Dear Sir, I have diabetes for the past 12 years goes sup 300 to 400 units/mg and I have diabetes neuropathy, Stiffness in leg and poor blood circulation in both legs and food and leg calf muscles are paining , continuous pain in the brain due to poor blood circulation, it looks like migraine. Please suggest me some good medicine, Can my legs/foot stiffness be removed. Is the any cure for Diabetes and my ailments.

First comntrol your diabetes by insulin injections. Only insulin can help. The take tab. Rosuvastatin 10 mg to keep cholesterol below 150 mg tg near 100 mg. Also take tab aspitrin and clopigdegrol and good physiotherapy. For pain take pregabalin. And methylcobalmin. Please discuss on line after paying fees.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

It may be because of meniscus tear or ligament injury. So you feel any click inside knee or instability during running or walking on uneven ground? Do quadriceps and Hamstrings strengthening. Do cycling exercise.

Long sitting in one posture or in bad posture increase pressure on spine so keep change your posture in half an hour. Strate back posture with back support decreases the pressures. Advice: use right hight chair and table for study. Hot packs for 15min on back before study. Back extension exercises in morning.

Hello, first find the cause for your back ache. Is it some injury or long sitting hours. Correct your posture. Sit straight take frequent breaks walk a little stretch your back. Start doing core strengthening exercises for your spine stability. This you can learn from a physiotherapist. Also do hot water fomentation on your back two to three times a day.

There are many causes of pain in shoulder region but you are very young and should not be having persistent pain. Is it one shoulder or both which are affected? apart from pain, do you also have stiffness in the affected joints, skin redness or any other s/s of inflammation like swelling, local warmth etc? is there any previous h/o injury to the affected shoulder also? please send me the relevant investigations and treatment taken till now. You have to check with your vitamin and calcium levels in the body. If the bones are weak then automatically the pain gets triggered more as there is less energy during any metabolic activity. Back pain problem is due to your over weight and for which you cannot do immediate measures, slowly you have to structure the weight reduction plan. Initially drink more water to flush out the toxins which are already stored in the system. Eat more water content vegetables which will definitely help to release the toxins in the body and also drink hot water as much as you can which will help you to drain the deposited fat in the body. Start paying attention to your diet & what you eat which possess more calories of food.

Hi pain could be because of bony spurs in the heel. Get x-ray done. And wear heel cushions in the shoes, take ultrasound therapy and contrast bath in physiotherapy. It helps along with foot ankle ex's.

Back stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

I can understand that its tough to do your daily chores living with pain. Try changing your posture when sitting for long periods, take a break and do stretching exercises when sitting for long time. Also hot and cold fermentation can help. Back pain and leg pain can be due to many causes. Hope you feel better.
