My forehead has become all black due to acne problems. Is there any solution for returning to original skin color as it used to be. It feels like a got a Sun burn but it's all bcoz of acne. Do skin whitening techniques will help me out or by peelings. I feel less confident in public bcoz of my face though my whole body is fair my face looks black. It looks like that it doesn't belong to my body.

Homoeopathic cream antimarks cream (biovalley) apply twice daily in circular fashion dark spots are primarily caused by acne, blemishes and black heads. The percentage of dark spots increases as the exposure to the sun increases too. Since the rate of melanin would be decreases, it leads in turn to the darkening of the skin. So, apply sunscreen (homoeopathic suncare cream of bakson company), every time you go out and follow the recipes below in order to get relief from dark spots. Instead of using the chemical products for your skin, try using some natural home remedies. Using home remedies can work out to be much cheaper than chemical based products and they can help treat your condition without any side effects. Caring for your skin is highly important. Here are some home remedies that allow your skin to be free of dark spots, black spots or pimple marks or even acne scars on the face. 1. Take a medium sized tomato and squeeze the juice from it, add one tablespoon of lemon juice to the tomato juice and stir the mixture well. Apply on the face and let it dry for 20 minutes. Rinse the face with warm water. 2. Take pulp from aloe vera leaves and let it dry in the sun for 5 minutes and then add few drops of lemon juice to the dried pulp. Apply this mixture on the face and wash it off after 15 minutes. The results are quite good. 3. Onions have anti-microbial properties and they help remove the acne related scars and spots. Take an onion and cut it into several pieces, grind them and then, separate the juice from the beaten onions. Apply this mixture on the affected areas; allow the mixture to remain on the skin for a few minutes and rinse off with water.

Eat healthy, that is the best remedy for hairfall. Amla, curry leaves and fenugreek are great remedies to improve hair growth. Externally, use a combination of coconut oil, castor oil and sesame oil in equal proportions mixed with a spoon of lemon juice. Apply this on alternate days followed by a hairwash after an hour.

Dear, ideally your weight should be around 50 -51 kgs for a good bmi. It is very nice that your are health conscious. Considering your lifestyle (i assume sedentary) ideal calorie intake to achieve a bmi of 21.5 would be around 1800 cal/ day. To achieve your target weight of 51 kgs you need to reduce or burn 500 cal per day which should reduce your weight by around 1/2 kg per week and in around 4 months should reach you to 50-51 kgs. This should be the plan. Now we convert the calories to actual food and exercise. See to it you keep your portions in control have 4 meals a day cut down on carbs and keep the intake level to 1200-1300 cals which knocks of 200 calories and walk around 4 kms every day to reduce another 200 or so. See to it if you can exercise more to reduce 100 more calories. Please do not under eat or crash diet. For a proper plan kindly consult.

If it is one off it may be related to stress /anxiety occasionally ; hence see what happens over the next 2-3 months. However if you are sexually active then I would advice you to do a urine pregnancy test.

I am 25 year old guy and from last two days my lower neck is paining. I don't know the exact reason for that. What are all the symptoms for spinal tumor and what can I do for this?

1. Take one tablet of crocin pain relief sos after food upto a maximum of 3 tablets daily 2. Apply volini gel twice daily 3. Give warm compress locally 4. Take rest if you have recurrent attack of neck pain a) take x ray/mri cervical spine to exclude spondylitis and consult orthopedic specialist b) sometimes it could be due to bad sitting posture while reading or working on computer. Adopt proper sitting posture, put neck rest, use soft pillow while sleeping c) do physio therapy and neck exercise after consulting physiotherapist.

Your symptoms look like you are going in to menopause. Try using lubricants liberally during intercourse do some yoga and meditation to control your mood swings and depression. If not improving consult your doctor. May prescribe some hormones but after thoroughly examining you and blood tests and definitely you will feel the improvement.

Helloji, you should follow a proper diet plan. You should take frequent meals. Atleast one meal a day be it lunch or dinner you should combine proteins and carbohydrates together, like you should take roti+rice+dal+veg. Drink a glass of banana shake daily.

Using a moisturizer greatly reduces the chances of split ends and promotes hair growth by diminishing breakage. However, to avoid overtly oily hair, use only a little moisturizer or try lubricating your hair a couple of hours before hair wash. Moisturized hair will attract dust if you go out.

Dear Doctor, I am 46 years old and diabetic. Having E coli in urine analysis with burning while urination, After that levofloxacin have been used and recovered. Now after few days I am having same problem with burning urination. Is any problem to participate in intercourse with wife. It will be attackable to sex partner also. Generally utis are not transmitted by sexual contact, unless caused by sexually transmitted infections like chlamidia, trichomoniasis etc. You may have to take another course of antibiotics for may 7 to 14 days to get a cure from it. Thanks.

The most important thing you can do to gain weight is to eat more calories than your body needs. You need to eat more calories than your body burns in order to gain weight. Aim for 300-500 calories per day above your maintenance level, or 700-1000 calories if you want to gain weight fast. Eat Lots of Protein Muscle is made of protein, and without it most of those extra calories may end up as body fat. If youâ?re trying to gain weight, aim for 1. 5 â? 2.2 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight. You can even go above that if your calorie intake is very high. High-protein foods include meats, fish, eggs, many dairy products, legumes, nuts and others. Protein supplements like whey protein can also be useful if you struggle to get enough protein in your diet. Eat Lots of Carbs and Fat, and Eat at Least 3 Times Per Day Eat a Lot of Energy-Dense Foods and use Sauces, Spices and Condiments Here are some energy-dense foods that are perfect for gaining weight: Nuts: Almonds, walnuts, macadamia nuts, peanuts, etc. Dried fruit: Raisins, dates, prunes and others. Hello, first of all you should start taking a healthy and balanced diet. Hair fall is a result of any deficiency of any essential nutrient. *Eat colourful fruits and green leafy vegetables. *Include more protien rich supplements to your diet. *Take phosphorus 200, 5 drops , morning empty stomach, once in week. *wiesbaden 200, 5 drops , daily morning empty stomach. *Apply Arnica hair growth oil (B &T) on your hair and scalp, thrice in a week. *Wash hair with Arnica montana herbal shampoo (SBL) *Drink minimum 10 glasses of water per day. *Take 10 ml amla juice mixed with half cup of water, daily morning. Use this home remedy also to prevent hair loss:- *Triphala is the boon for dead cells of the scalp; it works to recover all the problem related to damaged and graying of hair. Take a teaspoon of triphala powder with water before sleeping. You will get rid from white hair as well as hair fall. *Onion is also an effective home treatment for hair loss and premature graying.
