Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly it is important to understand that weight /fat loss involves sensible eating. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals.     Reduce your main meals by 1/4th  the amount. Take a glass of lime water 10minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed.                        Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing.     It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called medicines, fad diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. No supplement will help if your diet is not good. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips.

You should eat fats and foods high in calories. Work out (lift weights) at the same time to not gain weight on the body. Do not smoke cigarettes/hookah/consume much alcohol. Drink milk with cream, eat parathas, ice cream, you will your face getting chubby.

first and foremost is to control hypothyroidism. If that is not done then, weight reduction is not possible. If that achieved, then you can work on weight reduction. There is no easy way for reducing the weight. You have to following things: 1) take a restricted diet, that gives exact calories based on your ideal body weight (height in cms - 100 = kgs) and your daily exercise quantity. 2) spend at least 1 hour every day on exercise, brisk walk covering 5 to 6 kms in 1 hour, should be undertaken, 3) avoid sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods and pastries, 4) consume more of green leafy vegetables, salads and fruits, 5) avoid high fat cheese, butter, margarine and other saturated fats 6) if possible join a gym where you can do workouts under instruction. But most important is following a strict dietary regimen.

You have to make effort to lose wt gradually over a period of time. This reduction will be more permanent. *Take protein rich food --- seeds, pulses, nuts, Also fruits, vegetables, greens and reduce cereals. *Green tea is also good. *Take lemon juice and honey in warm water in the early morning, empty stomach. *Avoid sweets, cakes, creams, fried foods, processed food and junk food. * Maintain food timings * Don’t miss breakfast. *Avoid heavy dinners and late night meals. *Avoid stimulants, aerated drinks sweetish juices, etc. And maintain good food habits. * Drink lots of water and keep hydrated. Avoid sugary soft drinks * Have adequate, timely, good night sleep *Even with desk job, you can spend morning and evening time for work out *Have vigorous physical exercise to improve absorption and blood circulation. Games like basketball, volley ball and stretch exercises like pull ups, cycling will be helpful. Obesity- Check whether you have thyroid and such ailments causing weight increase. Change your shampo into a baby shampoo. Avoid iodized salt. There are so mny cause of hair loss. Thyroid problem is one of them. There are soo many drugs in homoeopathy. You can try it.

Follow the following tips :- · Pay attention to your health and food intake. · To increase your appetite, have a glass of lime water or 1 cardamom (elaichi) before your meal. · Have minimum 4 meals in a day. · Drink 1 glass of milk twice a day. · Try to enjoy your meals and gradually increase the quantity you eat every time. · A balance diet should have all essential nutrients in it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should include combination of Both Carbohydrates and Proteins for e.g. Oats with Milk or Poha/ Upma with a glass of milk. If you do not like milk have 1-2 egg whites in the morning along with your breakfast. · You need to focus on your protein intake: Increase your protein intake e.g. Milk, dairy products- cheese, paneer, lentils (dals), nuts (soya, peanuts, dry fruits ), pulses e.g. Rajma, chole, kidney beans etc. Sprouts. If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can have proteins by also eating eggs, chicken, fish. Make sure you are including at least 2 serving of any of these in your daily meal. · Lunch and dinner again should be a combination of Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats which could have dal, roti, sabji/chicken, salad. · Please do have minimum 4 almonds or a small bowl of peanuts every day. · Please ensure that you drink at least 3 litres of water every day.

Hello, Measure your temperature and tell me reading Tell me if you are having other symptoms like cough/ throat pain/ burning urine/ stomach pain so that we can confirm cause of fever. And Get your following test done and review with reports 1.CBC 2. Urine R/M 3.Typhidot 4. Malarial antigen 1. Avoid exertion 2. Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food (If No Drug Allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days 3. Lot of fluids to be taken consult me again with reports

Hello- dark circle beneath eyes suggests the low vitality power of the eyes.(according to ayurveda) try these tips- 1) avoid eye strain.(computer, video games, reading in dim light, watching tv in dark) 2) avoid fast foods and spicy diet and increase the amount of dairy products in your meals. 3) apply malai+masoor dal+turmeric powder paste over the affected areas. 4) soak cotton with unboiled cold milk and close your eyes and cover your eyelids with it and relax for ten minutes daily. 5) use 1 tsp trifla powder with warm ghee at bed time.
