Acnes are because of some internal problem. By applying soap/ face wash/ ointments, its not going to get treated. As soap etc only remove dust etc on external surface. To prevent pimples, eating fresh fruits, green vegetables, drinking plenty of water should be an essential part of your routine and intake of oily fried foods, an excess of sugar-salt should be avoided. Don't peal pimples, as they tend to leave scars. Simple Honey Mask Before applying this mask, rinse your face with warm water to open up pores. Then apply honey and leave it on the skin for 30 minutes. Rinse the honey off with warm water; then rinse again with cold water to close the pores. Yeast and Yogurt Mask for Oily Skin Oily skin is prone to acne, and this home remedy can reduce excess oil and help clear acne. To make the mask, combine 1 teaspoon of brewer's yeast with a little plain yogurt to create a thin mixture. Apply it thoroughly to all the oily areas and leave on for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse with warm water; then use cold water to close the pores. For dark spots You can apply aloe vera juice/gel from its leaf (fresh), not from ready made gels available in market Use some sunblock with SPF (at least 50) every time you go out in sun. Apply it 30 mins before going out Wear full sleeves shirt. Use umbrella when going in sun. For permanent cure you need constitutional medicines, for that I need detailed case history.

Deep condition every alternate week. Use a deep conditioner that contains protein at least twice a month to strengthen hair. Hot oil treatment with olive oil to intensely moisten the hair follicles is also very effective to stop hair fall.

For reducing weight you should avoid - 1). Packed, processed, baked & milk products. 2). Minimise white sugar, oil in food and maida items. 3). Eat 2-3 fruits in breakfast and a plate full of salad before lunch. 4). Do 30 mins of brisk walk and light exercise every day. You will start losing weight gradually. All the best.

Apply volini gel on neck. do warm fomentation. do neck muscle exercises in pain free period. avoid high pillow. consult if not ok. relax your eyes , every 30 min for 5 min. while working on computer.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Avoid to eat spicy food, besan, bekary food, overeating, junk food. 6. Every 3 day in month eat mung dal and rice for whole day.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

nausea , lower abdominal pain , vomiting , irregulr menstruation , breast pain and heaviness , are usual symptoms of over dose of i pill .avoid self medication , and also avoid over dose of any medication.

Fatty liver - take non fatty diet. Avoid junk food eat lot of veggies and fruits exercise reduce weight take cap evion 400 mg once a day.
