The Problem over here is insulin resistance. Pl. control ur diet and do adequate exercise. Hi proper sleep for 7-8 hrs. Do meditation to combat stress. You need to be on medications for ur cholesterol. Also if u have a family history of Diabetes, or heart problems, then may I suggest you to start Metformin with the advice of your doctor.

Apply at present lemon juice for 20 days twice a day for 20 minutes daily. Take care of your diet. Avoid oily junk food. Do not scratch the acne. Drink more eat less. Let me know some more details.

Hi lybrate-user, I would also recommend you for glowing skin use a apple, Apple has alpha hydroxy acid. It improves skin color and elasticity. Soak peeled apple slices in milk for 20 minutes and then blend to form a creamy paste, and then mix a tsp of lemon juice, apply all over your face. Rinse off after 15 minutes with cool water. Or You can also mash a banana and blend it with honey and apply it on your face. Wash it with lukewarm water after 15 minutes. Drink enough water. Citrus fruit juices to make the skin fair and healthy. And also watch your diet, are you taking all the nutrients. If you wants to know more or any medical treatment for that, then contact me again.

Eat nutrients that nourish your hair. A well-balanced diet with plenty of protein, vitamin B, iron, and omega-3s helps your hair stay as thick and healthy as possible. Dear, the most common causes of weakness are * anemia * metabolic disorder (diabetes, hypothyroidism) * breathing problems (asthma, sinusitis) *digestion problems (diarrhea, gestric ulcers) * cervical spondylosis first check out your haemoglobin (hb), if your hb is low, then eat a lot of green vehetables and iron rich foods like apple, guava, sapotas (cheeku, beet root and oranges. Takeiron suppliments for increase in hb. If your hb level is normal then your all parts of body get adequate level of oxygen. 2. Take deep breaths atleast for 10-15 minutes twice a day. 3. Check out the blood sugar fasting in every 6 months. If blood sugar level, then take proper medicines for high sugar level. 4. In thyroid disorder, there is a feeling of weakness and tiredness. Acne happens due to blockade of sebaceous glands. Acne treatment needs a combination of approach. Please follow this regimen. 1. Apply epiduo cream in night keep it for an hour and wash your face. 2. Apply dew soft moisturiser and sleep. 3. In early morning apply clindac gel. 4. After bath apply suncote gel. Carry on with this regimen for a month you will get improvement. To minimize pressure in the eye post-op, drops are usually applied to the eye, or the creation of an additional peripheral iridotomy may be necessary to improve fluid flow. Additionally, short-term irritations include conjunctiva irritation, corneal swelling, infections, non-reactive pupil, and irritation of the iris. Usually these irritations are transient in nature.

This is a normal problem faced by athletes who have done intensive sports earlier. After leaving the sports, your activity moves from 4-6 hours daily to maybe an hour at max. However the mind and body is used to certain diet items which are heavy and rich in calories. It could be fried items, milk, ghee, dry fruits. You could have them in unlimited quantities when you were an active sportsman, however you need to reduce your diet to match your activity level. This is the KEY problem. You have to bring down your diet to current activity levels. Right now you would need about 1600-1800 calories. It simply means about 3-4 slices of bread in morning. 3-4 Dry rotis for lunch and dinner. Have 3 fruits daily and 3 liters of water. Do at least 60 mins intensive exercise daily. Target a weight loss of about 2-3 kgs per month which is feasible. You will come down to your fit weight level within 1 to 1.5 years. Just focus towards your future goals and start moving now. Of course there will be. There are too many harmful effects because of smoking. But here are a few to ruminate up on with the intention of either making you stop or to never start again. It has more than 7000 chemical substances most of which are harmful. It affects your stamina, breathing, forms skin wrinkles; Bad for your heart, bad for bad cholesterol, it can lead to strokes, dental problems, eye problems, cancer, brain cell death, vascular problems, throat problems, voice difficulties, etc. The list is quite endless. It is so bad that there is an international battle to dissuade smoking. Each cigarette you smoke has an effect on your erectile capacity: the nicotine in the cigarette is a vasoconstrictor i.e. it narrows the blood vessels to constrict the blood flow. The erection of the penis is caused by an extra flow of blood to the penis along with a shut down valve that facilitates its engorgement. This action will be compromised. Your BP rises with every cigarette you smoke. But to me the biggest danger is that, in time, dependence and tolerance will develop so that you will want more cigarettes in order to have the same effect as when you started smoking with only one or two. Now, the bluff that we all went through when we were teens was this belief (really a denial) that, if we want, we can stop at any time we choose. That unfortunately does not work: it is a deceptive bluff. The fortunate thing about giving up smoking is that you can reverse most of the damage by giving up at any time: the sooner the better, however. But your desire to want to stop is the most important factor. It is important to find out about the ill-effects of smoking to have a reason that alarms you about continuing in the habit. The information is really scary. The nicotine in tobacco smoke stimulates the heart beat to raise the blood pressure in no time at all. So you must avoid it like the plague: it is just very bad medicine for you. In fact it is highly toxic too. You will need to stop smoking or consuming any tobacco related items with immediate effect. You should start vigorous exercises, gradually increasing it over a period of time. Do deep breathing exercises every time you feel like smoking (try Yoga), and replace the oral urge with some healthy food substitute to satiate the need. You may also take hard candy or chewing gum. If the urge is too strong, then use nicotine chewing gum or nicotine patches, for a little while until the smoking drive reduces substantially. You may also join Smokers Anonymous in your city where the support is really extraordinary for like-minded people who are also in the same situation. Keep yourself occupied or engaged with interesting activities during the times when it is most tempting. Keep the company of non-smokers for some time i.e. at least for the first 21 days. Above all announce it to everyone that you have quit smoking. Here’s a piece of very good advice: even if you accidentally/willfully take a cigarette, it is not the end of the world – you can start the cessation all over again. You must persevere with the best support until you defeat this addiction. Counseling is very useful in the initial stages and when temptations are at their highest.

Hi apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with chandrika soap. Prepare a neem leaves mustard oil and apply on your skin. Avoid hot food & spicy food

Crush a few cloves of garlic (lehsun), add in a little coconut oil and boil for a few minutes. Cool it till it becomes warm and apply it on the scalp with a little massaging action. Repeat two to three times a week for best results.

Hi, you need to treat the fungal infection of the nail adequately. Generally it requires treatment for 1 year and you can apply antifungal polish over the nail.
