Hi, This is Dr Akshay from Fortis Hospital, New Delhi. If you have a history of high uric acid issues, then you can be a patient with Gout especially the area of foot involved. Uric acid levels can be normal in Acute phase of gout, so right now you need a course of Anti-inflammatory medications, lots of Ice packs and analgesic spray. Apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha yograj guggul 1-1 twice a day after lunch and dinner. Take maharasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Avoid tea. Coffee. Junk food. Spicy food. Fermented food. Take green vegetables. Drink juice. Eat fruits. Drink 7-8 glass of water in a day. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Report after 5 days.

Hello sir, Blood test is normal, don't worry. Various causes for knee pain without proper examination and history can't diagnosis properly. Consult your physiotherapist. For pain reduction. Apply hot or ice fermentation 3-4 times daily. Learn and do mild stretch calf muscles. Avoid long time standing, walking, floor sitting.

Please do one thing . Take Half bucket of Luke warm water and add 2 teaspoon of Epsom salt and soak the feet for 20 minutes. 3 times in a day for 15 Day. You can also take homeopathic medicine Rush tox 30.3 times a day along with your regular medicine.

Use a doughnut shaped cushion to sit. Use a finger shaped ice moulds to ferment the tailbone area. If the pain doesn't subside, get the treatment done in a physio clinic.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Could be tightness of leg muscles. Do quadticep, Calph, hamstring stretching regularly till your discomfort disappear.
