After delivery my stomach looks like too much big and delivery done surgery not normal. So now 11th months completed my delivery still stomach size not reduced ,please suggest what should I do to reduce .I am using still abdominal belt but not reduced.

Abdominal belt will not help in reducing your abdominal girth. Increase in waist size is die to fat deposition and due to laxity of abdominal muscles. Take a healthy protein rich diet ,restrict fst and carbohydrate intake. Do regular exercises ,brisk walking for about 30 minutes daily and do abdominal and stretching exercises.

Do deep breathing exercise. Take plenty of water every day. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely.

I have a question that a patient with diabetes having stroke what is the connection between diabetes n stroke?
Our bodies need a hormone called insulin to turn sugar (from our food) into energy. If you have type 1 diabetes, your body does not produce insulin. If you have type 2 diabetes, your body does not make enough insulin. This means your body has difficulty absorbing the sugars from food. If diabetes is left untreated or uncontrolled it increases the risk of vascular disease (disease of the blood vessels). This is when your artery walls become hard and narrow. This increases the risk of stroke, particularly ischaemic stroke. People with diabetes are also more likely to have high blood pressure. This can also increase your risk of further strokes. If you have diabetes it is important to maintain healthy blood sugar levels to reduce your risk of having a stroke or second stroke.

As per your height, your weight should be about 50-55 Kgs. Hypothyroid problem is taken care by the medicine you may be taking for that problem. Your excess 10 kg may be a result of imbalance in diet and low exercise. If you change your food habits and start doing regular intensive exercise, your weight will come down gradually.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Hi as your age is very less. If you dedicate you can lose weight fast start doing walking for 30-40 mins early in the morning have early dinner, don't sit for a long time keep moving sleep early. Eat non veg weekly once home made not outside, junk food. Do thyroid profile, lipid profile once -blood test.

Hello, Eat fast and every meal should have all the nutrients. Make sure your breakfast, lunch and dinner have good quality proteins in it. Increase the servings of milk and its products, nuts, dried fruits, eggs, beans in the diet. Workout every alternate day.
