Ismein toes mein swelling and pain hota hai. Patient ko chalne uthne and baithne mein problem hoti hai. Unhealthy lifestyle ki vajha se ye youngsters mein bhi dekhi ja rahi hai. Iss problem mein aap ko celery khani chahiye. Aap ko fish nahi khani chahiye. Fish mein omega-3 fatty acid hote hain. Agar uska digestion theek se na ho to vo body mein jamne lag jati hai. Tomato and dairy products nahi khane chahiye.
