Hello Mr. lybrate-user, your weight should be nearby 78 to 83 kg, and you should lose it by 20 to 25 kg. Dear Lybrate user, weight loss can be achieved with Ayurvedic Medication, Panchakarma treatment, Diet Schedule and exercise. Weight reduction is very simple process though it should be followed for 6 to 8 months for good result. Follow this diet for reducing weight. “ Weight loss: Diet ” 1.Morning: half cup of tea/ milk/ coffee. 2.For breakfast: pohe, uppit, paratha, rawa dosa, thalipith, etc. In small quantity. 3.Milk products should be avoided: butter, paneer, cheese, meethai etc. 4.Fermented food should be avoided: idli, dosa, uttappa etc. 5.Tea should not be consumed more than half cup and 2 times day. 6.Lunch: one chapatti of wheat with any of the following vegetable. Vegetables: Snake gourd, ladys finger, cauliflower, cabbage, bottle gourd, red pumpkin, ash gourd, cluster beans, drumstic, green peas, radish etc. Rice should be taken only once a day, in half of the current quantity. 7.Evening: half cup of tea/ milk/ coffee. 8.Dinner: as per lunch. 9.Non-Veg and addictions like smoking drinking etc should be avoided. 10.Salt and weight: 1 gm of salt retains around 60 ml of water in human body, hence, salt intake should be reduced substantially for good result in weight loss. 11.Diet should be strictly followed for 3 to 4 months along with the medication and adviced Panchakarma Procedures. 12.Salads of radish, carrot, beat root, onion leaf, tomato etc. Should be used. please take these primary ayurvedic medicines for better relief. 1) medohar guggulu 500 mg twice day 2) arogyavardhini vati 500 mg twice day hope this anwers your query. Hi lybrate-user Excess fat deposit on tummy area is due to insulin and glucagon hormone imbalance. To lose tummy fat you should avoid starchy and sugary food and black heads and neck black marks are due to insulin resistance. Take lipolyzer tummy tablet after lunch and dinner.

Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don’t apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

Sure, firstly you have to make sure you are avoiding junk, oily and processed food. Secondly for weight reduction start alternative fruit fasting. Means you have to eat seasonal fruit everyday, juices and water an no other thing and the other alternative day eat normal food. Try not to eat anything after sunset. If its not possible than dinner should not be later than 8: 00 pm. Start doing surya namsaskar daily and make it your daily habit of doing it, in morning empty stomach. For diabetes start eating fenugreek seeds (methi dana) in mornin. Put 1 teaspoon fenugreek seed in water in night and eat it in morning after surya namaskar. Eat for 90 days for permanent cure. Avoid sugar, eat khaand, mishri and gurh in place of it. Walk for 1 hour daily.

I'm 29 yes old working women 9-6 in PC when I going home my stamina is nill I felt tired ness in my complete body.

Dear, as you work on computer for more than 6 hours, so you have to take these pecautions for increasing stamina and make yourself active in your life. * first while working on pc, make your sitting posture correct. The screen of pc should be on the same level of your eyes. If the level is not same you get tired early and it effects your working stamina. So change your chair and level it for long time work. * make your back and neck straight during work. Do not bend more the neck and back. * if you have to work all time on pc then take a break of atleast 5-10 minutes after 2 hours. The eyes need to rest after continous work. Just close your eyes then take 8-10 long breaths while eyes closed. You can put wet cloth on eyes for 2 minute on that time to make yourself more active. * proper level of energy requires proper diet so do not skip your breakfast or lunch. Eat deit on time and take complete balanced food. Do not go for fast food in lunch or breakfast. * after working hour first take meditation for 10-15 minute at home by listening soft music or taking a walk in calm and green area. *after work, give less time to television or mobile as it will make your eyes more tired. *it a lot of green vegetable and colored food for normal eye power. These vegetables have high level of carotene which is very important for eyes.

In PCOD: •Multiple cysts develop in the ovaries (condition is called polycystic ovaries). •Ovaries do not regularly release eggs. •There are high levels of 'male hormones' called androgens in the body. Just relax. If you do not have your periods till 10 Jan, then do a urine pregnancy test. You are just anxious because you had unprotected intercourse and you are fearing pregnancy. Only time will tell whether you are pregnant or not.
