If you have not exercised for a while it is worth visiting you Doctor to get a check-up before you get into any fitness program. Start your fitness programme slowly, many people rush back into their exercise programs at exactly the same level of intensity that they where at when they last exercised –remember that muscles tighten as we get older and we need to build up our level of intensity gradually – I suggest no more than a 10% increase in time, speed or intensity each week. Stretching is very important before starting your exercises. Make sure you get good instruction on the correct technique for all of your exercises before you get serious and increase the weights. Speak to one of the Physio & Fitness gym trainers if you are at all concerned about how to do any of the exercises in your program. Best wishes.

Protein 2 scoop+daily and exercise for an hour hour and drinks lots of water. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. To gain weight start eating right and exercising right. This means eating lots of calories, protein and nutrients and weight-training at least four times a week.Every few weeks, try your exercises with a different grip or slightly modulated position. This will engage different muscle groups you may have neglected. Eat 5-6 small meals a day and Eat protein-filled snacks before or after a work out, such as Milkshakes, yogurts, or fish. A good diet is essential to healthy weight gain

I am suffering from hairfall . Hairloss at your age is due androgenic alopecia its a male pattern of baldness, its a progressive disorder can only be controlled, following tips can help you, avoid using helmet or cap for long duration of time. Take multivitamin daily once for atlest 3 months, drink 2 to 3 cups of green tea daily avoid using hot water for hair wash, avoid blow drying of hair, use wooden combs inplace of plastic. Do not use strong shampoo or conditioners, avoid rigorous hair massage, take homeopathy medicine jaborandi q 10 drops 3 times a day for 3 months. Scalp itching is due to sensitive skin or agressive use of shampoos is uggest take homeopathy medicine sulphur 30 4 pills twicw a day for 15 days and let me know.

Dear lybrate user, for weight gain. Avoid fast food, junk food, heavy food, oily, spicy etc food which are heavy in digest. Take good nutrition base diet which contains vitamins, minerals, protein etc like green leafy vegetables. Take milk two times in a day. Avoid stress and anger. It is most important. Take enough sleep. Take one hour sleep at noon time also. Enjoy light music if you like. Develop your hobby one hour per day. Think positive. Take enough rest. Avoid too much physical and mental work. Take fermented diet once in a week. Take dry fruits. Take grapes, watermelon, banana etc fruit which is heavy in calory.

Take chitrakadi vati and shool vajrini vati 1-1 tab after lunch and dinner. Take pranacharya udar bhaskar kshar churna twice a day. Avoid tea. Coffee. Junk food. Spicy food. Fermented food. Walk for atleast 30 minutes a day. Avoid alcohol consumption and non vegetarian.

Dear, people who are extremely thin also tend to go with unhealthy food and junk to add extra fat to the body before going with natural process to gain weight. For all those who want to put on weight are suggested to keep distance from junk foods which are not healthy for the body, since they are surely going add weight to the body but at the same time they also are said to add bad fat to the body. Go only with the foods which are said to increase nutrient intake for the body and provide with sufficient energy, some of these foods have been listed below for simplicity: salmon tuna paneer soya beans soya paneer-tofu eggs shrimps granola bars cheese paneer yoghurt walnuts dates apricots anjeer raisins nuts and oil seeds peanut butter chicken breast gaining weight is not an excuse to get fat and schedule daily visits to all-you-can buffets. I suggest you begin implementing one principle each week and watch your body stack on more muscle to your frame each week.

Follow this best Diet plan for fastly reducing your weight naturally within 4 weeks. Before you start with this diet there are a few Things you should keep in mind to achieve best Results: * Stay away from Chocolates, cold drinks and any Other fatty but delicious food items for these 7 Days. * Do not do any weight training at Gym. This is Because once you gain muscles it will add to our Body weight. If you want you can only do 30 mins Brisk walking daily. * Try to drink as much water as you can during The day. Atleast 2-3 litres of water is Recommended every day. The 7 Day Vegetarian Weight Loss Diet Day 1 – Day one of your diet is to detox your Body and to drain out all kinds of toxins from it. So on day 1 you can have all kinds of “Fruits” like Oranges, apples, guava, watermelon, cherries, Etc… There is no restriction on the quantity of Fruits you can have as much as you want, However fruits like Mango & Banana should be Avoided at this stage. Also ensure that you do not Take fruit juices but should stick to fruits only. Day 2 – Have a boiled mashed potato in the Morning. Mix it with some onions, butter and very Little spices for taste and use SENDHA SALT only. For lunch and dinner you can have raw vegetables Or boil them and eat. No fruits should be taken this day. Day 3 – Day 3 will be combination of FRUITS And RAW/BOILED VEGETABLES. You can eat as Much until you feel satisfied. However this day You should not take boiled potatoes, banana and Mangoes. Day 4 – This is a day for Banana lovers. On day 4 you should only consume Bananas and Milk. You can consume upto 6-8 bananas with around 2-3 litres of milk throughout the day. Day 5 – This day belongs to Panner lovers. DO NOT make Paneer Bhurji or Paneer Ki Sabzi. Instead have it in the raw form or you can simply Roast paneer and put some Sendha Salt over it for Taste. Apart from Paneer you can also have Soya Been and Sprouts. Day 6 – This day you can take as many soups As you want and combine them with Paneer & Vegetables, as you consumed on day 5. You can Also consume a Panner Stuffed parantha with Very little oil in it. > Day 7 – This day you can consume combination Of Rice and vegetables. It is best if you consume Brown rice but if you do not like the taste then White boiled rice will also do the trick.. Hi, U must have tried some steroidal lotions and some shampoos but disease will come back. We are treating psoriasis using ayurvedic medicines .we can provide you a oil to be applied at night .U can apply same oil on scalp on sunday or holiday and sit in sun for 15 minutes. Scientists now know that the body does not register liquid calories in the same way it does solid calories. Drinking a grande caffe mocha, for instance, won't make you feel satiated the way eating a bowl of pasta will. Which means that although the caffe mocha actually has a greater number of calories than the pasta, you're still more likely to want a second cup from Starbucks than another plate of linguine. So monitor your intake of juice, soda, coffee drinks and wine. If you consume one of each of those beverages during the day, you'll have taken in at least 800 extra calories by nighttime — and you'll still be hungry. (Incidentally, alcohol may suppress the metabolism of fat, making it tougher for you to burn those calories.)
