Almost everything you eat and drink has an impact on your oral health, especially your teeth. This impact is not just due to the food's nutritional value, but also because parts of the mouth come in direct contact with the food that is taken. For example, if the teeth come in contact with a compound that has a pH value lower than 5.5, the enamel of teeth can get softened.

The following is a list of the foods, which are good for your teeth:

  1. Dairy products: Milk and most other dairy products are rich in calcium and protein. The cells called osteoblasts absorb calcium and create the protein tissues, which are the building blocks of the skeleton. An added advantage of these foods is that they are low in sugar content, which is beneficial for the teeth.
  2. Water: Fluoridated water is extremely good for bone and dental health. Minerals like chlorine, calcium, phosphorus and fluorine can prevent damage caused by acidic foods.
  3. Dry fruits: Most nuts are protein rich. The processes of biting and chewing also stimulate the salivary glands and saliva helps to clean the mouth and maintain oral health.
  4. Meat: Meat is also high in protein content and so it helps to protect the teeth and replenish the dissolved enamel. Fish and eggs are similarly helpful.

Here is a list of things that you should consume in regulated quantities to maintain dental health:

  1. Citrus fruits: Fruits like lemons, oranges, grapes etc contain citric acid. Acidic foods erode the tooth enamel and so these kinds of fruits should be included in your daily diet in small portions.
  2. Carbonated drinks: Most soft drinks and beverages contain large quantities of sugar. The sugar can be used by the dental plaque (mass of bacteria growing on the inside on the mouth) to produce acids and over time, which gives rise to a thick yellow layer on the teeth, damaging them.
  3. Candied sugar: Foods that are sticky can remain stuck in between the teeth for a very long time and cause decay of the enamel and harm the gums. If you wish to discuss any specific problem, you can consult a general physician.

It means some infections in your body. For confirm which kind of infections in body go for tests. I. E. Cbc, mp, widal, urine r/m, lft, kft, till then take only tab. Dolo 650 mg sos or in evening, tab. Pan-40 mg before meal in morning. Drink warm water, juice, green veg. Soups, lquid diets, dalia, take protein diets, milk, chease, tulsi leaf in tea or warm water, geloy juice, avoid cold area, cold things. I. E. Ice creams, fast/junk foods, chinese foods, spicy foods, fat meal, take bed rest, if feel cold then cover body with warm cloths, avoid dust area, clean body, chang cloths daily, change bed sheet daily, avoid stress.

Men worry about all sorts of things. Beyond the worries one might expect concerning work, relationships and the other basics of day-to-day life, many men have significant worries about their bodies. This surprising truth was revealed through an informal internet survey that asked men what bothered them the most about their bodies. What made them self-conscious? What did they worry about that they didn't like to share with others, for fear of ridicule?

The results were wide-ranging. Men worried about almost everything, including body odor, baldness, not being muscular enough, extra breast tissue, excessive sweating, breakouts, even how their profile looks from the side. Despite excellent penis care, men still have worries about the things like penis smells, penis size and more. Here are some of the top complaints:

1) To shave or not to shave? Male pattern baldness was one of the biggest issues for men, who complained not only about the way their hair looked, but about the question of whether they should shave it all off and just go truly bald.

2) Where is all that muscle? Men who work out all the time get quite discouraged at the fact that all the muscle they should be building just seems to go nowhere. Not seeing changes for a very long time can do a number on their self-esteem.

3) Why do things smell funny? From penis smells to underarm odor, men get a little freaked out when they can smell weird odors coming from their bodies. Even top-notch penis care might not be enough to abate the worry.

4) Where did man boobs come from? Some men suffer from gynecomastia, or an excess of breast tissue. These 'man boobs' can make a man very self-conscious, and can lead to problems with everything from getting dressed in the morning to intimacy with a partner.

5) Pimples are for teenagers, right? Unfortunately, many men battle breakouts, no matter their age. This can lead to a great deal of anxiety and the feeling that everyone is looking at the breakouts and making all sorts of judgments.

6) Just what is a good penis size? Many men have concerns about penis size, and worry that they might not be as good in bed as they think. They might also have worries about being 'challenged' in bed and found to be lacking, such as with a partner who decides they prefer a sex toy over the real thing.

