Hi With all its moisturizing action, aloe vera is one of the most effective skin soothing agents. When you rub the gel over an itchy spot, it helps reduce the skin irritation in that area and provides quick relief from itching. Just break a leaf from the plant, cut it lengthwise using a knife and using a spoon, scoop out the jelly-like substance inside. Apply a little of this gel to the itchy area and leave it on for a few minutes.

Sugar is used as a natural exfoliant for skin. It is one of the best home remedies to get rid of stretch marks. Take a tablespoon of sugar. Add some drops of almond oil and lemon juice in it. Stir it well and apply directly on the stretch marks. Rub it for 8-10 minutes and then, take a shower. Continue to use it for one month or so, until the stretch marks gets fade out.

Hi, I am 19 years old my problem is my hair is white many time so what i Do please advice.

Advanced Aesthetics
Ayurveda, Gulbarga
Our hair determines our overall appearance in a major way. Long, black and shiny hair is often looked upon with admiration. In fact, in the present scenario, we leave no stone unturned to rid ourselves of various hair problems which we tend to face every day. Whitening or greying of hair is one such common problem. High levels of stress: the modern life along with its comforts brings a lot of stress and tension, whether it is work related or personal. The ultimate outcome is the occurrence of white hair. Genetics: the age at which your hair starts turning white is also determined by your genetics to a great extent. Thus, if your parents or grandparents suffered from premature greying of hair, then you are most likely to suffer from the same problem improper diet: a balanced diet plays an important role in maintaining the health of your body which includes your hair as well. Lack of vitamin b12 is the most common cause of white hair. Thus, to combat this problem it is advisable to increase the consumption of food rich in vitamin b12 such as tuna, sardines, salmon, beef, egg, lamb, cheese and milk emotional shock: sometimes, white hair occurs during a patch of time when a person is undergoing an emotional shock or turmoil. This is a temporary phenomenon and the growth of white hair automatically ceases after sometime. White hair treatment walk barefoot: morning walk is great for our overall health and benefits our hair as well. Walking barefoot on wet grass early in the morning prevents the occurrence of white hair. Eat more iodine rich foods: food rich in iodine help in preventing grey hair. Fish has a high content of iodine. In addition to this, bananas and carrot also contain some iodine. You can replace the sea salt or kosher salt with iodized table salt to increase your iodine intake treatment consult or ask privately.

Hairs on frontal side r becoming grey for which mehdi is applied. Is it possible to get black touch without chemical dye? if so please Suggest such natural materials ?

Dear patient, hair fall / baldness and grey hairs are because of lack of beta carotene. Now it's not too late for you to get right treatment. Now you need to take hairroot active hair oil with hair strengthening homeopathic medicines to control grey hairs and check hair fall quickly. How to prevent hair fall & grey hair having seen the natural remedies that can reverse graying of hair and that can increase growth of black hair, let? s see the change in habits that can help you ensure that you don? t get grey hair anytime in the future either. 1. Quit smoking the major reason for growth of hair fall & grey hair prematurely is that the body starts to age prematurely. Smoking is a bad lifestyle choice and causes the body to age before time. The habit leads not only to grey hair but also to a wide variety of complications in life and therefore, quitting it remains integral. 2. Avoid junk food, coffee and alcohol coffee, alcohol and junk food all are devitalizing and excessive usage of these items usually leads to premature aging. As a consequence, you start to look older than normal and your jet black hair start to turn grey. So, if you? re serious about preventing hair fall & grey hair growth then you would have to avoid junk food, coffee and alcohol as much as possible. 3. Ease stress as already mentioned in the causes, too much stress can cause hair fall & premature grey hair. People who work consistently under pressure, stress and tension should try yoga and other relaxing techniques so as to avoid premature aging and graying of hair & hair fall. 4. Exercise a healthy and fit body works naturally to keep everything in shape. Exercising regularly can keep you fit and healthy and can improve blood flow to your scalp as well. This results in better hair growth and in prevention of graying of hair as well. 5. Keep a healthy diet a healthy diet ensures that your body gets all the nutrients it needs to function properly. A proper diet so as to prevent grey hair & hair fall should incorporate food items that are rich in minerals and vitamin a along with iron. Yogurt and cereals are rich in these nutrients while green vegetables and yellow fruits are equally great sources too. Such a diet aided with regular water intake usually ensures that you don? t get premature grey hair. Your hair needs a high protein well-rounded diet. A strand of hair is composed of mostly protein, which means your hair needs protein to grow. Hair and nails are both protein fibers. Hence a therapeutic diet prescribed by a registered dietitian can help a lot in hair growth. Besides diet excessive stress and some medication are conclusively known to retard hair growth and promote hair loss. - cut down on the use of hair spray, hair gels, and styling creams that contain harsh chemical ingredients, which can dry out the scalp and cause the formation of flakes. Also harsh treatments such as perms, colours, relaxers etc take a toll on the health of your hair. - avoid changing your shampoo and conditioner constantly. Stick to one good mild cleansing shampoo for six months before changing.

My hair 3 4 years back were very thick I'm 16 years old now. Can I get thicker hair back naturally ? Is it possible?

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
Hi. It's normal to lose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9 hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water/ bore water to wash the head rather use already boiled water or drinking water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regularly massage head and hair with coconut oil, almond oil (depending upon your scalp type) 1 to 3 times a week. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! medication: take homoeopathic medicines - schwabe's wiesbaden 200 & alfalfa tonic twice a day for 3 months. Use schwabe's arnica shampoo and hair growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use bakson's arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Beside this, you can take one tablet of multivitamin folli hair once daily for 3 months.

