Black Sesame Seeds Reverse Greying & Promote Healthy Hair

Black Sesame Seeds Reverse Greying & Promote Healthy Hair
In traditional Chinese Medicine black sesame seeds are considered as one of the best anti-aging foods. With a rich nutty flavor, sesame has one of the highest oil content of any seed. They come in different varieties and may be black, brown, red, and tan in colour. The nutritional composition of all sesame seeds is almost similar.Except that black variety has exceptionally high amount of antioxidants and anti-aging benefits.
Sesame seeds are a good source of hair nourishing vitamins and minerals such as copper, manganese, calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, phosphorus, vitamin B1, amino acids, selenium, and dietary fiber.Plus, these tiny seeds also contain natural antioxidants – sesamin, sesamolin, and sesamol.
Research suggests that antioxidants present in the black sesame seeds can counteract or neutralize the effect of free radicals that damage cells and cause aging (including grey hair).Chinese medicine believe that black sesame seeds have great medicinal value and are good at nourishing the kidney and liver and promoting hair growth and hair colour.According to the Chinese science, the hair is nourished by the blood and the skin receives moisture from the body’s Yin. So when there is deficiency in the Yin and the blood, it will affect the hair and the skin, causing hair loss, greying, and dry or itchy skin.Black sesame seed provides nourishment to the Yin and the Blood, thereby resolving the root cause.Along with nourishing the scalp and stimulating hair growth, black sesame seeds can promote melanocyte activity to produce melanin – the pigment responsible for hair and skin colour.

- do not scratch or squeeze the lesions - do not apply creams or oils on face - do not apply hair oils or wash oil within 1 hour of application - take plenty of fluids - wash your face 2-3 times daily especially when it's oily - certain foods can increase acne such as chocolates, oily food etc, avoid these if they increase acne - take plenty of fluids and fruits - dandruff can also increase acne, so use anti-dandruff shampoo if you have acne. - also, for the marks, try to avoid sunexposure as far as possible (use broadspectrum gel based sunscreen, cover the face while outside during sunlight hours)

Hi Manoj, Changing the day cycle should not affect your health much but getting adapted to it will take some time. You can take Tablet Rablet 20 mg on an empty stomach once a day. Acidity is the most common problem that one faces in such situations. Also make sure that you are well hydrated and take proper sleep of atleast 7-8 hours.

Avoid hair styles that pull hair tight: a lot of people use hair styles that need tight pulling of hair. This process of hair styling causes friction among hair strands and results in hair breakage. This condition is known as tractional alopecia.

Hello, both of these products will give you temporary results and have further side effects too so I would advise you to take the below homoeopathic treatment. You should take a homoeopathic tincture called arnica montana and mix 1 tsp in 1/2 cup of water and apply upon the face on the beard and the mustache area with a cotton swab. Then use the razor movement technique. Take sulphur 200, 5 drops once in a week. Take pituitarinum 1x, 1 tablet daily for 15 days. Repeat the process every third day. Revert me after 1 month.

Propecia prevents the conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone (DHT) in the body.Propecia is used for the treatment of male pattern hair loss on the vertex and the anterior mid-scalp area. Male pattern hair loss is a common condition in which men experience thinning of the hair on the scalp. Often, this results in a receding hairline and/or balding on the top of the head. Propecia is for use by men only and should not be used by women or children.
