I am 28 year old male and I want to know about estimated cost of hair transplant.
There are different techniques to do hair transplant. Fut which is follicular unit transplant in which hair follicles are taken out from back of the scalp and implanted on fronatl area. There is a scar seen on back of the scalp after transplant which gets covered up by existing hair from top. Fue which is follicular unit extraction which is scar less, stitch less procedure. This is the latest technique which is used. Recovery time is quick with no hassel of stitch removal. Cost for hair transplant is 55000

How to remove pimples from my face, n will the spots vanish. Subscribe me an advice.
Acne or pimples is a chronic disease involving the pilosebaceous follicles. Sebaceous glands are found most abundantly on the face and scalp, though they are present on every part of the skin except the palms of the hands and soles of the feet. Though the sebaceous gland is a mini organ, it is anatomically and functionally related to the hair follicle. Cutaneous disorders attributed to the sebaceous gland are really disorders of the entire pilosebaceous unit. The areas most commonly involved in acne are the face, upper chest, and back. Other less common areas include the upper arms, buttocks, and upper thighs. Acne arises from the interaction of 4 factors 1. Excess sebum production caused by androgenic stimulation of sebaceous glands; 2. Outlet obstruction of the sebaceous follicle arising from excess production of keratinocytes (the basic cell of the epidermis); 3. Increased proliferation of the bacteriaPropionibacterium acnes that normally live in the sebaceous follicle; and 4. Inflammation caused by sebum escaping into the surrounding skin. Excessive manipulation by the patient, causing the primary lesions to disappear and leaving excoriated, raw-looking marks. This is called acne excoriée and can cause scar formation. For removal of black marks you can apply pure coconut oil daily before sleeping, don't apply while going out in sun together with this constitutional homoeopathic treatment will give you best results.

For scars usually multiple types of treatments are needed for maximum improvement. Patience is key since the full effect is often not seen for several months. Skin discoloration and texture can be improved with topical treatments like hydroquinone and Retin-A, but for deeper scars and more significant discoloration, other techniques like laser resurfacing and microneedling are needed.

Hi effective method to treat dandruff would be to combine 2 tablespoons of fresh apple juice with 2 tablespoons of warm water. Dab this on the hair and keep it for 10-15 minutes before rinsing. Do this for once or twice a week to cure dandruff. Apply ketoconazole lotion on your scalp once in a week.

Homoeopathic cream ANTIMARKS CREAM ( BIOVALLEY) Apply twice daily in circular fashion Lemon Juice A quick and easy solution is lemon juice. Lemons have vitamin C that can lighten dark spots on your face. It’s easy to apply. 1. Put some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it directly on the affected skin area. 2. Allow it to dry and then wash it off with plain water. 3. Continue applying this dark spot removal home remedy for at least two weeks to get the desired result. If you have delicate or sensitive skin, you can dilute the lemon juice with plain water, rosewater, or honey. You can also use lime juice to get rid of black spots, applying it in the same manner as described above. 2. Buttermilk Buttermilk is also beneficial in getting rid of dark spots. Like lemon juice, it also helps fade blemishes and black spots but without causing burning sensation. 1. Take four teaspoons of buttermilk. 2. Add two teaspoons of fresh tomato juice. 3. Mix the two ingredients (both have excellent bleaching properties) and then apply. 4. Wash it off after 15 minutes. The lactic acid in milk too, will gradually reduce skin pigmentation, and brighten and tone your overall skin complexion. So, if you do not have buttermilk, simply apply soak a cotton ball in milk and dab it directly on your spots. Leave it on for about 10 minutes and then wash it off Put milk on a cotton ball and dab it directly on your spots. Repeat this procedure twice daily for four to five weeks. You can also prepare a solution by mixing milk and honey and apply the solution to your dark spots, leaving it on for 10 minutes. 4. Oats Oatmeal powder is considered good for skin exfoliation. Hence, you can apply an oatmeal mask on your face and neck to remove dead skin and black spots. 1. Grind half a cup of rolled oats. 2. Add three to four tablespoons of lemon juice to make a paste. 3. Scrub it on your skin and wash it off with warm water when it dries. If it becomes messy, use a clean cloth soaked in warm water to remove the mask. Follow this treatment once or twice a week.

A diet rich in iron, calcium and silica can help greatly in reducing or preventing hair loss. Iron can be obtained from green leafy vegetables such as spinach and collard greens. Oatmeal and raw oats contain a considerable amount of silica. Potato skin, green and red peppers, cucumbers and bean sprouts are all rich sources of silica too.

Baldness is defined as the partial or complete loss of hair or lack of growth of hair. About 70% of the men suffer from male pattern baldness. Baldness is the most common reason for Hair loss in men. The main reason for baldness is heredity or male sex hormones. The hairline gradually recedes and the hair becomes finer and thinner. It can be effectively reduced through certain home remedies. Massaging your hair and scalp with lukewarm basic oils like amla oil, coconut oil, almond oil or even olive oil will help in stimulating your hair follicles and prevent the scalp for developing dandruff. Amla • Cut dry pieces of amla and boil it in good coconut oil. • Let this mixture cool and then strain the mixture into an air tight bottle. • Apply this oil on your head daily and leave it on your scalp for 15 minutes before bathing. • This will help in enriching hair growth.

