Hi, Contrary to general belief ,Masturbation is almost certainly ok for your sex life. The fact is that most males masturbate. Masturbation isn't only about sex, it's a routine way of relieving stress, clearing your head before work, or going to sleep. But off course too much of anything can be bad. It leads to anxiety and loss of control over body mechanics. Though it may be ok thrice in a week, too much of it affects the senses and sensibility of an individual. Suggestions for you to reduce frequency of masturbation: 1. Read good books, newspaper 2. Spend time with family members 3. Daily walk 30 minutes 4. Avoid porn 5. Avoid spending times with not so good friends and alone. A video consultation with me is recommended.

1. Reduce Salt Intake: More salt in body means more sodium which gives a puffy look to your body. So, it’s advised to eat less salt and more potassium as it will reduce the amount of water in the body resulting in reduced weight. 2. Never Skip Exercise: Exercise daily because this is one sure-shot way of reducing weight because it burns direct fat. Especially cardio exercises can help in reducing weight but you have to be regular in that. 3. Manage Your Diet Well: Diet management is the first and foremost thing that can help you deal with the problem of obesity. It is not easy and everyone’s cup of tea to have a control on diet but half the battle is won, if you can deal with this dietary change. Your diet should be low in calories, with less carbohydrates and less fats. 4. Have Mint Leaves: Taking mint leaves in warm water half an hour after taking meals will prove to be beneficial in losing weight as it helps in proper digestion and boosting metabolism. 5. Drink Green Tea: Green tea, an antioxidant by nature can go a long way in helping you reduce weight. So, prefer taking green tea, if not more once or twice a day. 6. Switch To Lukewarm Water: Drinking lukewarm water every time you are thirsty will reduce fat deposits in your body, so you must go for it. 7. Make Homemade Food: Prefer eating homemade food and avoid fatty and fast food.

Hi, it seems you are suffering from 1. Gastritis or hepatitis 2. Take an antacid 3-4 tsf 8 hrly 3. Get a blood investigation - liver function test done 4. Avoid fatty, oily meals 5. Hello, duration of sexual act or stamina or performance vary from person to person depending upon the psyche to control it. Few people complain of premature ejaculation and few complain that they are not able to discharge in time. Some techniques as per sexologist kinsey can be applied where root of the penis is pressed for few seconds before expected emmision and thereby emmision is delayed for some time. The technique require some personal training for few days and correct dietary habits.

You can have sex anytime but 1. During periods it is safe for pregnancy concern but hygiene must be maintained. 2. Sex 8 days before and after first day of periods is safe in a 28 days cycle. 3. Hygiene and precautions should be taken.

Hi, it seems you are suffering from nightfall. Night fall or wet dreams is a very common occurrence among men, especially among adolescents. 1. Should start jogging or brisk walking for at least 30 minutes every day. 2. Should avoid consumption of any liquid for at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 3. Should go for urination just before going to bed. 4. Should avoid watching porn or erotic chats etc. 5. Start listening to soothing music which gives peace of mind and gives soothing effects like the meditation gives. 6. Should start reading good books at the time to keep the brain relaxed for a sound sleep.

Hi, yes it is possible and very much normal. Sperms are only a very small part of semen which is the main ejaculate and only a few sperms swim up to uterus and only one of these fertilize with female ova to form baby.

After each ejaculation, you’ll notice the firmness of the next erection may get slightly softer and spongier, depending on how close apart the erections are. 2. Negative psychological impact on a person. Many people feel shame and guilt because of their masturbation habits. 3. Masturbation can cause a bending in your penis if you continually are using the same hand and especially if you masturbate aggressively 4. There is current research that states increased testosterone production is linked to DHT production, which is associated with male pattern hair loss.

Sir, Mere navel ke left side stomach mai pain hota rahta hai 20 dino se. Mujhe lagta hai jaise gas ban rahi hai. Jab hota hai vomiting karne ka maan karta hai par hoti nahi. Laterine jata hu bar bar phir stomach khali ho jata hai. Is karan soo nahi pata hu. Stomach tight ho jata hai. Bar bar Dakar aati hai uske baad aaram milta hai. Par problem 24 ghante rahti hai. Phir dobara problem aati hai bar bar. My ultrasound report are OK. Mera 7 saal pahle Harnia ka operation ho rakha hai. Mujhe tension ho jati hai. Mai kya karu? Doctor kahte hai koi problem nahi hai. I don't know why?
