Do should daily anulom vilom and kapalbhati pranayam. Avoid spicy food. Syrup livamrit 2- 2 tsf twise a day after meal.

u can take hridrakhand churn 3 gm + warm water n aarogyavrdhini vati 250 mg twice a day with warm water n avoid non veg n spicy food n cold drinks

first of all u can take anti allergy tablet and than u can apply aloeveera moisturizer and avoid spicy food and take plenty of water
