Have you got your periods or no? if not, then check urine pregnancy test. If periods have come, then check for bp, hemoglobin to check for anemia or sugar to rule out hypoglycemia, which can cause unconsciousness. Do urine test with morning sample of urine.

Hello, the perfect time if 48 hrs within ovulation as ovum is alive for 24 -48 hrs after ovulation, post which it starts disputing. But you must be sure of your ovulation time which can be charted with the help of ovulation kits. Regards.

Solving it with home remedies is a tough task dear. You should start a course of Ayurveda medicines. The advantage here is, we do not prescribe hormonal tablets and our medicines do not have any side effects whatsoever. Please undergo a USG abdomen and a Thyroid profile PCOD - polycystic ovary disease and hypothyroidism are the common causes for menstrual irregularities. After taking the tests, get back to me with the results You also need to start working on improving your lifestyle 30 minutes of exercise and a healthy diet - avoid junk food, artificial colors and flavors and fried food. Include one bowl each of fresh fruits and boiled veggies in your daily diet. Sleep for a minimum of 7 hours daily. Remember - healthy lifestyle implies healthy hormones and thus a regular menstrual cycle.

Period is selayed for upto 40 to 45 days aftet taking abortion pills you can wait for a dew more days safely.

it will take some effort for you to flatten your tummy. I am outlining a 21 day plan for you. If you follow this plan sincerely then you will see a noticeable difference in just 21 days. There are 5 things that you need to do: 1. Eliminate all refined sugars from your diet. This means no sugar in your tea/coffee/milk, no consumption of sugary beverages like coke, pepsi and total elimination of all snacks like biscuits, cakes, sweet dishes. I know it is difficult but remember that you just have to adhere to this for 21 days. If you wish to snack you can have unsalted peanuts, dry fruits, seeds or yogurt. 2. When you get up in the morning, put your pillow aside and lie with your back straight. Put both your legs together and lift them so your legs are at a 30 degree angle with the bed. Maintain this pose of 5 minutes. Keep breathing while your legs are in the air. 3. Eliminate dinner altogether. In place of dinner have a bowl of papaya. You can have a small bowl of yogurt with black salt if you are not able to control your urge. 4. Keep hydrated through out the day. You need to drink at least 10 glasses of water every day. Tea/coffee are not substitutes of water. Minimize consumption of milk. Add raw vegetables to each meal. 5. One 500mg tablet of Calcium D-Glucarate and one tablet of B-Complex every day. If you miss even one of the steps mentioned above during your 21 day regime then you have to start all over again from Day 1. Please bear in mind that it takes 21 consecutive days of performing all the above mentioned steps for the stomach muscles to start toning up.

You have irregular periods and pcod. I advise you to do meditation for mental strength by doing slow and deep breathing relaxation exercises in the morning. Take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. Avoid garlic and red chilly at home and avoid non veg and eggs. Keep your weight normal. These will help you in your periods.

After trying for more than 20 months my doctor has not been able to increase the endo of my wife. My question to you is there any chance of improvement. Age 33 and 31 yrs. Endo does not go above 7.6 . Doctor says all other reports to be ok.

ET 7-9 mm is Ok for conception. Too much or too less thickness both are not compatible with conception. You need to find out if there is any additional problem with any one of you.

Hi. Sugar problem or diabetes can be diagnosed only by blood n urine tests. If your parents or grand parents hv diabetes thdn you hv a higher risk to get. Avoid sugar, sweet foods n exercise regularly. Keep a watch on your breast cyst n consult a doctor immediately if you notice an increasing size or change in consistency of the cyst.

3 healthy unhealthy dietary habits

With the vast amount of available information, ranging from age-old wisdom to health magazines and health sites, most people are prone to misinformation when it comes to what to eat and what to avoid.

From drinking copious amounts of water to eating a light lunch, it is the time that these commonly known health tips are debunked.

These 3 habits that may seem healthy on the surface but are actually harming you!

1) Drinking large amounts of water

It is advisable to drink a healthy dose of water each day, but you should drink water only when you feel thirsty and not otherwise. If you drink water beyond your level of thirst, it can lead to excess water intake. This excessive intake can be the cause of conditions like obesity, skin and digestive problems among other health conditions. An average person consumes 8 glasses of water each day. But you are advised to drink that much, only if you are thirsty enough. It is also recommended not to drink cold water or ice-cold drinks.

2) Eating uncooked foods

It is essential to preserve the nutrients of the ingredients you eat, but it is equally important to make them digestible. Cooking involves subjecting the ingredients to heat, which helps to remove and kill certain impurities and bacteria in them. Cooked foods are easily broken down, and hence, digested with ease. Some vegetables and foods are even more beneficial when lightly cooked. Vegetables like Brussel sprouts, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, and kale should not be consumed raw.

3) Eating a light lunch

The ideology behind eating a light lunch may be to keep your weight in check and to stay healthy, but if the food you're having is not nutritious, it can still cause you to gain weight. Some food joints even offer a lunch menu of light proportions while the dinner menu may be packed with heavy amounts of food. This is wrong. It is advisable that people have larger proportions of food in their lunch while dinner should be meager as your digestion slows down as the day progresses.

Yes you can have sex if your wife is not having any pregnancy related complications. It is safe for both mother and child.
