Try relaxation exercises and meditation also along with medical management. Also in medical management you have to kept on prophylactic anti-migraine treatment for long so that sensitivity of your trigemino-vascular system which is implicated in migraine get reduced.

I am suffering from one side pain on the head which is not exactly the pain but a nerve pain which occurs in a time and then relax fr a min and then again the same and how can I contact you?

This is probably a Trigeminal Autonomic Cephalalgia, in that too probably SUNCT or SUNA. You need to be properly evaluated by a Headache specialist.

Take proper Anti-migraine prophylactic treatment for your now becoming Chronic Migraine (CM). In CM daily meds decrease the sensitivity of trigemino-vascular system of brain and Headaches completely subside.
