Dear user, your weight should be 65 to 70 kg a/c to your height. You should take balanced diet including whole cereals, dals, meat, fish egg, whole milk, fresh fruits, like banana, apple, pineapple, vegetables like, root vegetables, paratha in place of roti, use butter, peanut butter, cheese, fruit juice, dried fruits, oats, yogurt, chicken breast, potato, soybean, etc frequent meal with snacks, and go for exercise daily. Hello take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Add more protein in your diet like eggs, pulses, milk and milk products, sprouts. Do some basic workout every day. You can try whey protein powder after workout. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals. Why I can not gain weight even eating more but I am growing faster at a good height od 6.2 at just 56 kg. I am 20 old.
To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. g. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

First alwyas do warm up before running in order to prevent the muscular injuries use knee cap while walking and running, do some knee mobility exercise before walking, jogging or running apply ice pack over the affected knee after running.

First we hav to work on ur digestive system...Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day...Follow up after 1week...drink plenty of fluids..avoid constipation. Tell ur height

According to your height your ideal body weight should be 70 kg. With proper diet you can easily increase your weight. To gain weight it is not about eating too much, but eat high energy and protein dense food frequently in small portions. 1 start eating high energy high protein food. Like almond, ground nut, dry coconut, cashew nut, milk and milk products etc 2 do not take stress, if you are suffering from any kind of stress do yoga and meditation 3 quite smoking or any kind of tobacco. 4 eat food which is less in fiber so it can be digested easily and make you hungry again. 5 instead of eating large quantities of food in single meal take small portions of food frequently above are some common instruction. Hi, Gradual weight gain is always advisable and an increase in 500 kcal per day can result in a 0.5 kg per week increase in one’s body weight. For healthy weight gain, you need to add more muscle rather than fat to your frame and that can only come from wholesome foods. Keep the following basic principles in mind if you wish to gain weight in a healthy way: •Increase your appetite by eating more to gain weight. But do it step-by-step and not by stuffing yourself too much at one go. Add one extra chapatti or more rice than you normally consume, or you even start with fruits by eating an extra one every day. •Carbs are needed to gain weight but include healthier options like banana, potato, mango, whole grains, rice, etc. Instead of sugar-rich foods, chocolates, and other junk foods. •In order to increase your muscle mass, it is essential to do weight training 4-5 times a week for an hour. Consume protein-rich foods after you workout to increase muscle mass and eat good fats like nuts and seeds in your diet. •DIET CHART: •Breakfast: 10 almonds, Banana milkshake, Cheese grilled sandwich in multigrain bread or stuffed parantha. •Midmorning: Fruit, Glass of sweet lassi. •Lunch: 3 chapatis, Dal, Mixed vegetable containing potatoes, Paneer or Non-veg (Chicken, Curd, Fruit. •Glass of Milk with bournvita or Whey protein and vegetable sandwich •Dinner: Same as lunch. Hello Pramod, sorry to say but it depends on your body type. Every person tends to gain weight (or put on Fat) differently. Some people tend to have a fat belly and tires while other have chubby cheeks with an otherwise slim proportionate body. In your case , I suggest you to put on some more weight to see if it changes your face as you desire.

Dear lybrate-user. The crackling of sound may be of various reasons. Some of the reasons may be related with biomechanical issues or with dereased synovial space. If the crackling sound does not cause any pain or discomfort, then you should not be worried. Its natural and absolutely normal.

Hi lybrate-user, you can begin with eating 4-5 eggs in a week, during day-time - breakfast or evening around 5 - 6 pm. Also with egg, you need to increase your daily food intake, eat after every 2 -3 hours. Eat 2 toast with butter or cheese with egg in breakfast, or parathas. Have 2 -3 chapatis with rice, veg, dal, salad in lunch & dinner.
