Masturbation is normal does not cause any harm. your weakness is not related to masturbation. eat balanced diet and exercise regularly. and keep yourself busy once or twice a week is okay.

Hello, you need to scrub them gently to remove the dead skin. Moisturise the areas everyday, whenever you get time. This will improve the apperance within a few days. But, remember, once you stop taking care, it will again get back to the same condition.

Hello you may follow some regular routines of getting all dietary measures and daily behaviours as well as exercise and yoga every day. Soups of carrots and beetroots with moong daal soups fried with cumin seeds and ghee and garlic. Light diets and moong daal soups and simple vegetarian food and fresh fruits juices as well as fruits. Warm milk boiled with ginger and haldi including ghee and nuts every day before going to bed. Simple and herbal sampoo to be used 2-3 times in a week. You may use 1-lumina sampoo to wash hairs. Hairs should be smallest in size. 2-keshraksha gel. Apply over your scalp and massage gently that goes to the roots of the hairs. The above prescribed medicines will balance your hair falls.

If you feel your stomach is big, you mean abdominal girth which is on higher side. Reduce it by exercise like cycling, some yoga and meditation and eating right food, reduce only 5 kgs which will not be difficult, stop sugar and fats and take salt as bare minimum, eat lots of seasonal vegetables and fruits. Your heart pain may reduce by all of above. If any doubts remain unanswered, do get back here.

Uric acid is byproduct of protein which needs discarding from the body but in the absence of vit C this accumulates in fine joints of fingers in the form of crystals. You have to take higher doses of Vit C as supplements.

You have breathing difficulty and gas problem. I advise you to do slow and deep breathing relaxation exercises daily to be mentally strong. Take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take lots of water and fluids. Avoid garlic and red chilly and non veg and eggs.

It is not acidity rather its a misnomer actual term is hyperacidity since there is already acid present normally in the stomach and it is necessary for normal digestion, but when abnormally increased which can lead to burning sensation in stomach (heart burn) eructations gastric/peptic ulcers and is also called as" hurry curry worry syndrome" avoid hurried lifestyle, take balanced diet of non-chilly type, and avoid tension. Addictions must be avoided. Some medicines may be prescribed after a counseling session. Regards.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points ( if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day.Protein shakes will help you to gain muscle mass, particularly if you're working out. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. This is where protein shakes and bars really come in handy. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos., both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 1month.

I am 23 and I have dark circles under my eyes what to do to get rid of it immediately?

Under eye dark circles tip 1:- take teaspoon of gram flour and add a pinch of turmeric powder, teaspoon of lemon juice, teaspoon of tomato juice. Mix to form a paste and apply carefully, leave for 20 minutes. Wipe with a cotton ball soaked in water and pat dry. Tip 2:- grate a cup of cucumber and extract juice. Soak cotton wool pads in this and place on eyelids. Relax for 20 minutes. Tip 3:- grate a cup of raw potato and extract the juice, dip cotton pads and place on eyes for 20 minutes. Tip 4:- soak 2-3 almonds overnight, grind into a smooth paste, apply this paste on the under eye areas and leave for 30 minutes. Wash gently. Do this regularly for 3 months. Tip 5:- massage the area with almond oil; do this twice a day for at least 3 weeks. You can also use vitamin e oil. Tip 6:- make a paste with fresh mint leaves, apply and leave for 20 minutes. Wash. Tip 7:- drink plenty of water and sleep for 7? 8 hours. Tip 8:- drink a glass of tomato juice with a teaspoon of lemon juice and a pinch of salt.
