Hello lybrate-user firstly do not panic there are certain precautions you need to take, if the ear drum was ruptured secondary to hit by a ball. Keep the ear dry so that no water enters inturn hole can heal. Avoid ear drops. Get an hearing test done and share can help you further. If hearing aid needed or not can be told after looking into audiogram. Usually ear drum hole due to trauma heals in 3-4 weeks if does not heal will require to get operated. Most of the times it will heal by taking above mentioned precautions. Take care.

Nasal bones never change shape due to spects wearing first of all, and the pain which you are getting is due to nasal bone malposition and this is basically neuralgias which is troubling you this pain can only be corrrected by taking nerve nutrients and avoiding the nerve irritation for which you can apply contact lenses

Hello, apart from medication you need to opt certain natural norms. Go for a walk in the morning to regulate blood circulation to combat your BP. Go for meditation to reduce stress in order to nourish your body conditioning the heart and strengthening your lungs, aswell. Tk, plenty of water ro hydrate your body. Your diet be easily digestible on time to avoid gastric disorder that triggers BP & raised heart rate at bed. To decrease your risk of getting tonsillitis, stay away from people who have active infections. Wash your hands often, especially after coming into contact with someone who has a sore throat, or is coughing or sneezing. If you have tonsillitis, try to stay away from others until you are no longer contagious.
