I am suffering from colour blindness is there is any medicine for it? Or there is any yoga to cure it for a bit?

I am suffering from colour blindness is there is any medicine for it? Or there is any yoga to cure it for a bit?
There is no known treatment. However, there are special contact lenses and glasses that may help people with color blindness tell the difference between similar colors. Color blindness is a lifelong condition. Most people are able to adjust to it without difficulty or disability. Homoeopathic medicine SANTONINE 3X ( Dr Reckeweg) Chew 2 tab twice daily for 3 months. If the color blindness is partial ie. If one pigment is missing then the above homoeopathic medicine is very useful in that case as seen in my general practise.I will advise you ,that what ever is your condition, you should start taking this medicine.Purely homoeopathic, noside effects.

I am 26 .I am married for 2 years. We did unprotected sex for 2 years. I did not take any precautions nor did he. Usually he used to bring out his thing at the time of discharge. I dint get pregnant anytime. Now as I want to conceive, I thought to consult a doctor for dos and do nots. But the doc, much to my irritation, only asked weather I take any precaution or not. She told me it is worrisome how you hvnt conceived yet if also your husband does not discharge within you. She has told me to do some test. So I want to ask is it really a danger?

Pregnancy depends on many things. 1. Doing sex on right days. 10-16 days from period date are best for conceiving. So do sex for atleast these days. 2. Thyroid problem in women will cause delay in pregnancy. Get check up done for your wife 3. Try these 2 first and still if you do not get benefit then go for sperm test for urself and consult gyanologist for your wife. For further help consult.

What should I do after contact with someone else's blood or saliva? Why My eyes are always red.

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
Homeopath, Ludhiana
What should I do after contact with someone else's blood or saliva?
Why My eyes are always red.
Any External contact with blood /Saliva will not harm you unless or until your blood dont comes in contact with other blood/saliva.Just wash hand with soap . .Eyes appear red because the vessels at the surface of the white portion of the eye (sclera) become swollen. Vessels may swell due to: • Eye dryness • Too much sun exposure • Dust or other particles in the eye • Allergies • Infection • Injury Eye infections or inflammation can cause redness as well as possible itching, discharge, pain, or vision problems. These may be due to: • Blepharitis: Swelling along the edge of the eyelid. • Conjunctivitis: Swelling or infection of the clear tissue that lines the eyelids and covers the surface of the eye (the conjunctiva). This is often referred to as "pink eye." • Corneal ulcers: Sores on the cornea most often caused by a serious bacterial or viral infection. • Uveitis: Inflammation of the uvea, which includes the iris, ciliary body, and choroid. The cause is most often not known. It may be related to an autoimmune disorder, infection, or exposure to toxins. The type of uveitis that causes the worst red eye is called iritis, in which only the iris is inflamed.

Healthy Vision - 8 Tips For It!

DOMS, MBBS

Healthy Vision - 8 Tips For It!

During summer you try to take special care about the overall health of your body, particularly, your eyes. Eyes are one of the most important organs of the body, and the scorching summer heat can cause serious eye problems like conjunctivitis, infections, red eye, migraines etc., which is why it's important to take proper care of eyes during the summer season.

Here are some tips to keep your eyes cool and protected during the summer:

  • Wearing sunglasses is very important when you are outdoors as it protects your eyes from the harmful UVA and UVB light. This will help in avoiding migraines and even serious conditions like cataract.
  • Avoid midday sunshine. Stay indoors as much as possible during the middle of the day to avoid the sunshine then when the effect of the sun and ultraviolet radiation exposure are at their peak.
  • When you plan to go for a swim, make sure you wear your swimming goggles. Otherwise you might catch conjunctivitis.
  • You should not splash water into the eyes directly unless any foreign particles such as dust enter your eyes. This might damage the tear film of the eye, which protects your eyes.
  • You need to maintain proper hygiene by washing your hands and face properly as soon as you reach home so that dust or grime does not enter the eyes as their entry can result in allergies and infections.
  • You can keep a slice of cucumber on each of your eyes to relax and cool them down.
  • 6 to 8 hours of sleep are a must as they help in revitalizing your eyes.
  • Adding green vegetables, carrots, nuts, liver and fruits to your diet would be very beneficial for the health of your eyes. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult an Ophthalmologist.

Sir please guide me for lasik treatment for eyes. And what will be the cost for this.

FPRS, DNB Ophtalmology
Ophthalmologist, Pune
Sir please guide me for lasik treatment for eyes. And what will be the cost for this.
Lasik is a simple laser procedure which changes the shape of the cornea so that the light rays fall on the retina properly. It is a painless procedure. It is a day care procedure does not require any injections, does not require admission, you can simply resume your duties in 2 days. Cost varies from centre to centre. Side effects are usually limited to dryness of eyes for few months. We can do lasik anytime after age of 18 years. You need to undergo proper prelasik checkup to decide whether lasik is safe for you or not.

Your refractive error can be cured total quality of vision can't be improved. If you have squint due to it then it can be corrected by surgery (for cosmetic purposes).
