Yes, you need to increase the quantity of food you eat, but at the same time you have to make sure You are eating healthy. Eat five to six meals a day. Avoid skipping any meal. Increase your portion size. Choose foods that are higher in healthy calories. Do not skip any meal, especially breakfast. Whatever you eat at breakfast is better absorbed and utilized by your system. So don’t forget to take a handful of nuts everyday along with good quality protein, like toned milk and boiled eggs. Maintain a 2 hour window between each meal so that you can feel he hunger and eat better quantities. Avoid junk foods, they provide high calories but at the same time trans fats also. Diet to be included for weight gain: -­‐ Peanut butters and cheese makes a calorie-­‐dense yet nutritious spread for your sandwich -­‐ Milk (Add 2 tsp skimmed milk powder) -­‐ Egg whites or Banana -­‐ Soaked Almonds -­‐ Vegetable stuffed paratha -­‐ Groundnut chikki / Dry Fruit chikki -­‐ Roasted Soyabean / Almonds -­‐ Sprout salad -­‐ Chapati - Upma / Daliya khichdi / Poha -­‐ Veg (potato/ cauliflower/ cabbage/ ladyfinger / bottle gourd/ ridge gourd/ brinjal etc.) -­‐ Dal / legumes (soya bean / moth/ mung etc.) -­‐ Rice / biryani / pulav (veg / non veg) -­‐ Include food rich in carbohydrates and protein -­‐ Butter -­‐ Potatoes -­‐ Soya beans -­‐ Chicken We do special treatment using Homoeopathic and 100percent Organic Supplements which helps in weight gain and increase the appetite, which gives wonderfull results for the same. Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.

Hi, in general for healthy weight reduction you should loose 2 kg per month, which gives an average of 6-7 months to loose 13 kg depending on your diet and physical exercise schedule. Healthy weight loss occurs at a slow pace where you should check that you are not loosing any muscle with it. Taking 1200 kcal will be too less and you should take 1700 kcal according to your age to loose weight. As you are in a growing age, you should take enough amount of Whole grain cereals, Whole pulses, vegetables, fruits, Lean meat, egg, skin out chicken, Green leafy vegetables and plenty of water. You should be avoiding refined carbohydrates, refines pulses, fruit juices, carbonated beverages, junk food, oily and fried foods, red meat. Intake of whole milk will help you in maintaining your height according to your age long with some stretching exercises and exercises like walking, swimming for weight loss. Other healthy foods that you can include in your regime are oats, fish, green tea, sprouts, salads, paneer. Small and frequent meal pattern should be followed which includes 6 meals in it and 2 hours of gap should be given between dinner and sleep. Avoid sedentary behaviour and engage in physical activities along with proper diet.

Your might be suffering from lazy eye or amblyopia as we call it. Your eye surgeon should be able to tell you the cause. If it's refractive error use glasses as prescribed. If eyes already lazy at your age it's difficult to regain full vision but strabismus can be corrected to improve cosmesis.

Hi 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit.
