Regular physical activity is mandatory to keep fit and lose weight with PCOS. You need to focus on your lifestyle with changes in eating pattern and physical activity. Controlling the risk factors and adopting a healthier lifestyle can make a big difference when it comes to improving lipid profile or cholesterol picture. (1.(EAT SENSIBLY: Avoid saturated fats and trans-fats as they raise the bad cholesterol level (LDL). Check the labels of food items before consuming them and avoid anything that is “partially hydrogenated” as this is a clear indicator that it contains trans-fat. Cut out red meat from your diet and add fruits and vegetables instead. (2.)
