I am 27 yrs old male and have sugar problem from last 5 yrs my fasting sugar level is around 300 and hb1ac is 12.6. I am not taking any medicine now. The doctor advised me to take triglycomet tds, volix m 0.3 mg bd, janumet 50/500 od, amlopress 5mg od but when I taking medicine my weight is gaining regularly even 6 kg in a month, I also examined my thyroid levels which are normal. please advice me what can I do.

Your hba1c level is too high. You must start the anti diabetic medicines immediately or else it may lead to severe complications. After 3 months once the hba1c levels are normal you can opt for ayurveda medicines.

Knee replacement surgery has its advantages and disadvantages. A replacement knee can never be quite as good as a natural knee. Before opting for a replacement surgery it's better to carry on with other non-surgical treatments. Ayurveda offers good treatments in such conditions.

First of all maintain proper hygiene. Cloth, bed spread etc must be cleaned daily. Urine and stool must be evacuated properly and much precaution is to be taken each time. Water beds or air beds can be used for effective management. Change the position frequently. Clean the wound properly with dettol. Then do dusting of tankana bhasma over it. Wash the wound regularly with triphala kwath.

I do not feel hungry at all and everyday I am feeling weak assigning any treatment. Please advise.

This loss of hunger is due to your weak digestive system. You first need to improve your digestion. Take tab hinguvachadi gulika 1 tab tid with butter milk before meals or tab agnitundi vati 1tab tid with luke warm water before meals dadimashtaka curna 1/2tsp with butter milk tid before meals for 7 days. Follow up after 7 days.

tell me some tips to get relief from this knee pain.
There are various causes of knee pain for example excessive standing, excessive walking, obesity or even some kind of injury. To relieve the pain: 1. Avoid standing or walking for too long at a stretch. 2. Avoid climbing stairs if possible. 3. Do some knee strengthening and stretching exercises. 3. To relieve pain do til oil or mahanarayana tail massage over the knee and some hot fomentation. If however there is any swelling associated with the pain consult a doctor immediately.

What is the cause of kidney stone?
There are various types of kidney stones. The type of stones determines the cause. However certain general causes of kidney stones are as follows: 1. Less water intake. 2. Vitamin d and calcium supplements. 3. Certain medical conditions like hyperparathyroidism, urinary tract infections, crohn's disease, renal acidosis etc. May also lead to kidney stones. 4. Certain medicines can also lead to kidney stones. 5. Diet high in sodium and protein but less in calcium also can lead to formation of stones. 5. People with high blood pressure, obesity and sedentary life style are at a higher risk to develop kidney stone.

How to get sleep well without getting any disturbing.
There are many conditions diseases and disorders which lead to sleep disturbance. For example stress, anxiety hormonal imbalance, digestive disorders allergies, urti and so on. Firstly the correct cause need to be identified. Secondly following a regular sleeping schedule is necessary. Some tips for a proper sleep: 1. Maintain a regular sleep - wake schedule. 2. Take a proper diet at night. Do not sleep hungry or too stuffed up. 3. Turn off your computer or television before going to sleep. 4. Avoid reading in bed before sleep. 5. A light foot massage is proven to be very effective before sleep. 6. Make sure the room is dark. 7. Reduce your water intake after 7pm so that sleep is not disturbed. 8. Avoid alcohol and cut down your caffeine. 9. Avoid day sleep. 10. Practise breathing exercises.
