You could be suffering from painful arc syndrome which is quite common in this age. You can do hot fermentation 3-4 times a day along with some pendular exercises at home.

1- you are doing neck exercises but might be moving around but actual is strengthening without movement. 2- During pain need relaxing that can be achieved by warm foamentation. 3- Proper use of low height pillow, avoid watching TV for long periods and desktop job.

Hmm don't worry take muscle relaxant medicine and do heat fermentation twice a day with rest after 2 days start stretching exercise and strength exercise of legs other wise take physiotherapy treatment for immediate relief happy now.

You should refrain from contact sports for a minimum of 4 - 6 months for the ligaments to heal. Prior to starting playing again you need to do a course of knee muscle strengthening exercises.

I am bed ridden with a fracture in left collar bone, right wrist and ligament injury (tear in 2 ligaments, rupture in 2) in my right leg. My next leg checkup is after 6 weeks and I'm advised to stay bed ridden until then. What type of tasks can I do in such a state that does not intervene with my healing and recovery? Actually as you are suffering from multiple site injury (under healing stage), doctor advised to stay in rest. You can read books and play mobile games and online activities (work from home). Please avoid movement by yourself. Sorry to say but it will take time to heal and recovery.

Hello, I use to have pain near my neck I went to doc and got treated and doctor mentioned in report starting it's crucial issue in intermediate stage and i'm going for physiotherapy for traction and vibrational exercises, can you provide me further steps to prevent the problem.

Physiotherapy and neck exercises are must. Avoid continuous hrs on laptop//computer//mobile.//long hrs of sitting in one position. Do regular exercise.--have adequate sleep. For medical management you can ask privately.
