I always think negative. Lots of thoughts go through my mind. I try to ignore but it continues. What to do?
When our mind is hooked into past it is normal to have lot of negative thoughts and in turn feeling low. The good news is that our mind could be wired to switch back to positive things and resilience building. We have immense potential within us and we could tap into those one step at a time, one day at a time. When things does not happen as we wish or people do not behave as we expect that is when out of disappointment, frustration, loneliness, anger, sadness. Etc we react and our mind starts thinking negative thoughts. Changing this pattern of responding to stressful situation requires both persistence and patience. Also you will only be able to work on this out of love and kindness towards you. Strong motivation will go a long way. Writing a statement about how would you want to respond in a similar situation and how will your life and your happiness will change if you do learn to manage your stress and how to respond to it. Once that is clear. Try following things to learn relaxation response which leads to better coping mechanism on a daily basis. To begin with doing guided progressive muscular relaxation before sleeping will help you relax. You could google and download an audio file. I would also suggest you to take a multiple small break to take 3 nice and deep breath while keeping your eyes closed. You could do this while sitting or standing or while even walking or climbing stairs (keep your eyes open in that case). When you take a nice and deep break there is actual physiological change in your body. This will help you to activate parasympathetic nervous system which promotes relaxation and helps you calm down and think more clearly. This will also actually improve your performance in your work. Along with this exercise is one of the best way to relive stress and stay fit. Engage in any kind of physical activity at least 4 times a week. This also helps in stress reduction. Along with this some relaxation exercises as well as engaging in joyful activities such as music, singing, dancing, reading, being in nature, gardening, talking with friends or anything which you enjoy will help reducing stress and rejuvenation of your mind and body. Have good routine for sleep and eating. Lot of research has now proven that sugar is very harmful for our health. Reduce sugar and refined white floor in your diet as much as you could. Along with this also increase consumption of raw vegetables in the form of salad in both the meals of your day.

My weight is increasing for no reason as I do not have thyroid and also my diet is also normal I do not do breakfast and in lunch I take 2 roti with dal or vegetable and in dinner same as for lunch but still my weight is increasing please suggest me something productive.

Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one cup of water. If you use freshly ground black pepper, then just add one-quarter teaspoon. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. Do this daily for at least three months.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hello, according to ayurveda weight gain not only depends upon heavy diet but also on other factors like proper digestion, sound sleep, and mental relaxation. Your excess diet/protein powder is not being digested and hence major of its portion is being wasted as excreta. Try these modifications for weight gain- a) Avoid fast food and spicy diet. B) Avoid late night sessions. C) Wakeup early before 6: 30 and perform yogasana like pawan muktasana and slight running schedule. D) Increase sweets and dairy products in your diet. E) Try to sleep at least eight hours a day.

