eat food slowly, dont rush, take smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat. Limit fluid intake during meal4. Drink plenty of water (8-10 glass daily). Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting, dont skip your breakfast. 5. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee, carbonated drinks if you are having, 6. Avoid stress, have adequate rest, sleep for 7-8 hours daily in night, go for regular exercise, practice yoga/meditation 7. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days.

If you will sleep at night properly, you won't feel sleepy in the day.. 1. avoid caffeine found in coffee,tea , chocolate,cola,and some pain relievers.[four to six hours before bedtime.] 2. quiet, dark, and cool environment can help promote sound sleep. . [Use heavy curtains, or an eye mask to block light, and also keeping computers, TVs, and other work materials out of the room will help promote mental bonding between your bedroom and sleep] 3. Avoid stressful, stimulating activities like doing work, discussing emotional issues. Physically and psychologically stressful activities can cause the body to secrete the stress hormone cortisol, which is associated with increasing alertness.

Hye. Try to eat light foods like rice, curd, carrot pumpkin soup, clear soups, rice kanji, ripe banana, pomegranate juice, lime juice, buttermilk, coconut water etc. Avoid tea, milk, fibrous vegetables roti and spicy foods. Drink plenty of water. Avoid very long gaps in food intake. Take smaller but frequent meals.

It is urinary tract infection and you need proper treatment for that. Firstly go for urine examination and review with reports untill that start drinking plenty of water.

Hye. Thanks for the query. You need to maintain a healthy lifestyle and healthy weight. A healthy lifestyle involves, choosing a balanced diet and healthy eating plan. A healthy eating plan: Emphasizes fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and fat-free or low-fat milk and milk products Includes lean meats, poultry, fish, beans, eggs, and nuts Is low in saturated fats, trans fats, cholesterol, salt (sodium), and added sugars Stays within your daily calorie needs A healthy eating plan that helps you manage your weight includes a variety of foods you may not have considered. If" healthy eating" makes you think about the foods you can't have, try refocusing on all the new foods you can eat—  Fruits ― don't think just apples or bananas. All fresh fruits are great choices. Be sure to try some" exotic" fruits, too. How about a mango? Or a juicy pineapple or kiwi fruit! When your favorite fresh fruits aren't in season, try a dried variety of a fresh fruit you enjoy. One caution about canned fruits is that they may contain added sugars or syrups. Vegetables ― try something new. You may find that you love grilled vegetables or steamed vegetables with an herb you haven't tried like basil/tulsi. You can sauté (panfry) vegetables in a non-stick pan with a small amount of cooking oil. Commit to going to the green grocery and trying a new vegetable each week. Calcium-rich foods ― you may automatically think of a glass of low-fat or fat-free milk when someone says" eat more dairy products. But what about low-fat and fat-free yogurts without added sugars? These can be had in a wide variety of flavors and can be a great dessert substitute for those with a sweet tooth. A new twist on an old favorite ― if your favorite recipe calls for frying fish or breaded chicken, try healthier variations using baking or grilling. Maybe even try a recipe that uses paneer or soya nuggets in place of higher-fat meats. Healthy eating is all about balance. You can enjoy your favorite foods even if they are high in calories, fat or added sugars. The key is eating them only once in a while, and balancing them out with healthier foods and more physical activity. Some general tips for comfort foods: Eat them less often. If you normally eat these foods every day, cut back to once a week or once a month. You'll be cutting your calories because you're not having the food as often. Eat smaller amounts. If your favorite higher-calorie food is a chocolate bar, have a smaller size or only half a bar. Try a lower-calorie version. Use lower-calorie ingredients or prepare food differently. For example, if your kheer recipe uses whole milk, ghee, whole fat cream try remaking it with non-fat milk, less ghee, light cream. Just remember to not increase your portion size. The point is, you can figure out how to include almost any food in your healthy eating plan in a way that still helps you lose weight or maintain a healthy weight.

Dear , repeated uti and small calculi suggest that you are likely to have bladder outflow obstruction as primary problem, however mild it makes you prone for infection and infection in turn cause the stone drink plenty of fluids and evaluate the severity if obstruction by usg and urine flow studies and post reports to see.

Now that flu, fever, cold has come you need to cure it Pl boil ginger/ sonth, Tulasi leaves, black pepper in a glass of water. When 1/4 remains, add a tsp of honey and drink/ sip it. Twice daily at least. It will subside complaint and build resistance for future prevention. If there are complications, pl consult privately for medicine.

Uric acid is normally produced in body. The only thing is, you are not able to excrete fully, so it's level start rising. Only remedy to correct it is medicene. Because it is produced in excess by non veg, pulses and many vegetables also. Just take one tablet a day and eat every thing in small amounts and enjoy life. Eggs have to do nothing with uric acid, you can have it. .
