I use to drink milk 3 times a day. I eat 2 chapaties and a bowl of curd in the noon. But I can not skip my food at night because I feed my 2 years old kid. My age is 30 and weight is 75 kg. So please help me that what should I eat at night to overcome my weight and satisfy my hunger. At night I eat 3 chapaties with curd and vegetable. If I do not take this meal I feel hungry in the night.

Please don't worry take salads and fruits more before lunch avoid rice, oily food, avoid curd at evening do regular exercise like yoga daily and if possible go for morning or evening walk daily.

Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

For fever and cold ,over-the-counter medicine might be helpful. If nasal congestion, take steam inhalation twice daily...as nasal blockage also causes breathing problem. Put nasal drops . If u have breathlessness even after it ,u might have lower respiratory infection which needs evaluation and medicines.

Hi apply ketoconazole lotion on your scalp. Apply maha bhringraj oil on your scalp and massage then give hot water fomentation. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Take lots of proteins like soyabean. Egg white. Etc. Avoid tea. Coffee. Spicy food. Fermented food. Junk food. Apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp. Do pranayama early morning.

You take abhayamruta 3 spoon add 3 spoon lukewarm water take after lunch end dinner for 3 month. Change food habites. Avoid over eating, spacy, fast, junck foods. Take simple veg home made foods with green vegitabales salad. Do not drink water during meals time if you fill spacy take sip not more than 1/2glass in complite meals. Water avoid is the best. After one end half hour take 2, 3 glass of water. In morning gets up do not wash mouth take 2 glass of water in setting position than wash. Take 3 to 4 litter water in 24 hours.

Is it true that drinking thyme seed water on empty stomach every morning can help weight loss. The recipe is as follows. Add 25 or 50 GM AjwAin seeds to glassful of water and let soak overnight : separate (filter - sieve) the mixture in morning and add 5 ml honey to the ajwain water and drink on empty stomach. Repeat for 45 days to shed up to 5 kg weight. I certainly across this on you tube. I am 70 ,a male weigh 67 kg and 5 ft 2 Inch height wish to lose 7-8 kg for longevity.

Sir. Your bmi is about 27+. Which means you are just overweight. Definitely there is scope for a bit of reduction. That can be done by diet modification of reducing oils and sugar. As for the formula you have given. Please don't believe in this kind of stuff. There is only one way body fat can burn. That is by activity. And diet reduction. Rest all these things are myths. Wish you success in your quest to be fitter and younger.

There are several things you can do to prevent a cold—they are all easy and inexpensive and worth the effort. Wash your hands often-with soap and warm water.The germs stick to the soap and get washed down the drain. Always wash your hands after coughing or sneezing into your hands, blowing your nose, after touching someone who is sick, or when using public restrooms or telephones. Cover Your Mouth and Nose When You Sneeze or Cough- Clean your hands every time you cough or sneeze. Avoid Touching Your Eyes, Nose, or Mouth-Germs are often spread when a person touches a contaminated surface and then touches their eyes, nose, or mouth. Stay Home When You’re Sick-Get plenty of sleep, be physically active, don’t smoke, manage stress, drink plenty of fluids, and eat nutritious food so you can fend off viruses. In general you should: -Take healthy balanced diet...like boiled eggs.daily in breakfast .. -Avoid people who have a cold or cold symptoms. -Routinely clean and disinfect common areas of your home. -get plenty of rest so your body can use its energy to fight the cold -staying at home will keep you from spreading germs -drink plenty of liquids like herbal tea or hot broth/vegetable/tomato soups. Avoid foods or drinks with caffeine which can keep you from getting enough sleep -Runny Nose and Sneezing- if you have post nasal drip, gargle to keep from getting a sore throat. Drink extra fluids. It often starts out as a sore throat, then a fever and coughing. As the cold progresses, the nasal mucus may thicken which is the last stage before the cold dries up. A cold usually lasts for a week or two. But, taking good care of yourself at home can relieve symptoms and help prevent complications if you are otherwise healthy. Unless you develop complications, you shouldn’t need medical treatment. Complications include bacterial infections of the ears, throat, sinuses or lungs which must be treated with antibiotics. Cough-Coughing is how your body gets rid of debris and mucus from the airways during a viral infection. Unless your cough is severe or is keeping you from resting at night, it is better not to treat it. A severe cough can be treated with a cough syp, but don’t try to completely stop the cough. There are two types of coughs. Productive and non-productive or dry cough. Non-productive, dry cough. A dry, hacking cough may develop near the end of a cold. Dry coughs that follow viral colds are often worse at night and can last up to several weeks. Take syrup Alex-D for a dry cough. Cough drops can sooth an irritated throat, but most don’t affect the cough. Productive cough. A productive cough is one that brings up mucus from the back of the throat or the lungs. Productive coughs should not be suppressed to the point they no longer bring up mucus. Use syrup Alex. Drink lots of water if you have a productive cough. Head and Body Aches- Take tablet dolo-650 mg for fever once or twice daily

Hair loss and hypotrichosis have many causes including androgenetic alopecia, fungal infection, trauma (e.g. Due to (trichotillomania), radiotherapy, chemotherapy, nutritional deficiencies (e.g. iron deficiency), and autoimmune diseases (e.g. alopecia areata. Hair loss severity occurs across a spectrum with extreme examples including alopecia totalis (total loss of hair on the head) and alopecia universalis (total loss of all hair on the head and body). The most common cause of alopecia is *Androgenetic alopecia (male-pattern or female-pattern hair loss) *Androgenetic alopecia is an androgen-dependent hereditary disorder in which dihydrotestosterone plays a major role. This form of alopecia may eventually affect up to 80% of white men by the age of 70 (male-pattern hair loss) and about half of all women (female-pattern hair loss). Other common causes of hair loss are *Drugs (including chemotherapeutic agents) *Infection (eg, tinea capitis, kerion, cellulitis of the scalp) *Systemic disorders (disorders that cause high fever, SLE, endocrine disorders, and nutritional deficiencies) *Alopecia areata Less common causes are primary hair shaft abnormalities, autoimmune diseases, heavy metal poisoning, and rare dermatologic conditions.
