Hello lybrate-user, thanks for your query, enlargement in prostate is natural in every male after the age of 40, in some it does not cause any problem, but unfortunately in your case it has, the medicine you are taking is good. Please do get a usg kub done to assess the exact size of the prostate, a serum psa level, and get yourself examined by a surgeon or a urologist. You may require surgery as well.

Hello lybrate-user, thanks for your query, pain in breast at your age is common so please do not worry too much, you may try to change the size and type of your undergarments which better suit your body type. As of the size difference if it is noticeable than you may consult a plastic surgeon who will guide you through various options available.

Hello lybrate-user, thanks for your query. Just some of your anxiety, pain in breasts with lumpy feeling is common at your age as the breast are in a development phase, still to be sure you may get a usg breast to rule out any disease.

Sir I had a problem of annal fissure since 1 year AND my anal sphincter is very tight.

Hello lybrate-user, thanks for your query. Anal fissure is a painful and often recurring problem. An examination needs to be done to assess status and tightness of the sphincter and accordingly medications will be prescribed, if it is too tight than you might as well go for surgery. As of now you may start by increasing intake of salads and green leafy vegetables so that your stool remains soft, you may also take sitz bath by sitting in a tub filled with lukewarm water which will help in relieving pain.