दोमुंहे बालों से अक्सर कई लोग चिंतित रहते हैं. बालों का स्वस्थ होना उन्हें सुंदर भी बनाता है. इसलिए सभी लोगों के यही इच्छा होती है कि इन्हें जितना ज्यादा सुंदर बनाया जा सके उतना ही अच्छा है. इसके लिए ये आवश्यक है कि हमारे बालों को सदैव उचित पोषण मिलता रहे. दोमुंहे बालों की समस्या कई बार वातावरण के प्रदूषण से भी हो जाती है. लेकिन इसके और भी कारण हैं जैसे कि बालों को केमिकल उत्पादों से कई बार धोना, गलत तरीके से बालों की परवरिश इत्यादि. इसलिए हम यहाँ पर आपके दोमुंहे बालों की चिंता से मुक्त करने के लिए ऐसे घरेलू उपचार बता रहे हैं जिससे आपको कोई नुकसान भी नहीं होगा. बस आपको भी इस बात का ध्यान रखना होगा कि केमिकल का इस्तेमाल बिलकुल न करें. जितना ज्यादा संभव हो केवल प्रकृतिक चीजों का ही इस्तेमाल करें. इसके लिए कई चीजें हैं जैसे कि अंडा, बियर, दही, पपीता इत्यादि की सहायता से आप दोमुंहे बालों से आसानी से छुटकारा पा सकते हैं.
1. अरंडी का तेल
आपको अपने दोमुंहे बालों को खत्म करने के लीये अरंडी के तेल में बादाम तेल एवं ऑलिव ऑयल को मिश्रित करके अपने बालों में लगाना होगा. इसको लगाने के बाद तौलिये से बालों को ढक लें और आधा घंटा बाद बालों को धो लें.
2. बीयर
बीयर को भी बालों के लिए बहुत अच्‍छा माना जाता है. बालों के लिए बियर का इस्तेमाल करने हेतु अपने हथेलियों में थोड़ा सा बीयर लेकर इससे अपने बालों का अच्छे से मसाज करें. इसके कुछ देर बाद बालों को अच्छे से साफ कर लें.
3. अंडे
दोमुंहे बालों के खात्मे के लिए आप अंडे की जर्दी को भी उपयोग में ला सकते हैं. इसके लिए आपको अंडे की जर्दी में 1 चम्‍मच बादाम का तेल मिलाने के बाद इसकी सहायता से मसाज करके 1 घंटे के लिये छोड़ दें. इसके कुछ देर बाद शैंपू की सहता से बालों को ठीक से धो लें.
4. काली उड़द दाल
बालों का दोमुंहापन दूर करने के आधा कप काली उड़द की दाल में एक चम्‍मच मेथी के दाने को पीसने के के बाद उसमें आधा कप दही मिलायें. अब इस मिश्रण को बालों पर लगा कर दो घंटों के लिये छोड़ दीजिये. फिर हल्‍के शैंपू से बालों को धो लीजिये.
5. ऑलिव ऑयल
ऑलिव ऑयल की साहायता से बालों का दोमुंहापन दूर करने के लिए आपको इसकी थोड़ी सी मात्रा गैस पर हल्‍का सा गरम करके इसकी सहायता से बालों और सिर का मसाज करना चाहिए और इसके आधे घंटे बाद सिर को धो लीजिये.
6. एवोकाडो/बटर फ्रूट
एवोकाडो को आधा ले कर पीस लीजिये और बालों को गीला कर के उस पर लगाइये. 30 मिनट के बाद सिर को शैंपू से धो लीजिये. ऐसा करने से भी आपको लाभ मिलता है.
7. मेयोनीज़
इसका इस्तेमाल आप तब कर सकते हैं जब आपको एवोकाडो न मिल पाए. इसका इस्तेमाल करने के लिए आपक्कों इसे अपने सिर में 20 मिनट तक लगाकर रखना होगा और इसके बाद अपने बालों को अच्छे से धो लें. यदि आप इससे बेहतर परिणाम चाहते हैं तो आपको इसे सप्ताह में 2 दिन लगाना होगा.
8. जोजोबा ऑयल
जब भी आप स्नान करने जाएँ तो अपने शैंपू में जोजोबा ऑयल की दो बूंद मिला लें क्योंकि इससे आपके बाल एक तो मुलायम होते हैं और दूसरे उन्हें नमी भी मिलेगी. इससे आपके बाल खूबसूरत भी दिखने लगेंगे.
9. विटामिन ई कैप्‍सूल
विटामिन ई कैप्‍सूल को तोड़करके उसमें से तेल को निकालकर गरम पानी में मिलाएँ और इसके बाद इससे अपने बालों में मसाज करें. मसाज करने के लगभग 20 मिनट बाद अपने बालों को अच्छे से धो लीजिये.

Hello lybrate-user. Riddof contains pentazocine, which is a type of opioid. The effect of injections on body is similar to heroin abuse. It is addicting and once addiction develop person has many withdrawal symptoms like increased aches pains in body, loose motions, increased tear and nasal secretions. This can be controlled easilywith medicines. Once withdrawal is managed. A maintenece treatment can be started. On which your friend can remain drug freee for as long as possible. Consult a psychiatrist online/offline. Drug abuse is a disease not just a habit.

Hello dear lybrate-user, hi Warm welcome to Lybrate.com I have evaluated your query thoroughly.* Management of pain in hemorrhoidectomy patient - Round the clock, analgesic tablet (diclofenac, ibuprofen,tramadol are best molecules) if primary requirement.- Diet management with plenty of liquids, high fiber diet to get smooth, soft bowel evacuations with bulk forming laxative as ispaghula husk 3 teaspoonful at night with a glass of drinking lukewarm water.- Antibiotics as per prescription by your doctor.- Sitz bath (sitting in a tub filled with lukewarm water 5 minutes each 3 times a day and additionally after passing stools) is corner stone of the therapy.- Local application of Xylocaine (5 %)jelly gives excellent results.* Head ache and vomiting is part of spinal anesthesia later effects - Prefer lying down position with foot end elevation of the bed.- Consume plenty of liquids.- Intake of anti emetic as ondancetron with proton pump inhibitor as omeprazole are mandatory for this reason.
