U have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Scabies is an itchy skin condition caused by the microscopic mite Sarcoptes scabei. It is common all over the world, and can affect anyone. Scabies can easily infect sex partners and other household members. Sharing clothes, towels, and bedding can sometimes spread scabies. This can happen much more easily when the infested person has crusted scabies. You cannot get scabies from a pet. Pets get a different mite infection called mange. Symptoms are Pimple-like irritations or a rash Intense itching, especially at night Sores caused by scratching The infected person's clothes, bedding and towels should be washed in hot water and dried in a hot dryer. Migraine headache is characterised by unilateral pulsating headache associated with nause/vomiting and photophobia / phonophobia. Hi lybrate-user, you are suffering from Anxiety. You need to check with a psychiatrist for medication and along with that consult psychologist for managing your fear naturally through therapy. You can consult me for it. Practice jacobs progressive muscle relaxation. Suggested tips before starting this progressive muscle relaxation script Find a quiet place that is comfortable for you. Practice at a regular time during the day. Preferably not after you have eaten Find a comfortable position. If you are sitting, then keep your back straight and feet flat on the floor. If lying down (the preferred option as your body is supported by the floor) then you can put a pillow beneath your knees for extra support. Adopt a passive attitude to PMR. When tensing muscles (without straining), do so for roughly 5 seconds. When you relax your muscles do so for roughly 15-20 seconds before progressing to the next muscle group. Tense each muscle group once before progressing. Progressive muscle relaxation script Start out with a few relaxing breaths. Dear , watching porn gives a pleasure to brain because of secretion of a neurohormone called dopamine. This is also secreted at the time of playing games, watching good movies, listening favourite music etc. You may divert your mind towards these healthy activities. You go offline. Minimise the use of electronic gadgets, spend more time in group, sacrifice your privacy etc to reduce the chances of watching porn. If still unable to control you may be prescribed an ssri group of medicine for cure.

Hello, take BC NO 25 , 5 tabs twice daily after meals. Follow these home remedies:- 1.Aloe vera is very soothing and possesses anti-inflammatory properties, which are very beneficial in treating anal fissures at home. You can directly apply some aloe vera gel or ointment on the affected area three to four times a day. This will help heal the pain and infection. 2.Wheat germ oil helps in quick healing of the anal fissures, and is a very effective home remedy for this treatment. Just apply a little wheat germ oil all over the affected area and leave it on for half an hour. Wipe dry with a soft and wet tissue after this duration. These are some instructions & methods for good sleep: • Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep. You can also do foot massage daily it destress you. • Do not take stress. Nobody really told my much about the change in my meds. What I understand of what my doctor has told me: They think that the facial numbness is caused by my medications (concerned with the Seroquel and Lithium) and anxiety. Sleep problems are probably related to my psychological issues. Anything neurological has been ruled out by a neurologist. They drew blood and I know they checked vitamin b12 and iron levels. I have no idea what else they tested when they drew blood. My main concerns and what I’m looking for: My main concerns are the symptoms that haven’t been addressed, because I haven’t brought it up, and that there facial numbness that came out of nowhere. I haven’t brought up the headache, leg pain, cough, and chest pain mostly because I’ve been to the doctor a lot recently concerning the facial numbness and I feel like it’s starting to seem like I’m trying to find something wrong with me. When I was complaining of a sore throat she tested my for strep throat and was care less; the swab thing didn't even touch the back of my throat. Few days later I went to urgent care and they do it right and I did of strep throat. Kind of feeling like I'm not being taken seriously because I'm young. Doctors noticed the swollen lymph nodes, but I got strep throat so that might be why. I am concerned mostly about the things I haven’t mentioned and I wanted to know if I should be concerned about those problems. If so, what should I ask my doctor? When should I go see a doctor? What do you think could be wrong if anything is wrong? I really just need to what to do and if I should do something. And do you have any idea how long it will take for the numbness/tingling in my cheeks, jaw, chin, and lower lip to go away if it is my meds that were causing it? Hey lybrate-user, as you are having flexural psoriasis, psoriasis is genetic disorder triggered due to stressful conditions and irregular life style. We are treating psoriasis using ayurvedic medicines. Psoriasis has three stages. First stage is when disease remain on skin and there are scaly patches. Second stage comes when there is pitting on nails and in last stage it enter the joints and there is pain in small joints. Generally patient use steroidal application on patches which give temporary relief and disease reappear after 2/3 days. In severe cases methotrexate is used which is not a safer option and is liver toxic. Ayurveda has got a complete remedy for psoriasis. It is a safer option and can be used for longer duration without any side effects. Ayurvedic external application give very quick results with sun exposure in clearing the scales and internal treatment does not allow the disease to re appear. Psoriasis is a manageable disease and can be managed with ease and effectively using ayurveda. You should use 3 gms of haldi with milk helps in psoriasis patients.
