Hair fall is common now a days. Due to stress and eating habits. And some illness, like anemia, thyroid and hereditary problems. Take following homoeo medicine. Acid hydroflouric 30 (30 ml sbl company). 1 drop 3 times per day x 14 days on tongue. Do not take anything 15 min before after medicine. ALSO use arnica montana Q 30 ml + 100 ml pure coconut oil mix and use before wash twice weekly. Use arnica homoeopathic shampoo take plenty water 3 to 4 liters per day. Eat proper food, carbohydrate, protein, minerals, fruits. Avoid outer food. you may contact me on this site. And check my package and get customized medicines.

For leg pain, please follow the below advise: please keep your leg raised while sitting or lying 1) quadriceps strengthening exercises -: 1. A) quad clenches: lie flat on your back sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. 1. B) short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. 1. C) straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise. 2) hamstring stretching 2. A) towel hamstring stretch lie on the back, supporting the thigh with the hand or with a towel wrapped around it. Slowly straighten the knee until a stretch is felt in the back of the thigh, trying to get the bottom of the foot to face the ceiling, one leg at a time. Hold the position initially for 10 seconds, and gradually work up to 20 to 30 seconds. 2. B) seated hamstring stretch while sitting at the edge of a chair, straighten one leg in front of the body with the heel on the floor. Then, sit up straight and try pushing the navel towards the thigh without leaning the trunk of the body forwards. Hold this stretch for 30 seconds repeat 3 times for each leg. 3) calf stretches 3. A) standing calf stretch stand away from a wall and put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. 3. B) downward dog yoga stretch get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. 3. C) wall calf stretch stand about two feet away from a wall. Place the ball of your right foot against the wall while your heel remains on the ground. Slowly and gently lean into the wall while keeping your knee straight. Hold this for 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times twice a day. 3. D) downward dog yoga stretch get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Contrast bath- fill two buckets/ tubs with very hot water and very cold water. Immerse your legs into the water for 3 minutes and then switch to cold water for 1 minute. Repeat this 3 times once a day. Wish you a very speedy recovery. Best of luck.

Hello! one of the best ways to lose belly fat is to follow a fixed exercise routine. Crunches and skipping greatly help in reducing belly fat! 30 minutes of brisk walking per day will keep you fit as well as boost your metabolism. What you need to do is aerobic exercises which will help increase your metabolism thus helping in the breakdown of fats. One of the best thing to do for belly fat is to make the consumption of brown rice a habit. It is always better to have brown rice over white polished rice as brown rice contains a lot of fibre thus helping to maintain a slim waistline. Also, I suggest you that for 1 week, try avoiding milk and milk products as well as all food items which contain gluten like biscuits and roti as gluten is a major contributor to weight gain. You can instead have rice rotis, bajra rotis, jowar rotis, etc. Try having green tea 3 times a day instead of milk tea. Green tea is known to speed up your metabolism. A plant based diet is the best thing you can follow to lose weight. Avoiding refined sugars, processed and packaged food will also help in the long run.

Hi doctor .I m trying to conceive but i have irregular delayed periods . I took scan it results normal.Thyroid also normal.I dont have pcos. Then y i am not getting period properly.What may be the reason? Tell me a solution to regularise my periods.

Have Sy. Evecare 3-3 tsf regularly for 3 months. Periods will become normal. Make laddu of urad daal, fried in til taila & mixed with jaggery. Have 1 daily.

Hi Lybrate-user, you should do pranayama ,follow diet plans and panchkarma treatment helps you. Avoid habit of smoking, tea or coffee. Should be avoid salty, spicy excessive sour and non veg. Take more water and liquid like buttermilk, coconut water. Also take leafy vegetables, full of fibre diet, oats, cereal etc. As per Ayurveda Eat sweet taste of food more can you help. In morning take 200 ml water boil low flame to reduce 100 ml. Leave sometime make it warm then add 2 teaspoons honey and drink it. You can also do this at your home: take 12-15 dry black grapes wash with plain water 1 teaspoon sugarcane 1 teaspoon coriander powder 1 teaspoon fennel seeds soak overnight in 100 ml water. In morning take empty stomach. Eat anything aft one hour. You should have take 1/2 teaspoon power of nutmeg 200 ml hot milk 1/2 teaspoon sugarcane before one hour of sleep.
