Hello, this is around normal range, so don't worry.For beard and moustache growth follow the below:- You should take a homeopathic tincture called Arnica Montana and mix 1 tsp in 1/2 cup of water and apply upon the face on the beard and the mustache area with a cotton swab. Then use the razor movement technique. Take Sulphur 200, 5 drops once in a week. Take pituitarinum 1x, 1 tablet daily for 15 days. Repeat the process every third day . Revert me after 1 month.

Hello. I am 24 years old. My periods have always been regular. However since last nine months my periods became scanty. Lasting 3 days instead of 5 and some spotting on 4th day. But they where always regular. However, this month I dint get my period. I went to a gynecologist who said this is pcod and the only treatment is changing life style. Absolute healthy diet. exercise and stress free life. She examined my breasts by squeezing them and checking with a stethoscope. I now noticed that Had a super healthy diet and never missed my dance and yoga I would get my period perfectly. And this month due to some work I dint have time for yoga or dance and my diet also went for a toss. The doctor also said that I am over weight by 5 kgs and it would greatly benefit me if I reduced weight. Now my question is that m I having these menstrual abnormalities becoz I dint follow a good life style for a month. Or is it due to prolactin? I read on the internet that high prolactin causes this problem and the reason for high prolactin is tumor. My doctor dint do any pro Lactin test. She is a very Gud gyneac and her diagnosis is awesome but I am worried if she missed out on checking this pro Lactin. Should I insist for a test? Or should I start my exercise and healthy diet again would it suffice? I have no other health problems. I don't smoke or drink. Not sexually active. I do feel a little dizzy but doctor said it's cuz of low bp. (110/80). Thank you.

To control serum uric acid low purine diet is recommended. Non vegetarian diets are rich source of purines. Cold drinks, beer,wine soda should be avoided. If you have medicine it will take longer time to get cured, because your age is less than 35. Because there wint be any organic disease during this age. Mostly functional disorder which you can overcome very easily. So ky suggestions is start to do some exercise regularly which will remove toxin from body and reduce the nerve sensitivity. And also it will increase the insulin receptor and easily managed the sugar metabolism. High sugar is most cause of premature ejaculation when you manage the sugar level in your body. I am 49 years male feeling burning sensation since last 1 month when bladder is full and goes after urination specially during day time in seating position in office chair / bike. Urine route check pus cells 2-4 hpf & epthelial cells 1-2 hpf rest is nil. Taking nifti sr and renalika since last three days. Please advise and what is the cause for this & treatment? thanks.

Dear , likely causes for trouble and treatment are: 1. If you are not taking enough fluids orally the urine could be concentrated which if very irritant in nature so increase fluid intake. 2 if you are constipated and have fissure then it could give you same symptoms if so treat fissure and constipation. 3. another like cause is prostatitis for which you need to take antibiotics for 4-6 weeks but not nifti. Take oflofloxacin 2oo mg twice a day one hour before meals with water and no milk products or food 1 hour before and after the tablet, at the same time keep your sex life active which helps a lot in prostatitis.

For scalp psoriaisis, you could use a coal tar+salicylic acid based shampoo, thrice weekly for 2-4 weeks. Topical steroid+saicylic acid based lotion can be used for the thick scaly patches of psoriasis fr 2-4 weeks Since steroids are usually avoided over long term therefore once the patches are significantly improved, you may switch to topical Vit D analogues e.g Calcipotriol, calcipotriene solution. These are all prescription medicines, therefore I would suggest that you see a dermatologist before trying them Regards.

Few people suffer frequent cough and cold problems due to mostly coexisting allergic condition. Try to follow few instructions 1.avoid dust and smoke inhalation 2.avoid frequent change of body temperature by sudden exposure to a/c vent or blow of air, taking bath while sweating, taking chilled beverages while sweating etc. 3.try to keep a constant time table of sleep, diet, exercise etc 4.try to do yoga (respiratory exercises) or aerobics.
