Hello, yellow teeth could be because of deposits on teeth surface or food lodged in between teeth. Visit a dentist and get your scaling and polishing done. Brush your teeth twice daily, night brushing is very important. Floss regularly. Rinse after every meal. Visit dentist every 6 months.

Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning along with surgical, gum strengthening procedure. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meals. Use gum paint for 2 to 3 weeks. Advance procedures can be done with laser. You may consult me in person. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush.

My one Tooth at lower Job is removed, I wish to fit new with bridge etc. How far it will cost?

A.C.C.I - Accredited and Certified Course in Implantology, MDS - Pediatric & Preventive Dentistry, BDS
Dentist, Jammu
It would be advisable to have the missing tooth replaced by a bridge or for more longer durability an implant will be better. Regarding the cost - for anything you want to get done - there are lot of variations. The better the quality and the material as well as the expertise used the higher the cost. Its like you have a shawl or a stole - the better the material the greater the cost and if more the workmanship on the same again the greater the cost. So it depends what you want to ge done. Metaless crown and bridges are the best available today - E max or Lava but then these are also expensive to the dental surgeon.

I am 55 year old have a problem regarding my teeth \mouth having some smell and teeth pain gum pain.

BDS
Dentist, Mumbai
If you don't brush and floss teeth daily, food particles can remain in your mouth, promoting bacterial growth between teeth, around the gums, and on the tongue. This causes bad breath. In addition, odor-causing bacteria and food particles can cause bad breath if dentures are not properly cleaned. Smoking or chewing tobacco-based products also can cause bad breath, stain teeth, reduce your ability to taste foods, and irritate your gums. Visit your dentist and get teeth cleaned.

Blood from mouth in the morning while I brushing my teeth and its happening from two weeks. Any suggestions what to do now? I don't know but its quite paining now.

MDS - Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
Dentist, Chennai
- use a soft toothbrush -- and brush properly! brush your teeth for at least two minutes twice a day and after meals. Hard brushing can further damage the soft tissues of your mouth. - floss at least once a day and be sure to floss beyond the gum line to remove more plaque. - control bleeding by applying pressure to the area with a cold compress. - rinse with salt water or hydrogen peroxide to keep the area clean. Avoid mouthwashes that contain alcohol, which can dry out your mouth. - stay away from smoking and other tobacco products, which can aggravate bleeding gums. - eat a balanced diet and limit snacking between meals. Carbohydrates and sugars feed dental plaque. - try an oral irrigation device, commonly known as a" water pick, to clear debris from around the gum line. - you may need deep cleaning along with surgical curettage or gum strengthening procedure. Use pepsodent tooth paste & gum paint for 2 to 3 weeks. Advance procedures can be done with laser.

My friend is having a lot of gaps between his teeth. I went through internet and found the gaps are due to smaller tooth underdeveloped. I have read that I might need to transplant a new tooth. Is there any other way to reduce the gaps please help.

MDS, Certified Implantologist, BDS, Certified Conscious Sedationist
Dentist, Hyderabad
Normally spaces between the teeth can be treated and those gaps can be closed with the help of orthodontic braces. As you said, if your teeth are small or underdeveloped, after check up we can exactly say what exact treatment you require. In healthy dentition there is no need of replacement of teeth, we can treat it accordingly with advance treatment aids.

Gums bleeding is due to infection in gums. Get scalling done by dentist. Take vit c tab for one week. Use proper brushing techniques. Brush , floss n use mouthwash twice daily. Massage ur gums with ur finger tips after brushing. Keep ur tongue clean. Rinse ur mouth well after each meal. Visit ur dentist for dental checkups every 6 months to detect n prevent dental probs. medicine alone donot clear dental probs n requires adequate n definite intervention by dentist. avoid self medications n visit dentist ASAP.

Avoid consuming food which might get stuck in your braces especially sticky and chewy food.

My teeth have suddenly become very sensitive. What might be the reason? Very difficult to eat hot or cold items. Mostly the molar teeth region.

Mere teeth se blood aata hai aisa kyo. Aur teeth ke andar me black aur yellow mark hai.

BDS
Dentist, Gurgaon
Bleeding gum is due to various reasons for example:- -tooth infection -diabetes mellitus -iron overload -malnutrition -harmonal imbalance -use of aspirin and anticoagulants etc. I advice you visit a dentist once in every 3-4 month for plaque removal. Use soft bristle tooth-brush. Use floss twice a day it prevent plaque formation. Tooth paste with triclosan should be used. Use anti-plaque mouthwash two times in a day for 15 days. A balanced healthy diet should be taken. If cavity is not deep or there is no pain and sensitivity in the decayed tooth then go for restoration (filling) but if cavity is deep or there is pain and sensitivity in the decayed tooth then first get the X-RAY done of that tooth and send me the X-RAY picture for further diagnosis
