1.Take crocin 500mg one tablet sos after food upto a maximum of 3 tablets daily 2.Apply volini gel twice daily 3.Give warm compress locally 4. Take rest If you have recurrent attack of neck pain a)Take X ray cervical spine to exclude spondylitis and consult orthopedic specialist b)Sometimes It could be due to bad sitting posture while reading or working on computer. Adopt proper sitting posture, put neck rest, use soft pillow while sleeping c) Do physio therapy and neck exercise d)Consult me for further advice

I have very thin and fine hair and have a big forehead. The quality of my hair have degraded. I used to have dense hair but my hair have become thin over time. I don't use any styling products other than shampoo, once or twice a week. I don't use any hair oil either. What may be the cause of continuous decrease of density of my hair and what are the possible ways to get my dense hair back? Or at least suggest any method to stop this, please.

Black tea is a Natural dye, and boost melanin and keratin .It useful for all ages, but especially young people who are only covering a few grey hairs .Coconut oil, lemon also boost Melanin and keratin and is very good for Premature greying (young people) like you . Avoid chemical based dyes . Similarly Curry leaves,& coconut oil also help Melanin and keratin boost in premature greying (young people)

Loss of anyone close to us makes us feel sad but if you continue to feel sad and feel unable to get out of it for more than 4 weeks, then you certainly need some medications to overcome your psychological trauma, along with counseling. You are too young. These symptoms should not be ignored. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take caldikind plus (mankind) 1tab odx10days paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days do back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Take care of personal hygiene. Always wash fruits & raw vegetables especially salads properly before consuming. Also wash hands properly before having food. Cover your food always, protect it from housefly. Take clean water. If you do not hv aqua guard or filters, boil water for 7 minutes after it starts boiling. Always wash hands properly with soap & water after touching flush.

For fair skin : • Applying a mixture of cucumber and papaya with one teaspoon of each and with three teaspoon of oatmeal apply it for 5 to 10 minutes then rinse off with water twice a week. • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water Once a week. . • Apply one teaspoon orange juice or take a piece of orange open it then apply that area for 5 minutes then rinse off it once a week. • Eat More fruits daily. • Mash half banana mix it with 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and half teaspoon of sandalwood powder mix it well and make smooth paste apply it for 10 minutes then rinse off with water. • Save yourself from sunlight by covering your face with cloth or by using sunscreen lotion .

Apple is a miracle fruit for the skin.The alpha hydroxy acids or AHA’s present in apples improves skin color and elasticity of the skin.Soak peeled apple slices in milk for 20 minutes and then blend to form a creamy paste.Place in the freezer for 10 minutes, and then mix a tsp of lemon juice, apply all over your face and neck.Rinse off after 15 minutes with cool water and massage an ice cube.The skin looks baby soft, smooth with a rosy white glow.Follow this for a week to get fair skin naturally. or All the natural ingredients (Tretinoin, Hydroquinone and Cortisone) inlcuded in Melamet have only one goal: to improve your skin tone. Hello,Drink plenty of liquids and cut down her fat, salt and sugar intake. go for a morning walk daily at least for 30 minutes. Take a sound sleep and try to avoid anger. Revert after 15 days with feedback.

Hi I can understand your problem. # relax & stay positive. # take hot and cold fomentation. # learn posture care exercise. # use lumbar support. # take break every 20 minutes. # do strengthening exercise of back and core muscles not all back pains are same. follow these important tips to get fair colour of skin * avoid to go in strong sunlight and if you have to go in sunlight then cover your face & exposed parts of body before going in sunlight. * Use sunscreen having SPF 15 on face especially in summer and spring season. * Take vitamin -E rich foods like dry fruits, egg and fish as you like.You can take cord liver oil capsule daily. * Take more anti oxidant foods like fruits ( Apple, grapes, melon) and citrus fruits. * Make paste of Papaya and apply this paste on face & exposed body parts and leave it for 15 minutes. It brightens the skin and lower melanin content. For fair skin : • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi ( turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water Once a week. • Drink 2-3 liters of water everyday to get hydrated & glowing skin. • Mash half banana mix it with 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and half teaspoon of sandalwood powder mix it well and make smooth paste apply it for 10 minutes then rinse off with water. What is best way to reduce weight I am male 53 yrs, 5'11" ht. I am 96 kgs. I take brisk walking almost 4 km every day by 45 mins. But some times its discontinue as I have to be out of city for 4 -5 days every months for my official work and resuming again on walking takes times. Please advice. I am non diabetic.

As your age is 50+ I would suggest you to go for Yoga rather than any other modes of reducing weight. Its because, it is harmless, no side effects as other medicines do, no expenses, its our traditional, and cools down our mind too, releases all stress over body. Then you will start feeling lighter from inside and then within a month you can feel good result. Though it is long term process, but best way is that. Avoid oily n spicy food.....take vegetable soup twice daiy....eat only saladn 1 cup of fat free milk at night...drink 1 glass of water 1/2hr before meals....take fruits empty stomach...join aerobics... take 1 tsp triphala churna dailyat night with luke warm water..

Hello, These are the symptoms of anxiety Diet & Lifestyle Advice: 1. Fresh fruits, fruit juices, vegetables (raw or cooked or boiled), vegetable juices, sprouts, nuts, dry fruits, honey, milk, ghee, fresh butter, and buttermilk are the best to increase sattva and enrich the mind. Try to cut down, or if possible stop, the use of black tea, coffee, white flour products, chocolates, white sugar products, deep fried foods, hot spices, meat, fish, and eggs. Such restrictions benefit in anxiety disorders. 2.Breathing exercises: Mind has a very close relation with breathing. A person has short and shallow breathing when anxious or stressed and has deep breathing when relaxed and happy. Next time you become stressed, watch your breathing. Try to slow it down. Take a relaxed position and breathe deep using the abdomen muscles. Let the diaphragm expand while breathing in, and contract while breathing out. This will immediately relax you and reduce anxiety attacks. Exercise, meditation, relaxation techniques and Yoga postures are also recommended. Home Remedies: 1. Take grated fresh coconut 10g, paste of 2-3 almonds (soaked for 6 to 7 hours and peeled), powdered fennel seeds 5g, black pepper powder 2g, and powdered rock candy or raw sugar 20g. Mix all the ingredients and drink with saffron milk. To prepare saffron milk, soak 5 to 6 threads of saffron in one teaspoon of milk for 5 to 6 hours. Chew well and eat. 2. Have 1 teaspoonful of licorice root powder with water empty stomach in the morning 3. Add some fresh rose petals in a cup of boiling water. Keep it aside till it is lukewarm. Add ½ teaspoonful of sugar to it and have this twice a day. This is a good drink to uplift mood.
