Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal...

Hi lybrate-user you are overweight try to reduce your diet with health dietlikefallow this diets for one months properly morning take lemon juice in warm water, morning breakfast take milk cornflakes n apple in midmorning take fruits papaya full plate in lunch take vegetables roti and curds n salad in evening take green tea with roasted channa in dinner 8pm only soup and brown bread sandwich with 150gm paneer fallow this diets for one months properly.

Feeding mothers can work on weight reduction after 2 months of baby's birth. - Eat balanced, low calorie, nutritious diet - You only need to cater for 400-500 calories extra for baby. It means just 1.25 times normal diet. - Take lot of milk/products, proteins, vegetables, greens. - Take 2-3 fruits daily. - Take meals/snacks every 2 hours - 10-15 almonds daily - Cut down all fried stuff - Cut down sweets, laddus and similar stuff - No colas or juices - Two glasses salted Nimbu paani daily. + one glass water every hour. - 30 mins brisk walk daily. - Aim for 1 - 2 kg weight loss per month. So within a year you will be back to normal weight. - Stay Healthy Stay Happy.

Use any mouthwash one teaspoon mouthwash in 1 cup of water and gargle with that 2 or 3 times don't eat any thing upto 20 mins after gargling.as 5 days has been passed so within two days you it will be normal

Hi I am 16 years old boy I was chubby when I was born but after my 8 year I became weak my father was also weak at this stage (when he was at my age) my height is increasing 1-2 cm per year but my weight is constant means it is 48 kg only and my other problem is that I want good food only like masala foods, chatpata,how can I gain weight I want at least 55 kg.

Mr. lybrate-user, nothing to worry. For your height you should be around 52 kgs. You are just 4 kgs to go. Eat high protein diet. Include atleast 2 glasses of milk and 2 eggs per day. Talk to me for detailed diet plan.

You have low stamina and less blood haemoglobin. I advise you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. Avoid garlic and red chilly at home and avoid non veg and eggs. Do meditation for mental strength. Follow this and give feedback.

Taking minimum 3-4 litrs of water daily will make you free from many diseases.

My ring fingers both the hands getting locked in the morning hours. And slowly bending as they expose to heat or so. I discovered as trigger finger. I am diabetic too. Type 2. Past 4 years problem. I love guitar, keyboard and driving too. Partial pain or stiffness is always there. Please suggest me some home therapy or exercise. Thanks in advance.

Trigger finger means locked movement for all time and surgery must but your stiffness is only in morning time so not trigger finger. Do wax therapy and ultrasonic therapy for 15 days firstly five days avoid movement then start finger movement and avoid guitar and keyboard for few days avoid home remedy.