These are the methods to treat fastly pimples: • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day. You can consult me privately for more medicine treatment & doubts. Be healthy.

I have pimples on the face. What should I do? And which type of facewash should I use?
Have fruits with a high vitamin A content (such as broccoli, papaya, spinach and carrots) as this helps to flush acne-causing proteins from the system, and with high vitamin E and C contents (oranges, tomatoes, sweet potatoes, avocados) which have antioxidant effects and help to calm the skin. Have adequate amount of water. Include nuts like almond, walnuts. Avoid milk and milk products like butter, cheese as well as refined flour items and sugary drinks. Acne is hormonal and regular exercise can keep hormones in check. Keep stress away with yoga or meditation. Avoid pricking or squeezing the blackheads or pimples. Use oil control facewash twice a day to remove impurities, dead skin cells, and extra oil from your skin's surface. Moisturize if required with a non comedogenic moisturizer. Use makeup sparingly, Avoid hair styling products that drip onto face and clog pores. Use mulatani mitti packs if face is oily once a week. Hi, for oily skin you should use salicylic acid based face wash twice daily. Any kind of moisturiser contains oil that makes your skin acne prone. You can use sunscreen which is gel based and avoid creams. Spf or around 15 is more than sufficient for indian skin. I would like to enlighten you about pimples [acne] in brief. What is acne? acne is a chronic inflammatory disease of the pilo sebaceous follicles [i. E. Hair with oil producing glands attached to hair] characterized by comedones (blackheads and whiteheads), papules, pustules, nodules and ultimately leading to scars. Who gets acne? close to 100% of people between the ages of twelve and seventeen have at least an occasional whitehead, blackhead or pimple regardless of race or ethnicity. Acne starts between the ages of ten and fifteen years of age and usually lasts till twenty years of age; however, acne can persist into the late twenties or thirties or even beyond. Some people get acne for the first time as adults and this is known as adult acne. What are the causes of acne? bacteria bacteria that normally live on the skin play a role in acne development. The bacteria are known as propionibacterium acnes (p. Acnes). The bacteria content can increase in people whose faces are not clean. Hormones during the teen years increased levels of sex hormones cause the oil glands of the skin to produce increased amount of oil. These excess skin oils tend to bind with cellular debris causing a blockage and producing a fertile environment for the bacteria to grow. The bacteria cause inflammation, pus, swelling and redness. In adult acne, excessive hormones produced due to polycystic ovaries and other hormonal imbalances cause excess oil production and inflammation, which lead to acne. What are the factors that precipitate or aggravate acne? stress- stress is frequently implicated in aggravation of acne while acne itself induces stress. Sweat- sweating in a hot and humid environment causes deterioration in 15% of acne patients. Menstruation- pre menstrual flare of acne occurs in 70% of female acne patients. Friction and pressure- friction and pressure from helmets, backpacks and tight collars can induce blackheads and papules. Pressure from face massages or facials can aggravate acne. Pregnancy- pregnancy has an unpredictable effect on acne. Pre-existing acne may aggravate or remit during pregnancy. Diet- high glycemic load foods (sugar loaded and starchy foods), oily foods may aggravate acne. Drugs- oral contraceptives, anti tuberculosis medication, oral steroids, anti depressants may aggravate acne. Treatment: treatment for acne needs to be individualized as per the type of acne and type of your skin. For comedones, we recommend comedone extraction procedure. For red papules, we recommend topical creams, chemical peels and oral antibiotics as per severity. For nodules [big swelling], intralesional steroid injections works fastest and are safe. For scars, there are various procedures like dermaroller[microneedling], subscision, deep chemical peels and lasers. Total duration of treatment for acne varies from 2 to 4 months for complete cure and for acne scars varies from 8 to 12 months. I recommend you to consult qualified dermatologist to prescribe you correct treatment that suits you the best after examining your skin. You can send your pics.Hope you can use the above information for your benefit. All the best.

Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. A Night fall / nocturnal emission / wet dream or involuntary leakage is an involuntary ejaculation of semen that occurs during sleep or along with urine while urination. Studies show that approximately 83% of men experience a nocturnal emission or leakage at some point in their lives. There is nothing wrong with a person if he or she experiences a nocturnal orgasm or nocturnal emission or leakage, as they are normal and healthy experiences. If you have experienced a wet dream, you should not feel ashamed. There is no way to prevent nocturnal orgasms or emissions from happening. Sage tea is the best home remedy which is used to treat conditions such as nightfall. If you drink at least two cups in a day, the chances of getting wet dreams will reduce too. Take fenugreek with honey on a regular basis. Exercise regularly and practice yoga and meditation to keep calm and relaxed. I suggest online sex counseling. Take care.
