Prefer keeping yourself is a bad attitude. It gives depressive thoughts. So better to mingle with others. Share your feelings with close friends and family members. Do not be alone. Keepe. All the time busy. Feel comfortable. Concentrate on your studies. Start your plan of action about future aspects. Do not be waste time. Time is more important in this stage. Past incidents and lost somebody we are not responsible and we cannt anything regarding this. No one exception to nature laws. We must go as per the present requirement. If we stop we lost time and our career also. So please ignore the present situations concentrate on future aspects. Best of luck. My boy.

The swelling may be because of various reasons. May be your wisdom tooth is erupting. Better to hv an xray done. Till then do warm saline rinses.

HI lybrate-user I recommends the following basic principles to keep in mind if you wish to gain weight in a healthy way: Increase your appetite by eating more to gain weight. But do it step-by-step and not by stuffing yourself too much at one go. Add one extra chapatti or more rice than you normally consume, or you even start with fruits by eating an extra one every day. Carbs are needed to gain weight but include healthier options like banana, potato, mango, whole grains, rice, etc. Instead of sugar-rich foods, chocolates and other junk foods. In order to increase your muscle mass, it is essential to do weight training 4-5 times a week for an hour. You can vary the intensity depending on your capacity. Consume protein-rich foods after you workout to increase muscle mass and eat good fats like nuts and seeds in your diet. Eating a handful of pumpkin or flaxseeds is a good way to give your body the fat intake it needs. Though junk foods like vada pav or burgers are loaded with calories, they only increase body fat and not muscle mass which is not the right way to go about. Here is a healthy weight gain diet plan which includes the right foods one should consume to put on kilos in a healthy manner. But along with this, you also need to engage in physical activity for at least 30 minutes every day. It is also essential to have at least 6-8 glasses of water to flush out toxins from the body. One should follow this diet till the time their ideal weight is achieved.

Here you didn't mentioned since how long you r been suffering from fever, ha. The reeling sensation might be due to longer period you r suffering from this c/o. Premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) is a severe and more dangerous form of premenstrual syndrome (PMS). Premenstrual syndrome describes symptoms a woman may have a few days before her menstrual cycle. The most common ones include tender breasts, bloating, cramps, mood swings, and headaches. The symptoms of PMDD are similar to those of PMS but are severe enough to interfere with your routine work, social activities, and relationships.

What causes PMDD?

The exact cause behind this medical condition is unknown but most doctors and researchers believe that the disease is caused due to the bodily changes that you undergo due to the rapidly changing hormones in your body.
