You need not take any sulpplement if you are eating right. Muscle building will happen gradually with good diet and proper workout. For stamina n energy, you should have a wholesome diet with enough proteins (eggs, fish, chicken, milk & its products, nuts -seeds etc) and good quality fats (rich in MUFA-PUFA) and moderate carbohydrate intake with focus on high fibre. Hydrate yourself properly and include enough fresh fruits and vegetables. Do not have long gaps between meals and do not skip meals at all. Have a good breakfast before you leave for work with source of protein in it. Workout for 45 mins daily be it brisk walk, any sport, swimming,gymming ,etc .Some exercise while sitting at the desk would be useful too. Hello, I am now 39 years old. I have been suffering from my breast size problems. At the age of 20 to 30 I have been using bra 32 but now I am using bra 36 and day by day my breast was big and no tightness found. I am a married and I have a child. And my child aged about 14. My husband doesn't love me. He always told me I am a fatty woman. My height is 5'2 inch and weight is 62. I used brestar cream and breast oil once in my lifetime. Please suggest me what can I do? I trouble lot of problems.

You might be benefitted by some weight loss. To start with avoid simple sugars as far as possible like sugar, jaggery, honey, sweets, candies, chocolates, cold drinks etc. 'Eat Out' less, avoid junk and have good quantity of fresh foods which are not processed like fruits, vegetables, soups, salads, nuts, low fat milk, curd etc. Gradually, focus on higher protein intake, lower fat and restrict carbohydrates to high fibre foods only. You need to gain muscle mass and weight. Include more of fish, eggs, chicken, nuts and oilseeds, full cream milk and milk products in your diet with ample quantity of fresh fruits and vegetables. For protein sparing action have calorie dense stuff like ladoos, burfi, milk shakes, preferably homemade sweets and snacks to increase calories. Add additional ghee n butter to dals or curries or rice etc also. Do not skip meals and eat frequently. Do some exercise along so that digestion is good. You need to focus on your lifestyle with changes in eating pattern and physical activity. Try to look into the factors which caused the weight gain n that will help you find answers to how you would lose weight. Diet plays 80 % role in a weight loss regime and rest is exercise. Exercise regularly (like brisk walk for 30-40 mins) and have a high protein, low fat diet to lose belly fat and gain muscle mass. Restrict carbohydrates to complex ones only which are rich in fibre and fill you up with lesser calories .Eat small and at frequent intervals. Have plenty of water and sleep well. Take care of the posture while studying or working on the laptop or mobile.
