Hi, There is a very pain in my leg and in my headache, So how can I get painless from that disease. And how can I remove it.

Requires detailed examination and investigation. Preliminary investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d urine r/e x-ray of the affected part. Anyway it may be tried sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure that patient is not allergic to any of the medicines that he/she is going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

My brother of age 2 but he can't walk properly he walk 3-4 steps on his leg finger in hindi (panja) we take him to doctor he is saying there no problem in her nerves of we try him to put your full leg he start crying what to do how to make him walk.

I am 26 years old. I have joint pain in knee nearly 8 months. I suggest ortho and neuro doctors but pain is not relief. In MRI scan the results show is ligament problem. Please suggest me good treatment.

Dear lybrate-user, if mri is showing ligament injury, it needs to be taken care off. If a complete tear is present it my need reconstruction. If it is partial and based on patients work demand and expectations even sometimes physiotherapy treatment can be done. I think patient should consult an arthroscopy specialist to have relief.

1. Don't lift objects away from your body with your arms outstretched.
2. Don't lift heavy weight.
3. Don't slouch in your chair
4. Don't stand a long period of time.
5. Avoid prone lying.
6. Change position in every 20min.
7. Use hard bed.
8. Use thin pillow.
9. Avoid forward bending.

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) In this disease pain and stiffness start in small joints such as in hands (fingers) feet, and wrist joint. These methods are helpful you in • Take half teaspoon of haldi in one glass milk daily. This will reduce inflammation of your joints. • Take 100 gm jaggery (gur) and 30 gm of dry ginger powder mix it and make 5 gm tablets and take a tablet daily with water in morning after meal. • If you have pain in joint massage it with lukewarm oil daily. • Move your joint daily and do some muscle streching exercise. This will reduce stiffness in your joints. • Avoid junk food and eat healthy food such as green leafy vegetables and fruits daily.

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket . And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back . you may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * Gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * Surya Namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * In diet vegetable protein of cereal , B complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

I am a 46 year old male and my height is 5'9" and weight is 84 kg. Whenever I want to exercise, I have a feeling that crystals are stored in my joints and they give pain. I had two bad experiences of Kidney stones, which I got away with by drinking onion soup. Most of the time my Uric acid levels are high, about 7.5 which is alarming. Please suggest how the crystals in the joints get dissolved, so that I can play some sports which I am very much interested in.

uric acid is heterocyclic compounds of carbon , nitrogen, oxygen, and hydrogen. which cause gout. In high uric acid avoid few diets i.e. high purine-rich foods, milk products, protein foods, meat, dried beans, dried peas, mushrooms, whey proteins which are used in zym, alcohol, diuretic medicines. Eat balanced diet , eat banana, take amino acid rich diets, L- glutamine like supplements, whole grain, oats, green veg., low cholesterol foods, plenty of water in day time, Do test Kidney Function Test every 6 months to monitor levels of uric acid. I am a female, age 40 yrs. After I wake up in the morning my hands and part of legs get numb and there is tremendous pain in the hands and legs. But as soon as I start my daily routine in the morning, the pain tends to reduce and finally goes off. This started from a finger moving to the whole hands and now to legs. Please Advise.

I have ankle Sprain and its been week. My sweeping and brushing has increased. The initial x day had no fractures. The pain is unbearable at nights.

Sprain means you have ligament injury. It has nothing do with fractures. As you have night pain too that means you may have grade 2 or 3 sprain. Please protect your leg and take full rest. Don't do any massage on the affected area. Do not put weight on the leg. Keep your leg elevated. Do visit nearest Physiotherapy Clinic for further rehabilitation.
