Drinking enough water and walking around is good but probably your belly fat needs more effort to budge. Exercise or brisk walk for 45 mins daily with a high protein, low fat diet to lose belly fat and gain muscle mass. I am a 27 year boy. My height is 5'6' My weight is 92 kg at present. Recently I have given unfit letter in a pre-recruitment medical test in a bank. They had given the reason that I am unfit due to overweight. They give 2 months time to reduce my weight. PLease suggest what I have to do to reduce my weight. I have only 50 days time. You can manage to reduce 10 kgs or so in 2 months that too with effort on both diet and exercise part. Will be difficult losing more healthily.
