Drinking luke warm water with honey is virrudha mixture according Ayurved shastra which acts like slow poison in body not suitable for any person any time for any disease.

First get your stool test done in a laboratory and revert back with reports and till than Avoid spicy food in your diet and eat only curd rice or khichdi for few days and drink only boiled water

I am feeling tired whole day. I do some exercises also mostly after lunch I feel's very heavy and tired. Please suggest.

Take nutritive food only. Avoid spicy and junk food. Add green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits in your diet. Drink plenty of water and juice. Take very light and easily digestible food. Do exercise only according to your capacity. Tab. Supradyn once daily will help. Feel free to consult.

1. Start doing surya namaskar, its more than a weight loss exercise. From improving your posture, strengthening muscles to whittling extra inches around the waist, the benefits of suryanamaskar are many, provided you adapt it the right way. A set of 12 fixed, cyclic postures define suryanamaskar which when performed repeatedly at an easy pace can bring a sense of well being, almost immediately. However, those with a heart condition, arthritis or slip-disk, need their doctor's consent before starting the routine. 2. In the morning start consuming lukewarm water right after you wake up & sitting in sukhasaan (chaukdi) it is advisable to even do rinsing with the lukewarm water in your mouth and drink sip by sip instead of drinking quickly. This process is done for the detoxification and cleaning of your stomach/intestines that has everything to with your weight issues. After this your stomach condition will remain intact at ph7 (which is not alkaline or acidic in nature but normal).

Hello, use a pore cleansing facewash like facecare facewash or fash facewash twice a day. Apply papulex cream one pea size drop for full face at night for 6 weeks to reduce pimples.

Start taking black til (seasam) with a glass of lukewarm milk early morning. Avoid pickles, spices, oily, greesy food items. Start avle ka murabba. Also have a high protien rich diet e. G. Pulses, dry fruits, black gram, ground nut etc. Also oil your hair with good herbal oil and wash with herbal shamppoo - avoid shampoos with high acid contents. As far as ayurveda's therapy is concerned - start with shirodhara with herbal oil and nasyam therapy for atleast 15 days. This will greatly help. Do gentle massage with herbal hair oil daily night for 15 minutes. Although some herbal medicines might also help you.

Care for the Hair- • Avoid using hot water to wash the hair, and use warm water instead.  • Do not comb the hair when it is wet.  • When there is dandruff, this needs to be primarily treated, as severe dandruff is itself a cause for hair loss.  • Oil weekly twice • Use a mild shampoo of homoeopathy. • Eat 2-3 almonds every morning, this is very rich in vitamin E and is very nutritious for the hair.  • Avoid repeated chemical or heat treatments to the hair.  Homeopathic treatment  Hair fall associated with chronic illness, or hormonal imbalance corrects itself with the treatment of the underlying condition. In such cases, the underlying condition has to diagnosed and treated. When it is due to acute illness or fever, generally it subsides on its own, and the hair growth normalizes.  In many cases of hair loss, adequate supplementation of iron and vitamins needs to be done to improve the hair growth. Hello. I am 19 year old, male and suffering from sleeping disorder. Last seven days I don't use to sleep at night for study purpose. After whole night of reading and writing I go to bed on 6: 00a. M. Now when I try to sleep at night, then don't know why my eyes don't go drwosy. My body pains and feel sleepy but whenever I try closing my eyes and to sleep, my eyes gets open in its own. Sleeping well is essential to your physical health and emotional well-being. This problem of urs is temporary and due to stress and change of routine. Avoid too much of coffee in the evening or night time. Drink plenty of liquids. Keep a regular sleep schedule. Do deep breathing exercises. Rest in cool dark and quiet room.
