Hello sir you should include soyabeans. Pulses. Paneer. Pulses in your diet. Take meals at regular intervel. Can also include raagi (1/2tsp in a whole day) as a good source of ca. You can have 1/2tsp ashwagandha powder with 1glass of milk at night.

Diet Tips: You may not eat or drink the following : Alcoholic Drinks. Butter, Margarine. Cakes, Pan Cakes, Cookies, Doughnuts, Pastries, Pies. Candy, Chocolates, Nuts. Creams, Cheese. French Fried Potatoes, Potato Chips. Pizza, Snack Foods. Gelatin Desserts, Puddings (Sugar-Sweetened). Gravies and Sauces. Jams, Jellies, Sugar and Syrup. Ice Cream, Ices, Ice Milk, Sherbets. Muffins, Waffles. Soda (Sugar-Sweetened). Cut down on salt and sugar. Eat from a small plate. Do not skip meals ? else being hungry you will overeat at the next meal. Do not eat while you are out of home Do not be tempted by prohibited foods. Keep tempting foods out of sight. Hye. Thankyou for the query. Firstly you need to be clear when you say your bone is thin. Have you done tests to check which nutrients you are deficient in and have you done tests to check for osteoporosis. Supplementation depends on the above test results. Even if it is a matter of bone health you must understand that it is not just supplementation with calcium that will help but many other nutrients and your diet needs to be planned right as well. Most often loss of bone density is due to deficiency of nutrients and wrong eating habits. It is important to know that just eating two heavy meals a day will not fulfill your nutrient needs. Most often we skip meals especially when at work or in college. We start our day on empty stomach but our work or stress or activity is never reduced. This causes weakness and lack of energy levels and definitely deficiency of major nutrients. Food is our source of energy and if you don't eat well as per your needs you are going to get deficient in many nutrients. So, start by eating the right foods at the right time. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. Include cereals like ragi, seeds like sesame, coconut and pulses like rajma, chana ,sprouts in your diet. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Avoid excessive tea, coffee, and avoid aerated drinks. Sleep well. Exercise at least thrice a week. This is essential for bone health.

Do take ift and vacuum therapy physiotherapy treatment for pain relief for 12 days followed by strengthening exercise from neuro physiotherapist apply hot and cold water fomentation for thrice a day for 7 days regularly do revert for further assistance best wishes.

Knee advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Hi there, Many times you get fever in the night, while you are hale and hearty during the day. This makes you have a restless night and then, you are really tired in the morning. This way you don’t get a good sleep or rest that your body demands, and you have a real irritable self. What causes high fever only at night is a matter of big concern. In case you are suffering from fever at night, you need to check on the symptoms first. In case the symptoms match, you need to visit the doctor at the earliest. There are obvious causes that you can avoid to get rid of fever that visits in the night. What causes high fever only at the night, let’s know. REMEDIES FOR HEAD COLD External Pyrogens Pyrogens that travel from outside and try to penetrate your body are what causes high fever only at the night. You will see that these pyrogens tend to produce toxins that can be harmful to your health. Within the body, these pyrogens are produced as a result of monocytes and macrophages. When external pyrogens enter the body, they induce the body to produce its own pyrogens and thus resulting in feverish conditions. This is one of major causes of fever at night. Upper Respiratory Tract Infections Cold and other respiratory tract infections are probable causes of fever in the night. Sometimes, it is just a common cold that affects your body to cause fever in the night. Sometimes, it can also be infection of the larynx, bronchi or the trachea that can cause major respiratory tract infections and in effect, it can cause fever that occurs in the night. Common cold lasts for a few days while other infection depends on the patient's immunity and general time period. Urinary Tract Infections You may also experience fever only in the night when you have urinary tract infections. A very sharp pain in the urinary tract along with presence of toxins can lead to fever. You would need to consult a doctor in this case. In case you have urinary tract infection, it can be cured with some medication and proper checkup. Skin Infection In many cases, fever at night is due to the presence of skin infections. If there are major infections present on your skin that have been persistently bothering you, you will need to get it checked. This could be one of the major reasons for fever at night. Inflammations In case there is inflammation in your body due to allergic reactions to the drugs, you will get fever in the night. It could be a plain allergy that can cause major reactions. Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

It can happen due to anxiety. Vitamin deficiency and peripheral neuropathy. Take calcium and multivitamin supplements. Do not consume alcohol. Consult for more help.

The first thing you have to do is to develop a positive attitude towards your goal. You need to understand that transforming your physique is going to take a lot of time. These things don't work that easily. It's going to take a lot of hard work and consistency 1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

Good quality lean protein foods like egg whites, toned milk & its products like paneer, curd, cheese, alongwith tofu, sprouts, dals, peas, beans help to improve muscle mass. Diet should be balanced too so that different food groups are included daily & excess of protein foods should not be consumed. Physical exercise with a combination of cardio, resistance or weights and stretching would help.

-Dolo-650 mg twice or thrice daily can be taken to lower a fever . -Wear loose fitting clothes and don’t overdress. Overdressing can cause temperature to rise further. -Tepid water (85 F [30 C]) baths may help bring down a fever -The body should be cooled with a wet sponge. -Fever can cause severe dehydration. Drink plenty of fluids.. Have citrus fruits, particularly Vitamin C rich ones like mausami,Amla juice etc. -Take light and easily digestible home cooked meals .,,,,,

Dear get Serum uric acid Heamoglobin test done. Do fasting once a week daily. only take fruits like pineapple, pomegranate, apple and guava. prefer lemon water. Drink plenty of fluids and water. Eat light non spicy and healthy food daily. Stop taking tea coffee, aerated drinks and alcohol. Do morning walk daiy. Take 2 tab chitrakadi vati twice a day with water 30 min after meals. Mix equal quantities of powdered fenugreek seeds, turmeric and ginger powder. Take one teaspoon daily in the morning and evening. For dry fomentation of the affected joints, take a cloth and fold it into four, fill it with hot and sand make a potli (bag) out of it. Use this bundle for the fomentation of different joints. This is very helpful in reducing pain and swelling.

Hello, if you don't want to gain weight develop a habit of walking post dinner at least for 30 minutes then what ever you have in your dinner doesn't matter. You should take vegetable dalia most of the times in the dinner. Take good amount of salad, corn flakes, non fat yogurt, apple with pea nut butter and baby carrots.

It must be investigated. Get a mri of the knee. You would probably need arthroscopic knee surgery. It is a very safe procedure in our hands with uniformly good results. We have very good well equipped center in delhi. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Don? t ignore it lest it become beginning of a bigger problem.
