Lybrate-user. First of all, study times and study methods have to be individualized. However there are certain prerequisites for a good study and learning process. Your mind needs to be focused, should have good concentration levels and no distractibility. If you are easily distracted and less attentive that could be a presentation of attention deficit disorder. So also you need to have only the right amount of stress for study. Learning is a combination of attentive reading, grasping and rehearsing what you learnt. Here are few steps to improve your concentration and learning. - set approachable targets for study everyday - do not stretch yourself beyond your physical or mental limits - study in short periods of 40-50 minutes, take relaxing breaks of 5-10 minutes in between. - do not be overdemanding. Know your limitations, study regularly and steadily. Practice makes a man perfect. If you still have issues with concentration and find it difficult to be attentive while studying, see a psychiatrist soon.

Crunches and walk are good but have to be mixed with some other form of exercise. Go to you tube and you will find tons of fitness routine... Low fat diet does not work for majority of people. Eat wholesome nutritious food full of fibers, good quality fat like ghee and coconut etc. Don't focus on calories but on nutritional density and diversity. Simultaneously working on exercise and diet will surely help. Best rate to lose weight is 1/2 kg per week. If that happens, it is least likely to go high again in future.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food. And constipation.

Mr. Lybrate-user, if a person is not having diabetes, then consuming a good quantity fruits is welcome. There is no restriction. All fruits are good. But for a person with diabetes fruits like mango, banana, chikkoo and grapes are not good as they are too sweet. Other fruits like papaya, pomegranate, apple, pear, guava, orange, sweet lime and water melon are permitted. However, a daily intake of about 100 g is recommended that too with good blood sugar control. Excess fruits in diabetes are not advisable. Thanks for the question.
