Hi, boils occur when there's an infection in the hair follicle or an oil gland on the skin. -take 50 g cumin seeds, add a little water. Crush to make a paste and apply on the boils. -take 1 chopped onion, add 2-3 chopped garlic cloves. Press this on a sieve and extract juice. Apply this on boils 4-5 times everyday. -take 1 tsp of milk cream. Add 1 tsp of vinegar. Add 1 tsp of turmeric powder. Mix well. Apply this paste on the boils. (unhygienic conditions facilitate bacterial activities and can lead to boils. Also, choose soap which suits your skin, bathe regularly and always apply a moisturiser after bathing).

• Your sleep is disturbed, stop worrying, take bath two times, have regular light exercise, avoid spicy and pungent diet, take fruits and fresh juices. You can definitely achieve the fit body with good amount of muscle tissue. The healthy way of putting on weight is good diet and exercise. Now, you should focus on what you are eating. Increase your protein intake and good fats. Avoid fried foods and sweets. Take more protein rich foods such as eggs, fish, lean meat, soya chunks, paneer, curds. You should aim at increasing weight through proper diet rich in multiple sources of protein, complex carbs, healthy fats, vitamins and minerals. You should consult a health coach/nutritionist for getting a proper advise on how to increase your weight in the right way. The weight increasing supplements that are usually marketed on tv and media have lot of carbs and sugars, which increase your weight by the way of increasing your fat percentage, which is not the right thing to do. Dear Lybrate User, I am very concerned to see you in this condition. Have you ever taken any professional help for this condition? If not, please consult a Counsellor at the earliest. The Counsellor will help you to understand what is happening to you and what are the causes. I guess that you have had a difficult childhood. Probably your emotions and feelings were not validated by your loved ones. All those suppressed emotions are making you hyper sensitive now. Since you have attempted suicide twice, then it is clear that you are desperate to leave this world which seems an unhappy place for you. I think, suicide is not a solution, it might create more problems for you. It is advisable to consult a Counsellor at the earliest. The Counsellor will listen to you and will accept you unconditionally. The Counsellor will also help you to understand what is happening to you and what is the cause behind your negative thinking. By modifying your thoughts and behaviour you may bring some pleasant change in your life. The Counselling process will help you to explore other options. All the best and take care.

Start taking black til (seasam) with a glass of lukewarm milk early morning. Avoid pickles, spices, oily, greesy food items. Start avle ka murabba. Also have a high protien rich diet e. G. Pulses, dry fruits, black gram, ground nut etc. Also oil your hair with good herbal oil and wash with herbal shamppoo - avoid shampoos with high acid contents. As far as ayurveda's therapy is concerned - start with shirodhara with herbal oil and nasyam therapy for atleast 15 days. This will greatly help. Do gentle massage with herbal hair oil daily night for 15 minutes.

Firstly start taking a full nutritious diet. A good diet is a nutritional lifestyle that promotes good health. A good diet must include several food groups because one single group cannot provide everything a human needs for good health. And what ever we are eating that reflects on our body and skin. 1. Homoeopathic medicine for fair skin is berberis aquafolium mother tincture. Take 5 drops of it mix with water, twice a day. 2. Apply this tincture in diluted form on your face with cotton once a day. 3. Wash your face with besan and curd, mix a pinch of turmeric also. 4. Apply bio valley's skin lightening cream 5. It can be a lipoma or a fibrosis of skin due to trauma but if it asymptomatic than don't do anything or else we might have to remove it by surgery

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, in one glass of luke warm water. 2. Hi, Consume low calorie diet like raw vegetables, fruits, oats, etc. Avoid sweets and oil fried food, chats, fast food, etc. Work out some exercises to reduce the belly and thigh fat. Walk for 1 hour daily. Work outs in gym is not a bad option. Avoid non-veg food also if you are a non-vegetarian.

6. Male 5' to 510 ,in 60kgs max 75 kgs app.
7. Water intake daily 3-5 ltrs.
8. Freehand exercise 30 min in morning daily to accumulate more oxygen into blood.
9. Avoid oily food outside. only fruit juice or white sweets.
10. nutritious balance diet daily.
11. prepare popcorn in home and do breakfast with it to
be healthy and to avoid stool related problems.

I am 4months pregnant. Since the start of pregnancy my sleep has been disrupted. I hardly sleep 3-4hrs at night. Though tired I do not get sleep. I do not sleep in the day time also for fear of not sleeping at night. Before pregnancy I slept 6-7hrs without issues. Kindly advise what to do. Im also suffering from migraine due to this problem.

Take milk every day before sleep and read some books which can help baby also nd every morning pranayam. Do not think so much about hours of sleep. Be happy as much as you can.
