U had not mentioned how pain started, what aggrevates, what releives pain, what all things you had done to releive pain .kindly do mention these points for better understanding problem - check for vit d, uric acid, b12 avoid heavy weight lifting avoid jerky mov avoid prolonged sitting maintain erect posture apply hot fermentation followed by vioilini. For 5 days atleast if psin still persist more tgan 5 days consult physiotherapist privately.

U had not mentioned what aggrevates his pain.- precautions avoid heavy weight lifting avoid jerky mov to spine apply contrast bath to releive pain maintain erect posture while working avoid prolonged sitting check for vit d, b12 deficiency also. Proper assesment can only tell exact cause of pain by physiotherapist.

Start doing simple exercises of leg like ankle pumps, knee isometrics, bending knee, skow walking if possible consult physiotherapist for proper assesment and to strengthening exercises of lower limb.

U might be having arthritis check for vit d, b12, uric acid test precautions svpud stressing joi t avoid speedy walk, climbing syairs too many times, cross sitting. Apply hot fermentation followed by knee exercises by condulting physiotherapist. Take proper nutrition to reverse your condition.

From last 15 days I have knee pain and when I sit in any position for 20 to 30 minute then I can not quickly stand up due to knee pain, when I use icepack on knee I feel very good. Please suggest.

Hi Dr. 3 weeks ago there was a suspected fracture in my hand so I put the plaster on it for 3 weeks then it became calcified in the elbow joint the Dr. transferred me to the physical treatment but its painful and I do not want to make any surgery could you please advice me? Thank you.

initially it will pain as joint get stiff in plaster but as your range will start improving less pain you will experience. vefore exercises dip your hand in warm water or physio wax to relax muscles

- u had not mentioned how , when your pain started and what all things till now u had dobe to releive pain - apply contrast bath 2times per day for 10 days atleast followed by voilini specially at night after pain starts releiving do neck exercises precautions avoid jerky mov to joint avoid weight lighting

My wrist got fractured last year on 29 june 2016. Doctor plastered it for 28 days. After 28 days he again advised to keep the plaster for 2 weeks more. I cut it in 10 days myself. The pain was gone. But till now also wrist joint pains on bending. It is not flexible as it was before. Please guide me.

Because of plaster joint get stiff and musclesgot weak, kindly consult physiotherapist to know writ exercises .as joint range will improve you will experience less pain.

4 months ago while playing football, my right knee suddenly twisted, I took aceclofenac for 3 week and got some relief but still now I hear a pop up in knee while bending and feel little pain while walking, my knee feels unstable. I was doing straightening exercise but its not working anymore. Can it be fully recovered?

Do knee strengthening exercises along hip, ankle. Consult physiotherapist privately to know exercise protocol. Before doing exercise do apply hot fermentation. Precautions avpid jerky mov to joint avoid running check for vit d, b12, uric acid.

After contrast bath for atleast 7 days start doing simple back exercises. Check vit d, uric acid, b12. Kindly attack mri reports here too if you have precautions 1avoid too much bending spine 2avoid jerky mov 3wear lumbar support to maintain erect posture 4mantain weight also as muscles get weak in obesity - you can consult privately to know back exercises protocol.
