Keep monitoring your blood pressure and keep yourself hydrated with good liquid intake. Nothing alarming as such.

Avoid starch intake like sweets, potato, rice, root vegetables and other food items which increase your triglycerides level and then check your lipid.

Restrict salt intake, should have adequate sleep of 8 hrs, stress free and healthy life style etc needed and check your bp weekly and consult.
