No harm but depends upon how one uses it. Sleep on a hard plinth with mattress over it. Learn isometric neck exercises from a physiotherapist and follow his instructions seriously. You may skip a meal but not exercises.

12 hours of sitting and that working on computer are the cause of your symptoms. On top of it you can not leave the job. So what is the solution? Back care is the solution. Then I will advise you to consult a experience d Physiotherapist in your city and follow his advice sincerely. Skip a meal but not the exercises. I suggest you spinal mobility and strengthing exercises with neck exercises is the remedy.

Post chikungunya pain is problem for every case. And it take years to subside. Painkiller SOS and do mobility exercises along with strengthing exercises under the supervision of a physiotherapist.

This is progressive disease, spinal mobility is to be your prime concern. Breathing exercises for vital capacity and joints need care.

Hello Dr. I have an ankle ache last 2 years. Whenever I start walking after rest, a lot of pain in my back part of ankle at a such a level that it is hard to walk. But after 10 minutes of walk ,I feel easy. Please suggest me.

It may be due to retrocalcanium bursitis, calcanium spur or planter facities. Take acourse of ultrasound therapy from a physiotherapist and keep a soft insole in your shoes.

You are 76 kg at the age of 25 years weight reduction shall give you much needed relief. But concentrate on Knee exercises.

Sir last saturday I slipped down from footstep after I had severe pain in left knee ortho Dr. verified and told the inner ligament partially damaged so after 10 days taking mri and operation is tge only solution. Pls help is it operation is the only way.

Why does both legs heels pains ? Is it because of calcium deficiency? My six years old daughter is also facing the same problem. Can it be because of calcium deficiency.

Your problem may be due to calcneal spur. Get a course of ultrasound therapy from a physio and use silicone heels in your shoes. Your daughter may having flat foot problem consult a physio also.
