I have under eye dark circle so please ask me. Any ointment to cure the dark circle.
As per your complain dark circles can occur due to causes like -Excessive stress. -Malnutrition. -Overuse of mobiles and laptops. -Sleep deprivation. -Allergies etc. I would suggest you to first of all reduce stress by doing meditation and breathing exercises. Take sufficient sleep. Avoid excess use of gadgets. You can start applying creams containing Kojic acid and Vitamin E. Grapeseed extract containing creams are helpful. You can also put pieces of cucumber over the closed eyes as it has soothing effects. You can also place grated potato over the eyes. Take multivitamin supplements. Drink plenty of water and take a nutritious diet. In case of no improvement consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and he can also advised lazer treatment for removing the dark circles.

You suffered optic neuritis which has been partly cured. But the pain may be unrelated to optic neuritis. Only if there is further loss of vision in the same eye than the pain can be attributed to recurrent optic neuritis.

I am having severe hairloss for last 2 to 3 years. I consulted few homeopathic practitioners and followed there treatment for 6 to 8 months each then ultimately started treatment with Dr. Batras clinic for last 4 months still there is no significant relief. I have lost almost 50% of my original volume. At Dr. batras they are saying that my condition is female pattern baldness though my blood profile is completely normal including serum testosterone, vitamin B12 levels and iron profile except a slightly low level of hemoglobin i.e. 10.8%. I recently have started application of mintop 2 % 1 ml in the evening and bontress hair serum (capixyl) for last 20 days. I am very tensed and getting depressed with my current situation. Kindly help me out by letting me know if mintop cud help in my case and how long should I use it whether I could use some other products with this or should stick with current regime. I also need to know will the hair fall start again when I stop using minoxidil.

hi. dont worry. less haemoglobin is one of the cause of hairfall.. A wholesome diet, rich in silica, calcium and iron, will help reduce or prevent hair loss. Green, leafy vegetables, especially sea vegetables, are good mineral sources. Raw oats provide silica. Dried fruits and cherry juice are rich sources of iron.Eat plenty of iron-rich foods, like liver (avoid if you are pregnant) and other organ meat, whole grain cereals, dark green leafy vegetables, eggs, dates, and raisins. For women, thinning hair or hair loss can be a sign of a problem in the gastrointestinal tract. It could be a sign of insufficient stomach acids; it could also mean a deficiency of protein, zinc and other nutrients.

The first thing you have to do is to develop a positive attitude towards your goal. You need to understand that transforming your physique is going to take a lot of time. These things don't work that easily. It's going to take a lot of hard work and consistency. 1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

Hi. At your age it's best to get it removed surgically. Medicines will only control the bleeding and offer temporary relief and the problem will recur as soon as you stop the medicines.

How to over come by repeated thoughts and depression and to get concentration power.
Hello lybrate-user you seems to be having problems with repeated thoughts. This needs further evaluation as it can be repetitive, negative and may interfere with your work. We need to understand how your mood is most of the times and also how distressed you are with this condition. Also, you would need to understand that this is a problem and hence be engaged in cognitive therapy to change your thoughts positively. Proper schedule, exercises and engaging in activities helps.
