I have vitamin b12 level at around 136, one doctor advised me to take injection, is there any alternate oral medicine for the same.

Yes you can take vitamin b12 oral also. There are numerous brands availabke. Injections are for people who have very low haemoglobin.

No need to give tetanus vaccine if the earlier childhood vaccination has been completed properly, but yes you should get rabies vaccination done.
