Your Daily Calorie needs are 1800 calories. To reduce 2 kgs per month you need to take 1300 calories per day. Unless you do this your weight will not reduce. You can use 'Myfitnesspal' app to monitor your calories. Plateau is just a myth. It just means you are eating 1800 calories per day therefore your weight is not going down. Also you need to add daily 45 mins intensive exercise if possible. Monitor your calories daily. Every thing you eat must be accounted for. Give all high cal stuff like biscuits, namkeen, colas, sweets etc. If no progress consult a dietitian.

After finding out the number of calories our body needs to maintain its weight you can. To begin with exercise. You can do in your hotel room Always start with a warm-up (to get your core temperature up and muscles loose): 25 jumping jacks, 15 body weight squats, 10 push ups, 10 lunges (each leg), 10 hip raises, 25 jumping jacks.  Do one exercise right after another – this should take you probably 3-4 minutes.

Hi I am 26 years old and weight around 60 kgs. I have a chest pain from last 3 months at a particular point on left side mostly and when I put stress it increases in my whole lungs. It also increases at appetite and after eating food. I have done ECG, chest x-ray ,blood test, thyroid and ultrasound which all are normal. Dear Lybrateuser, - To gain weight & build muscles you have to have a well balanced diet with more of protein foods & do regular exercise - have more of fruits & vegetables, whole grains, protein rich foods including eggs, non veg, milk & milk products like cheese, yogurt, cottage cheese, butter milk, soya products, tofu, beans, lentils, pulses, peas, sprouts, nuts including almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews, peanuts, seeds - include a protein food item in each meal & also have as a snack whenever you feel hungry - also do regular exercise like jogging, swimming, play an outdoor game, do moderate weight lifting for 10-15 min 2-3 times a week, also try to include yoga & deep breathing in your daily schedule to keep fit - consult a dietician for your exact calorie requirement as per your daily exercise & activity level.

There are many face wash containing glycolic acid for oily skin. You should use a good sunscreen, take lots of leafy green vegetable and fruits to get glow. Besides there are oral medicines and topical creams for this.

Hi Their is no spot reduction possible through diet or exercise, weight always goes from overall body. Hypothyroidism: 5 Foods To Avoid

The thyroid is a small gland located on the neck. When the thyroid gland functions normally, it is easy to ignore it but an underactive or overactive thyroid gland can cause a number of problems. An underactive thyroid gland is known as hypothyroidism. In this case, the gland does not produce enough thyroid hormone. This, in turn, lowers metabolism. Your diet plays a large role in influencing the functioning of the thyroid gland. Some of the foods you should avoid in cases of hypothyroidism are:

Cruciferous Vegetables
This includes vegetables such as cabbage, bok choi, kale, sprouts, and broccoli. These vegetables restrict the thyroid’s ability to absorb iodine which in turn lowers the functionality of the thyroid gland. While you do not need to completely avoid these vegetables, you should restrict their intake to less than 5 ounces each day. Cooking these vegetables can also help reduce their effect.

Soy
Soy products are rich in plant-based phytoestrogen. This hormone interferes with the body’s ability to use the thyroid hormone. It can worsen hypothyroidism and even increase the risk of hypothyroidism. However, this has not been scientifically proven and hence there are no specific dietary guidelines on how much should be eaten. To be on the safe side, consume soy products in moderation and avoid them whenever possible.

Fatty Foods
Hypothyroidism is yet another reason to avoid fatty foods. Fats interfere with the body’s ability to absorb thyroid hormone as well as thyroid hormone replacement drugs. It also lowers the production of thyroid hormone and thus aggravates hypothyroidism. Ideally, you should avoid fatty foods such as red meat, fatty fish, butter, mayonnaise etc. You should also avoid foods that are deep fried. Instead, try steaming or baking your food.

Sugar
Many dieticians refer to sugar as empty calories. These calories do not have any nutrients but can slow down the body’s metabolism rate. It also leads to weight gain that furthers aggravates hypothyroidism as well as other lifestyle disorders such as diabetes. Limit your sugar consumption to 1-2 spoons a day or try and eliminate it completely. You could also try replacing sugar with honey to sweeten your tea.

Excess Fiber
An excessive amount of anything including fiber can be detrimental to the body. Too much fiber can create complications in the treatment of hypothyroidism. Thus, you should not consume more than 35 grams of fiber a day. This can take the form of whole grains, legumes, fruits, vegetables, and beans.

You can take cilacar c for two weeks, reduce salt intake, keep your feet at foot rest_elevate your foot while sitting, after 2 weeks check s.creatinine, once everything settled you can take plain cilacar.