Just exfoliate with a sugar scrub (sugar, honey, and olive oil), this will work to scrub dead skin cells and bring new layers out, but do not over-exfoliate it will just dry your skin out and make your skin produce more sebum actually breaking you out but just exfoliate maybe 2-3 times a week, and you can use everyouth whitening mask if you want something more potent natural remedies include applying lemon and honey to your face and washing it off after 15 minutes should lighten your skin a little milk and yogurt also work to lighten and even your skintone just be careful when using chemicals or" lightening" creams from the store, but anything natural will not harm you much homeopathy will also help you in toning your skin and getting rid of tan. Good luck! but I hope your talking about a sun tan, because if your skin is naturally tan, you should just embrace your skin color. But you could some scar lightener like ambi creme all over your face, but be careful and test with your hands first.

Sir, This is Dinesh Gupta , 29 year old male and have Hair Falling last 10 years. I have use many medicine and advise doctor's but not stop my hair fall .wht should I do now?

Hi lybrate-user! first of all I want to know your profession. Stress, worry, anxiety, and inadequate nutrition lead to hair loss and premature graying of hair. A certain amount of hair loss is considered normal, as old strands are replaced by new. When hair loss is excessive, care must be taken. Causes increased intake of fried, sour, spicy, salty, and fermented foods, as well as tea and coffee, aggravate the pitta dosha (ayurvedic humor representing fire) in the body. This pitta accumulates in the skin of the scalp, leading to hair falling out and graying prematurely. Factors like excessive anger and stress are also responsible. Excessive consumption of alcohol and meat also aggravate pitta hair loss is known as khalitya in ayurveda. According to ayurveda, hair is a byproduct of bone formation and the tissue responsible for building bones is also responsible for the growth of hair. Early hair loss is related to body type and the balance of the mind-body constitution (doshas). People who have excess pitta in their body are likely to lose their hair early in life, or have prematurely thin or gray hair. Excess pitta in the sebaceous gland, at the root of the hair, or folliculitis can lead to hair loss. Ayurvedic treatment of hair loss is aimed at pacification of pitta through a customized diet and lifestyle regime, along with medication. A combination of diet, herbs, oil massage, meditation, aromatherapy, breathing and yoga can be beneficial in addressing the problem of hair loss and premature graying of hair. Diet & lifestyle advice avoid pitta-aggravating foods like spicy, heavy, and oily foods, as well as tea and coffee. Avoid refined foods, refined sugar, junk food, and alcoholic and carbonated drinks. Increase intake of fresh fruits, green leafy vegetables, and vegetable juice prepared from lettuce, carrot, capsicum, and alfalfa. Avoid using chemical products on the hair. Try herbal oils and shampoos instead. Home remedies mix powdered indian gooseberry (amla) and sesame seeds in equal amounts. Take 1 teaspoon twice a day with water. Hope this is helpful for you.

WHAT IS SENSITIVE SKIN?
Sensitive skin is less tolerant to frequent and prolonged use of cosmetics and toiletries. It is self-diagnosed and typically unaccompanied by any obvious physical signs of irritation.
WHAT CAUSES SENSITIVITY?
With the change in lifestyle and also with increased opportunity to use many new brands of cosmetics and toiletries, there has been an increase in females complaining of unique sensation in their facial skin.
PROBLEMS CAUSED BY SENSITIVE SKIN?
Subjective perceptions (stinging, burning, pruritus, and tightness) of sensitive skin are noticed immediately following cosmetic product application or delayed by minutes, hours, or days, especially on face skin.
WHO IS AT RISK FOR DEVELOPING SENSITIVE SKIN?
The condition is found in more than 50% of women and 40% of men, creating a sizable demand for products designed to minimize skin sensitivity.
Commonly affects females, young adults aged between 18 and 50 years, hormonal differences in women producing increased inflammatory sensitivity, cultural habits in developed countries, and environmental factors like winter, stress, and atopic dermatitis are thought to promote sensitive skin
HOW TO DIAGNOSE SENSITIVE SKIN?
It is self-diagnosed and typically unaccompanied by any obvious physical signs of irritation.Good numbers of invasive and non-invasive tests are designed to evaluate and predict the sensitive skin.
WHAT IS THE SOLUTION FOR SENSITIVE SKIN?
Management includes guidelines for selecting suitable cosmetics and toiletries in sensitive skin individuals.
Certain "do's" while selecting the cosmetic for sensitive skin are the following:
*Powder cosmetics preferred
*Use cosmetics which are easily removable by water
*Always use fresh cosmetics
*Use black-colored eyeliner and mascara
*Select pencil form of eyeliner and eyebrow cosmetics
*Select light earth tone eye shadows
*Select physical sunscreen agent
*Purchase cosmetics products with less than 10 ingredients
*No nail polishes
*Use powder/cream formulations of facial foundations.

MYTHS:
Myth 1: HYPOALLERGENIC MEANS NON-IRRITATING
Truth: It doesn't necessarily mean gentle or free of allergens. There are no set standards for this term. You need to know what you're allergic to and look for it on the label.
Myth 2: SENSITIVE SKIN TYPES CANT EXFOLIATE
Truth: Yes, rosacea and allergic types should skip it—those dead skin cells act as a protective barrier to block irritants. But acne-prone skin needs exfoliation to keep pores clear.
Myth 3: RETINOIDS ARE OFF-LIMITS
Truth: Anyone can use a retinol. Just lessen its harsh effects by layering it over a moisturizer so absorbs less into your skin.
