Hello By just taking weight loss pills one can not lose weight but yes along with pills if you alter your diet and include any kind of exercise you may achieve the desired result, Yes these are side effects of these tablets.

Hello you can take any multivitamin and multi-mineral tablet of any brand as they are more or less same.just consider three points. 1) skip products marked for stress,weight loss,heart health or other health conditions. 2)Pick a brand that packs no more than 100% of Recommended Daily Allowance. 3)Multivitamin and multi-mineral tablets are not a replacement of a balanced diet.

Hello you should take balanced diet which includes whole grains, dairy products, nuts, fruits, vegetables and little pure ghee along with protein supplement. Your stamina is low because may be you are not taking proper diet and doing proper exercise. Your nerves are visible because you are underweight that's all. Don't worry.

Hello first of all you need to increase your total calories intake and include one physical activity. Please avoid junk food as it is observed that this kind of food is nutrient deficient and can be the reason of not gaining weight. So try to eat home-cooked food increase the portion size in every meal, take fruit juices, take mango or banana milk shake specially after doing exercise. Sleep for at least 8 hours or can take afternoon nap if you have time, don't take stress. Take chwanprash on the regular basis, if you follow you can see the difference in one month. Good food source of protein are egg, chicken, fish, oatmeal, daal, legumes and nuts.

It is not very difficult to lose weight. You just have to eat little less and exercise little more. Eat cucumbers, bottle gourd vegetable and two fruits daily. Go grain free for one meal daily. Drink 10-12 glasses of water which include plain water, buttermilk and green tea. Take isabgol every night for 15 days to clear your stomach. Walk for 30 minutes which include 8-10 minutes of jog. Hello lybrate-user you are right. Water is essential for human body and health. Water helps in flushing out body toxins through kidneys, water keeps many diseases at bay. In your case you deprived your body from water for so long that you do not feel thirsty but you should drink water as medicine and you will notice that in some days you will feel thirsty as usual.

Hello lybrate-user, as per your report your health parameter are not in balance. So first of all limit your protein intake for your uric acid and start doing walk and jog for your pcod and stop having junk food. Increase your water intake and do eat salad with every meal. Have fennel tea twice daily. Follow it for 1 month and report.

Hello lybrate-user, there may be many reasons of weakness! like you may be anaemic or you may be having deficiency of b12 or you may be suffering from thyroid! so first of all get your blood test done and try to find out the root cause of the problem. Hi lybrate-user, you have to increase your calorie intake in the form of fat and protein and do moderate exercise as well. Boil milk with dry fig (anjeer) and take in the morning along with breakfast and increase intake of homemade paneer. Try to increase fat in the form of pure ghee and stop eating junk food. Get your thyroid level checked.

Hello lybrate-user, you must start doing exercise and increase your calorie intake as well. Do little more exercise of legs as compared to the rest of the body. Take protein powder in milk after that. For face do facial exercise regularly like fill air in the mouth and release it slowly. You will see the difference in one month.
