Hello, My baby is 1.5 years old. She is not eating anything with interest. She does not like fruits, chapatis and paratha. She is always busy with herself. She does not take interest in any game. You should include thin custurd, sujii porridge, rice water, dal water, fruit juices, veg soup, thin khichdi, Scrambled egg, Daliya water or daliya porridge in his diet.

Regular exercise is an important part of a healthy lifestyle and can also increase HDL cholesterol levels. Aerobic exercises, such as running, biking, and swimming, along with moderate weight training are good choices to help best boost those good cholesterol levels. Include Anti-oxidants food like dark chocolate, berries, avocado, nuts (Almond & Walnut) kale, beets, and spinach. Use unsaturated oil like olive oil, soyabean oil include fish in your diet. Cut your sugar intake all kinds of sugary drinks, refinery product.

You should take every 2 hourly meal and fix your meal timing and include good amount of nuts and High Proteins Along With Calories Like Eggs, lean meat, fish, skinless chicken, pulses, sprouts, and dairy products that rich sources of proteins. Please take fruit shakes (Like banana, mango) + 5-6 almonds and 1-2 walnuts. In lunch have multigrain roti + 1bowl dal /palak paneer/ egg white bhurji + 1bowl salad. You should include more iodine-rich foods like fish, seeds and fish oil to get essential iodine. Most carbohydrates from fruits, vegetables, whole grains such as brown rice, rolled oats. Proteins with a minimum of animal products but more of vegetable proteins. A good breakfast to keep the metabolism working and to avoid cravings and take small and frequent meal. I consume black coffee (without sugar or milk). The weight of instant coffee powder I use is 3g. It's nutritional information is given to be 270kcal per 100g. Am I consuming too many calories? As per my calculations it's just 8.1 calories. Does 270 kcal means 270000 calories?

If you are taking only one cup of coffee in a day then this is advisable to take. You are not consuming more calories. You should avoid more then 1 cup o coffee because of caffeine intake calories is the secondary thing.

You have to follow healthy dietary habbits. Maintain a healthy weight, go for exercise. Avoid fried fatty food, junk food, preserved food. Sugar and salt intake should be moderate. Start taking 1 tsp Amla and 1 tsp alovera juice in a cup of water every early morning as it helps in detoxification of the liver and would help in better nutrient absorption. Do some physical activity. Follow healthy breakfast, have fruits, healthy lunch including high fibre like salads and veggies. Follow green tea twice a day. Follow light dinner. Drink plenty of water.

Weight gain can be a time-consuming process. You have to increase your food intake; follow 5 time small meal pattern. Start taking bananas, mangoes+ 1 glass milk+ protein supplement (proteinX), 4-5 almonds. Follow healthy food options to increase weight ; avoid junk. Start taking 2tsp alovera and 2 tsp amla jiuice in a cup of water every early morning to detoxiification as it would help in weight gain. Drink plenty of water, have fruits, fresh fruit juices, raw paneer, eggs, do some physical activity!

I a 24 year girl and my height is 5 feet and 4 inches. I weigh 75 kg. I also have pcos and presently on medication of birth control pills and metformin. I don't eat sugar or oily food. I do around 50 squats daily in 2 sets of 25 each and 20 push ups in sets of 10. I go for a 20 min brisk walk. I am still not loosing and weight instead only gaining weight. Please take fruit shakes (Like banana, mango) + 5-6 almonds and 1-2 walnuts. In lunch have multigrain roti + 1bowl dal /palak paneer/ egg white bhurji + 1bowl salad. Evening have fruits shake/lassi/badam shake Dinner: 1-2 paneer stuffed roti/1-2 multigrain roti+ 1bowl dal+ 1bowl salad. Exercises To Gain Weight and Get Enough Sleep And Very Important Keep Yourself Motivated.

Good Morning For weight loss. It is important to take frequent meals at regular interval of time. Empty stomach try to include 2 tsp aleovera juice+ 2 tsp amla juice in equal amount of water. In Breakfast you can museli/oats+ milk+ 1 apple /1 bowl green moong dal sprouts/1-2 besan cheela+ green chutney. In mid morning 1 cup green tea + 1 bowl fruits. Lunch 1-2 wheat bran roti+ 1bowl veg+ 1 bowl salad/1 bowl veg daliya + 1bowl curd E.T:1 cup tea+ 1bowl roasted channa/murmura Dinner: 1 bowl fruits+ 1glass skimmed milk/Grilled/roasted paneer/1-2 bowl cooked yellow moong dal+ 1bowl veg. After Dinner Take 1 cup jasmine tea.
