Hi, Please follow these home remedies to cure constipation: - Eat a big bowl of papaya daily before or after food. - Soak dry fig in water overnight and eat it in the morning every day. - Add 2tsf of lemon juice and a pinch of salt to a glass of hot water and drink it on empty stomach in the morning. - Eat one medium sized raw potato along with its peel daily. - Include lot of vegeables like cucumber, carrot, onion,beetroot, ladies finger,radish, snakegourd, beans, etc, both cooked and raw , in your diet. - Add 1tsf of pure ghee to a glass of hot milk and drink it at bed time.

There is no link b/w your allergic cold/rhinitis or laryngitis & to your hair fall. Here the itching is completely related to respiratory part which is allergic origin. But hair fall is due to some other reason. For this cold & itching/throat, you can take internal medicines as well practice salt water gargle, daily 2-3 times, & take boiled milk with pepper powder or dry ginger +turmeric, which will reduce that irritation& gives soothing, cold also will come down. Take luke warm water only, avoid, cold of any thing.

U need to schedule ur diet as we do it in the morning hours. Before u leave have your dinner but not heavy, then in-between you can munch on some dry fruits and fruits. Have some sandwich or handy foods after that but no oily foods.then probably u can have ur breakfast and sleep later

You can have your oats at an earlier time if you feel hungry. There is no need to delay having them till 10 am. Oats has high fiber content and is low in fats and calories. It promotes weight loss. That must be the reason for your week feeling.

You maybe suffering from allergic rhinitis and pharyngitis. You need to avoid the cause of your allergies and also take anti allergy medications. Please consult for prescription. If you have an infection and have fever you will need to do a course of antibiotics. For now do warm saline gargle and steam inhalation 3 times a day.
