Yes, she can deliver by vbac, but at some higher centre with all emergency facilities round the clock like OT, blood bank, ICU.

Pregnancy is difficult in PCOD but many patients conceive even without treatment. So don't be so negative, just be in touch with gynecologist.

It does help in controlling heavy bleeding in some cases but the basic pathology should be ruled out once for accurate treatment.
