Add Coconut milk ( Crush 1/4 of Fresh Coconut and add lukewarm water , sieve and consume it. ) in breakfast or after 1 hour of breakfast and also take it in evening . It will improve weight and stamina and best suitable for summers too. Along this, you can take 5 gm mix of Ashwagandha and Shatavari Kulp ( mix them in equal ratio) . along Coconut milk. Take 5 meals per day ( 3 main meals+ 2 snacks) .

Hello ,as you have mentioned you had a fracture in proximal bone of tibia ,I would suggest to strengthen your thigh and leg muscles. Because cramps sometimes occurs due to weakness in muscles as due to fracture and immbilisation in plaster cast muscles get weak and may be stiffness in joints so I would suggest to go to a physiotherapy doctor first of all. Learn some exercises and proper rehabilitate your muscles, thank you.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily.

Take rest for few days. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.

Dear Lybrateuser, - To develop your muscles you have to consume a well balanced diet with more of protein rich foods, do regular exercise & take adequate rest - have more of fruits, vegetables including green leafy ones, whole grains instead of refined ones, protein rich foods such as eggs, non veg, milk & milk products like yogurt, cheese, paneer, butter milk, soya products, tofu, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashew - do regular exercise like jogging, swimming, playing an outdoor game, pushups, pull ups, squats, do moderate weight lifting for 15-20 min 2-3 times a week - consult a dietitian on forum for your exact requirement of proteins & calories per day as per your activity level, dietary habits & constitution.

Hello, The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on these points which helps in right way without harming your body if you don’t have any medical condition. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day.Protein shakes will help you to gain muscle mass, particularly if you're working out. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. This is where protein shakes and bars really come in handy. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos., both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 1month.

Hi lybrate-user, its very good that your intrested in healthy life style. Follow few things ans stay fit: 1. Drink 3-4liters of water per day. 2. Do jogging or brisk walk for 1hr daily. 3. Include fresh fruits ans veges in your diet daily. 4. Do meditation and yoga to laed peacefull life. 5. Take local honey daily with warm water. 6. Drink milk and butter milk one glass each daily. 7. Drink cup of green tea. 8. Sleep atleast 6-8hrs daily. 9. Avoid sugars in your diet as much. 10. Avoid oily and spicy food. Tc.

Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day.