7) Does this angle look weird? Women aren't the only ones who study themselves in the mirror and try to figure out which angle looks best. Men often worry about things like their profile, the shape of their nose, their lips - and, well, practically everything else.

Notice that though one of the big seven issues men worry about is penis size, they also worry about many other things, including body and penis odor, how muscular their body is, and even how many pimples have erupted this week. Though these worries might hang around no matter what, there are some things that men can do to boost their self-image and self-esteem.

How to handle the things that trigger worry

  • The good news is that most of these issues can be addressed with good health and personal care. For instance, alleviating body odor might require taking more than one shower a day, switching to a more powerful cleanser, or putting deodorant on earlier during the day - or even at night, allowing the ingredients more time to work. For those who worry about baldness, perhaps a well-done trim or remaining hair will be much more attractive than simply shaving off what is left. Men who deal with breakouts might want to change their facial cleaning routine to find one that works better for their skin type.
  • When it comes to penis worries, men can't go wrong with proper hygiene. From being sure to thoroughly clean the penis to making good use of a high-quality penis health crème (most health professionals recommend Man 1 Man Oil), men can help ensure that their manhood is as handsome as possible. Tips for good night 1. Sleep as much as you need to feel rested; do not oversleep. Many a time’s people have a habit of oversleeping on weekends and sleeping less on working days. In the long run such habit may interfere with your sleep cycle and your quality of sleep may get affected. 2.Quality of sleep is more important than the quantity of sleep. Some sleep for just 3-4 hours and remain fresh throughout the day where as others sleep 8-10 hours and yawn throught the day. 3.Exercise regularly at least 30 minutes daily, ideally 4-5 hours before your bedtime. 4.Keep a regular sleep and awakening schedule. As far as possible stick on to the fixed time for retiring and rising. 5.Do not drink caffeinated beverages later than 4 PM (tea, coffee, soft drinks etc.). 6.Do not smoke, especially in the evening. 7.Do not go to bed hungry and do not go to the bed immediately after heavy dinner. 8.Adjust the environment in the room (lights, temperature, noise etc.) The room you are sleeping should not be too warm, shouldn’t have some bright light. 9.Wear comfortable clothing when you go to bed. Sleeping with tight fitting clothing may affect your sleep. 10.Avoid watching TV, eating, and discussing emotional issues in bed. 11.A light snack may be sleep-inducing, but a heavy meal too close to bedtime interferes with sleep. 12.Milk contains the amino acid L-tryptophan, which has been shown in research to help people go to sleep. 13.Take a warm bath half an hour before going to bed. 14.Listen to light music in the evening hours or just before going to the bed. Listening to exciting music may interfere your quality of sleep. 15.Sleep with your head facing north (magnetic) and feet facing south. 16.Don’t read very interesting and thrilling books just before going to bed. Your mind may remain active for long time and you may have difficulty in initiating sleep. 17.Yoga and Pranayama may help in inducing sleep. Homoeopathic management of Insomnia: Many a times Insomnia is due to faulty methods adopted by the person which interferes with the sleep cycle. Few Insomniacs have some psychological and behavioral problems which need to be tackled medically. Hello lybrate-user, Yes, in physiotherapy there is treatment for Bells Palsy. Muscle stimulation can be given on the origin of nerve. Fascial muscles action in form of contraction can be achieved. - एक हाथ से, एक "ओके" पकड़ बनाओ जैसा आप जेलिंग में करते हैं। आधार पर अपने लिंग को पकड़ने के लिए उस पकड़ का उपयोग करें।
- अपने दूसरे हाथ से भी, "ओके" पकड़ बनाओ।
- अपने लिंग को अपनी लंबाई के साथ विभिन्न बिंदुओं पर निचोड़ने के लिए उस हाथ का उपयोग करें। लगभग हर एक इंच की वृद्धि पर ऐसा करें। ग्लॅन्स तक पहुंचने से पहले बंद करें।

Hi. Psoriasis is a long-lasting autoimmune disease characterized by patches of abnormal skin.[3] these skin patches are typically red, itchy, and scaly. They may vary in severity from small and localized to complete body coverage. Medication:- 1. Regular oiling before bath using 777 oil. 2. Tropical application of sorion oint daily twice. 3.
