Use sunsunscreen lotion before going into. Cosglo gel use cosmelite cream every night. Take saarivasav 2spoons twice a day with equal quantity of warm water. All the treatment for six months.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Ars alb 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for 3 days. 2. Belladonna 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for 3 days and update. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines.

This is usually controlled as he grows up and advise him him gently. Do not give fluids 2 hours before bed time and in between sleep wake him and take to toilet . If not successful there are tablets when he grows

Rings formation on thighs and around v area along with a ring on right hand between thumb and first finger itching I have been using a cream named fourderm for past 2 weeks but it goes and comes back again in those rings there are very small white pimple like structure very few. Stop using fourderm cream because fungal infection will keep coming back after you stop it and at different places. You will need prescription medicines and a consultation so that we can treat this infection effectively and completely.

Hello I am sagar of 19 I usually smoke 2 to 3 cigarettes a day . I did smoking from past 2 months . All I want to know is I am feeling a little pain in my chest , in the middle of the chest . The pain is felt in the bone ,in the middle of the chest from where ribs starts. Please suggest me any measure or is that is any symptoms of any health related problem ! And another question is . There is no way you can nullify the harmful effects of smoking without giving it up. You can try nicotine gums and patches if you wish to abstain. Smoking for 2 months, generally does not predispose to cancer, but it is never too soon, to develop cancer. It generally does not sound like cancer yet, but I would still advise to quit smoking. Its uncool.

Hello. There is no medication or food for improving eye sight or to get rid of glasses. Get your vision tested and wear glasses. If not interested in glasses then you can try contact lens or lasik laser. As your age is now 19 years so your number will not increase now whether you wear glasses or not as number becomes stable at age of 18-20 yrs. Having said that I advise you to eat balanced diet including green vegetables and seasonal fruits for keeping eyes and body healthy.

5 Ways to Fight Depression If you feel depressed, it's best to do something about it — depression doesn't just go away on its own. In addition to getting help from a doctor or therapist, here are 5 things you can do to feel better. 1. Exercise. Take a 15- to 30-minute brisk walk every day — or dance, jog, or bike if you prefer. People who are depressed may not feel much like being active. In addition to getting aerobic exercise, some yoga poses can help relieve feelings of depression. Just do this small exercise: Sleep with legs raised up from waist against the wall straight up, making 90 degree angle for 5 mins. Its better you do in early morning, else you can do it anytime. Bad mouth odour is usually associated with diabetes because of increased bacterial growth in the mouth. Get your teeth cleaned from a dentist and maintain hygiene using mouthwas and flossing. Kindly rinse your mouth thoroughly with water after every meal and keep sugar under control.
