I was heaving an irregular periods from this Feb. Gyn has checked and advice me that I need to go to ultrasound. In ultrasound the endometrium thickness was 15.5. Doctor advice me to take Sysron for 21 days. In April the period came fine for 4 days and again doctor advised Sysron for 21 days now I got my period on time but bleeding only happen for 2 days in 2 day night it stops and in 3 day afternoon it again started low but not as regular period. I have done the ultrasound and the endometrium thickness us 6.5. Pls advice why I am not having regular period flow.

Hello, it appears that you are having hormonal imbalance. You should continue with the medicine for 6 months and maintain a menstrual calendar. If the problem persist after that, you should get your investigations and sonogram done to rule out any disease.

You are too young to have type 2 diabetes. And insulin injection can be replaced by exanetide partially. Which will help you loose weight. Please consult for proper management. Dr surbhi agrawal consultant physician and diabetologist

Hello. This could be due to diabetic vasculopathy. Blood supply to your arm could be affected by the blood vessel occlusion. You must diagnose it earlier to prevent further worsening. There are ways to open the blockage. Feel free to take my consultation uf you need.

My husband is 42 year .he has a problem of migraine headache not frequently but sometimes. High blood pressure does Not cause headaches unless it's very very high. Migraines are different as compared to other headaches. If he has allergic rhinitis saline nasal spray or steroid nasal sprays are very effective. Lack of sleep due to nasal blockage can exacerbate headaches. Many interrelated issues. I have written a small book on the subject for the benefit of patients.

Hi lybrate-user, Normal sleep needed for man on average is 6-8hrs. Try to keep to a regular timing for going to bed*Avoid fried and heavy foods. Eat early and light food at night so that the food is almost digested by the time you go to bed. Prefer fruits and green vegetables. Fix daily work schedule and be busy with your work. Don’t keep pending problems in mind. Note down the points and leave them for next day’s action. Don’t do stimulating mental work or keep watching TV which can keep your mind agitated or active. This will not allow you to sleep. LCD screen will also have adverse effect. Day’s physical exercise makes you tired and induces sleep. *A warm bath in the evening will also be helpful. Low volume music also induces sleep. Keep your bed room neat, dark and cool. You may cover your eyes with bed sheet. *Drink plenty of water during the day rather than toward bedtime. Don’t have stimulating drinks like tea or coffee. Drinking a glass of milk before going to bed is fine.

The reasons for burning pain in epigastric & hypochondriac region could be many. But invariably such a symptom may occur due to excess acidity and or peptic ulcer. But since he has cardiac problems sometimes those conditions also mimic such symptoms. So it is better to consult your local physician. If simple excess acidity is there then that can be controlled by using drugs called proton pump inhibitors, on empty stomach.

Here are many lifestyle habits that can help you to get sound sleep. Excess sleep can be due to anaemia, hypothyroidism or general weakness and a blood test is needed and you may contact me personally by lybrate site for further advice 1. Make regular and a fixed sleep pattern: going to sleep and waking up the same time every day helps to maintain an equilibrium in the sleep-wake cycle called diurnal rhythm. There is no test to diagnose lung tb disease from blood test. Best test for its diagnosis is sputum (bulgum) tests for tb.
